Polite, friendly, great pricing. Even though I am a woman, they treated me with respect and actually took me to view the issues with my car! I do know some things about cars that other places treat women like they dont know anything. Thank you so much Tom and the gentlemen!!!

Their service is excellent. I had a problem most places didnt want to touch. I needed a catalytic converter replaced. After a couple of phone conversations, I brought it in. Dropped it off at 11, picked it up by 4. The price was fair. I would recommend them to everyone.

Ive taken several vehicles to Bandys over the years, and the experience has always been the same. After dropping off my vehicles he takes his time and makes sure he checks the vehicle over, to ensure that it is fixed right the first time. He always calls and gives updates, and makes sure you are comfortable with what the cost will be and the repair timeline. He wont let a vehicle leave until he is happy with it. Ive suggested to several family and friends to take their on vehicles there, and I will continue to as well.

They misdiagnosed my car and charged me $600 to replace something that didnt need to be replaced. I picked up my car only to find it doing the same thing causing me to them in first. After all of that, the mechanic realized it was the alternater which he ended up replacing for $400 more dollars. I found a better mechanic more reliable and ethical.

I was going to go to another muffler shop, I remember this place from years ago. I called and talked to Tom Bandys West Washington and he was very straight foward and knowledgeable. I was getting a dual exhaust put on my 04 crown vic. I was told around $500 with stainless tips ect. Had a rattle found out it was my converter so got 2 new ones. I spent about $400 more than expected but with the response time and professional look You get what you pay forTHANKS TOM

Although hes pretty pricey he was very knowledgeable about the repairs needed on my car. He check on my car as soon as I pulled in to the shop, and he gave me an estimate right there on the spot, and I got there an hour before closing. He had me all set to go the next day. The shop is clean and professional. I will be back of theres more work needed on any of my cars.

I took one of my cars there years ago and was real happy with the service work here. Then recently I brought a vehicle in for some work and he did the work requested and even fixed my electronic automatic back door that needed to be reprogrammed. Tom is very professional. This area has changed but his service has not changed. Prepare to drop off your vehicle 1st thing in morning since the waiting room is small.

Tom Bandy is a automotive diagnostics guru in my opinion. He is the own and operator. We have been his customers for a great many years.We even had a engine install there. Bandys is a auto service center I trust.

So far i have had my car at Bandys 3 times and its about to be a fourth. First time was for a door latch mechanism which they fixed. As soon as i got it back my lights on the door did not work any longer and my window was rubbing against something. I took it back in and they said the motor was going bad and will need replaced soon. The window motor never had any issues before they took my door apart. The third time i went in was for a tune up. Change spark plugs and gasket supposedly. Not even a month after it was done my car randomly starts dying after it sits for a few hours. I take it into another shop to have it inspected. As soon as i get into the parking lot the car starts to chug real bad and check engine light comes on. They tell me that cylinder 5 is not firing at all and my battery has 0 cold cranking amps. Now i am waiting for the rest of the inspection to see what else is wrong. Best believe Tom will be getting a call from me real soon so they can fix their wrong doing. If a tuneup was done there is no reason why my cyclinder should not be firing!!! Its prob a good thing i cant go into the shop today since i am very unhappy.

Honest and fair repair shop. Great guy, who will tell you how it is and hell be right about it :-) used this shop a great many years ago, and am now back to it, because apparently I bought a crappy GMC :-(

Tom bandy is so nice and got the job done very quickly.

Tom is an upseller that is good at his job at screwing hard working people out of their money. I am ASE certified mechanic. I dont have the equipment for an alignenment. So I called bandys for an appointment for a front end alignment after I repaired all front and rear needed parts. I left my customers car with them, and guess What? Tom called me back and stated that I needed some parts as they were damaged/worn. He broke into this huge spill on things needed before he could do an alignment. My Bill for a 60.00 alignment came to 900.00. I told him I an a mechanic and just take my car off the rack. He got nasty and stated well, ok but you owe me 45.00 just for me to diagnose the car. Long story short, I told him to show where I wanted a his so-called diagnosis. He argued and got angry when his sales tactic didnt work on me. He realized that I was not a chump, and I was not going to allow him to steal my money. He gave me my car keys and said I am not messing with you anymore.Fine! I will go back to my original alignment guy.Bandys are crooks. Plain and simple.Avoid bandys at all costs or you will be paying more than you expect.Sad. Really sad experience.

Be wary of Tom if hes low on sugar or hadnt had his nap, can be very disrespectful and go up in arms over simple questions. Took my truck in for alignment after i had done some suspension work and there was a lil confusion on whether i had replaced a part. As soon as he heard I planed on doing the work myself his attitude totally changed. Instead of leaving my truck on lift to show me what was wrong, took it down with no one else waiting and told me wasnt worth his time to help me out with some simple info until after we had gotten into an argument about it.(which started from a simple question) only then did he offer to put my truck back on lift and show me. Had the nerve to tell me i had no businesses working on cars haha. I am also a certified ASE mechanic lil does he know. Beware of places that are cheaper than the rest there is a reason. I guarantee if u go in for an alignment they will make some thing wrong or try to talk you into unneeded parts and labor.Tom can go screw himself and wouldnt recommend him working on even my kids bike and not try to rip me off. lol nice try Tom your slick talk may work on the unsuspecting but not me.
