Contacted Pomps in a pinch and Im pretty sure they sent out the best tire guy known to Mankind.Their guy, James, met us on site and had me up and running again in less then 30 minutes.Professional, friendly & had me cracking up by the time he had the job done.Anytime you have a tire issue, get in touch with Pomps, theyll treat you right.

Fantastic experience, best service Ive had - at any establishment - in a long time!I knew I needed at least two new tires, due to really struggling while driving on wet roads. Came into Pomps on a Saturday around 10AM, and spoke with the friendly guy in the front. He checked every tire on my car and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed, and moreover why it was needed. His honesty, integrity, and knowledge was clear.Back inside the front office he gave me two tire options, and the out-the-door cost for each. The price was very reasonable, and a bit less than I expected to pay. He also explained the tires come with a shop warranty - and since they are open 24/7 (for repairs), if I ever find myself in trouble with my tires, I can head to Pomps immediately.The tire tech got the tires on quickly, and I was out in under an hour. The wait was minimal, and I I just hangout in the waiting area - its comfortable enough and has a bathroom. I left totally satisfied.The following day, Sunday, my Tire Pressure light came on. Unsure if this was due to just getting new tires, or actually low pressure, I drove back to Pomps (this is a Sunday at around noon). Pulled around back and explained the issue to the guy inside. He had one of the tire techs check the pressure. What really stood out is that this Tire Tech gave me a ton of knowledge on PSI, weight of tire, and expansions of tire while driving. He showed me the reading for each one, and for one that was a bit low added more air. He then had me move the car forward a bit to inspect the wheel with the low reading, to ensure nothing looked visibly wrong.I am so so impressed with Pomps. They did everything right, went above and beyond, and genuinely care. Go to Pomps!! Their employees, prices, and service, are fantastic.

Went to get a tire patched late at night. The guys working were awesome. Quick and efficient. Got me out of there and back on the road in under 30 minutes.

Let me tell you that we are not from anywhere in Indiana and had about 300 miles to drive to our destination when we noticed our low tire alert on our vehicle. We were actually in a rental car and didn’t pay for insurance so I had to see about fixing a tire with a nail in it. The only place on a Sunday evening that was able to help us was this place. This place was very friendly, got the job done quick for all the cars they served that night, and it was done for a reasonable price ! They take cash or cards ! This place is big enough for 18 wheelers too ! 24 HOURS - 7 DAYS A WEEK !! Strongly recommended !!

I came up to Indianapolis to have a machine serviced, and after dropping it off realized that my steering tires were in terrible shape, so I decided to come here to have them replaced while my other machine was being serviced. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I’ve been here for 4 HOURS now, and I still don’t have tires on my truck. The service center where my machine is closes in 20 minutes, which means I’m going to have to drive 3 hours home, then 3 hours back here tomorrow to pick up the machine, then 3 hours back home. I’ve never been so upset at a business in my life, this is ridiculous!!!

Didnt know this place existed, 24 hour service. They call you if there is any concerns to be addressed. Good people and great price.

Not a good experience!! An employee who claims his name is Lee (when it’s convenient) showed he possesses the customer relation skills of a gnat. He’s a right fighter and ego maniac with anger issues. That said, the guys that work out in the bays and most of the other office workers are nice people. I have purchased tires there on and off since the early 80’s when it was known as Petros, but won’t be going back! If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, go see Lee @ Pomp’s.

Excellent service from a friendly professional staffs. Also 24/7 makes it a great and dependable tire services . they always try to get you in and out very quickly but sometimes they get very busy ...I think if you don’t like waiting try going at night .

Was there this week and needed a 10-20 tier replaced, it took way too long. If you have personal talking standing around shop while others are taking care of two tractor trailer. And Im the third truck no one let Me know why? It was taking so long worst pomps shop Ive been too.

They where extremely slow i was sitting for 2hours to get a tire put on a rim. All while the pink hair girl just stood and waddled around distracting the others who where actually working. Also the prices are outrageous they get you because they know since they are 24hrs that they are most folks only choice. It was 426.00 for them to bring me a tire and change it out. While answering the phone the muted the customers on the other side and rolled eyes and mimicked them in such a kid like way. So no I dont recommend them at all better knocking your floors out of your car and doing the Fred Flintstones thing

Based on where I live this place is really far away probably about 20 minutes for me but theyre the only 24-hour tire store that was open and thats what we need it. The service was quick.

They do good work its just a little slow . Glad theyre open 24/7 just make sure that you have the time to wait. If theres 2 or 3 car in line its going to be a while till they get to you. No appt. Needed its a first come first served kind deal. Definitely would go again this was our 2nd time there. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They also have road side emergency services as well.

Nice people but, couldnt find hole in tire that was able to be heard while driving. Maybe just one of those things that it wasnt able to be found without weight on the tire.

Flat tire just as I get off the interstate! Tow driver advised me to call ahead to make sure they had my tire, which they did. They even took the time to show me the old tire and advised me what to do to prevent further damage to the new tire and my care. Highly recommend them!

The only good thing I have to say about this place is my tire did get fixed for now. That being said they over charged me for a flat repair and they only had one tech working on a Saturday. I was there for 2 hrs with nobody there in line before me. Then charged me $22 for labor per tire on an suv. I did have both back tires fixed for a total bill of $61. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Awesome staff and extremely helpful! After letting them know I needed my car aligned, they asked if I had any new parts put on the car or new tires. After explaining that I had both they told me that while they were doing my alignment they would inspect and make sure that the new parts were installed correctly to insure my vehicle was safe to drive. Before installing a different part they brought me out to the shop and firstly explained what the part did and then proceeded to make sure that I was okay with making the payment and having it installed. I know where I will go now for all of my tire needs!

They are always open. They always have what you need. They know what they are doing when it comes to tires. Quick service so you can get on your way.

These guys/gals that work there are all about tires and their maintenance. Ive been taking my tires to get patched by Pomps for many years. Never once have they tried to upsale me, they were honest if it could be patched it got patched. If it couldnt even get patched they said so. Now aside from patching this I dont know, I have no ideas what their new tire game Is like, but Id venture a guess that their new tire stuff is similar to my experiences getting tires patched.

Be careful of one technican. He puts whole on sidewall and you end up buying new one. I get my tires worked on everytime there and met good tech.. just watch your tire when they mount and dismount

Extremely horrible service. Workers were very lackadaisical and could care less about service. After a 40+ minute wait to get my tire fixed I still had to wait for the vehicle in front of me to leave and tire light was still on after I left. The price was worth it. Would give them a 0 start if I could, I DO NOT recommend.

It might take a long time. Because the line is typically long. But they have great customer service. Also just about any kind of tire youll need.

I work across the street from a Pomps so they have done a lot of work on my 2003 LexusES300. It now has 284K miles on it. They’ve replace the alternator, wiper motor, timing belt and water pump, and change the oil several times. I just bought my first set of tires from them because I shopped around and saved $40 buying them at Pomps.Their mechanical work has always been quality and I’ve always found their prices to be reasonable. The counter people are friendly too and helpful with scheduling and giving up front prices.

They refused to patch plug a tire because it has tire slime in it . if you check tire slimes website they even say a professional tire shop can patch it after time slime has been in the tire . they just wanna sell a new tire because there not smart enough to clean the slime out . even offered to pay extra . laszyness an greed at its finest

Called ahead, got here, no cars in the bay. Cool. Should be in and out for a flat repair, right? NO. Over 2 hours waiting on a flat repair on a car tire. Not enough employees working on a snowy night.Every other time I’ve been here, they’ve had a boat load of people working. Tonight only 3 people working it seems. I feel like people called off. If I had know it would take two hours for a tire patch when I’m the ONLY CAR in the bay, I would have just got a can of fix a flat and then got myself over to Belle Tire in the morning.

Had a blowout in our 43’ motor home & the guys at Petro came out & changed the tire & rim on the side of IH70.. the tire was very reasonable & went back to his shop & had the other front tire replaced. These guys were so helpful & nice. Highly recommend if you need tires

I was in line waiting to get to area were they do there work like I have for 23 plus years. When I got there finally after 2 hour wait, they made my pull my car over to the out side lane and let 4 other people get there vehicles taken care of before me when I was all ready waiting before them. One of there employees was very disrespectful when I told him about it. Very unprofessional towards me. I wouldnt go back there again ill wait till day time tire shop opens up.

One of their trucks (van) literally almost ran me off the road tonight, 11/6/20, on 465 east bound, at exit 11, around 620pm. He cut all the way over from the far left lane to get off on exit 11 and almost hit me, I had to swerve over to avoid being hit. Whoever that was needs to be more careful, or he’s going to hurt someone! It scared me half to death!

Workers moved slow took them an hour to change 2 tires on the car in front for me then I waited for an hour before someone came out to help after I been in there 3 times asking how long will it be they suck I see why there open 24 hours because you’re gonna be waiting for about 3 to 5 hours 5/24/21

On Friday, 11/22/19, I had a flat tire on the highway near the airport. I called my road service. They came and informed me that they cant fix it because my spare wasnt good. So, I called for towing to the nearest tire shop. The service man gave me a card for Pomps Tires. I went there. After waiting hours, they fixed the flat tire and charged me 26$. When I got home on Saturday, the next morning, I saw that I had a flat tire again. It was the same tire they had fixed. When I took a closer look, I didnt see any new nails or screws that may have punctured the tire and caused the flat again. I saw a hole where the plug they inserted used to be. I called Pomps Tires and asked for a manager or someone in charge. His solution was for me to bring the tire back to him so he can see what happened. I live 35 miles away. Thats 70 miles back and forth.I asked if there was anything else he could do, like refund my card. He said no. I decided to just fix it myself this time and replace the tire at home. In the end, I dont recommend this place at all. The tire they fixed only lasted me 35 miles back home from their store and wasted my money. They also charged me 5$ for “shop supplies” and I was never told what this charge was for. Is it for the coffee I took while waiting, that’s SUPPOSED to be free for customers? Ill leave the judgement up to you.

First time Im putting up a 5 star review when things werent perfect. Car was towed there 3am on a weekend, incorrect tire was put on but Roy worked out a replacement and everything worked out great. Highly recommend Pomps.

The people in this establishment are the closest thing to angels I have ever met in my life. My friend Lauren and I were stranded in a big city, in the rain, in the dark, two hours from home when we found ourselves in Pomp’s Tire. They patched our tire and sent us on our way in less than twenty minutes. Not only was the service incredibly affordable, but they were some of the kindest and most respectful men I’ve ever encountered. I cannot say enough to thank there incredible people. I wish there were 6 stars, because they deserve them all.

My husband and I were coming home from vacation late on a Sunday and got a flat tire. We were still about 200 miles from home and didnt want to drive the whole way on a spare tire. We came across Pomps Tire and thank goodness we did. They got us in and out in less than 30min, and plugged the hole in our tire. The waiting room was very nice. Definitely recommend!!!!!
