It would of been a five-star review but the fact that they only work til 5pm and u show up with a knuckle to get a bearing pressed in and out and at 430 and they refuse to do it real quick and make 100 4 10 mins of work lazy

Well went to get a muffler put on. And while the car was in the shop my tire was knicked by something sharp. When asking the technician if he did was told no. I watched what happened just wanted to see if I would be told the truth. Then was told I had to have my spare put on. Not a very good first experience. On a positive note the technician did pay for the tire that was damaged. Not a bad place, but if something happens just be honest and correct the problem.

Several reasons. 1st off, it is a family owned business. As a small business owner I appreciate that.That being said JP and his associates did an outstanding job on the conversion of stock exhaust into a dual exhaust system, on my Ram 2500. They took their time made sure the tips and pipes were level and looking their finest.I appreciate the extra mile that they took taking care of all the welds that were done, grinding and painting. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, and attention to detail!Thanks, I will reccomend Bandys

I found this location on Google because I was in need of an emergency diagnostic before leaving across state. Something with my steering just didnt feel right so I wanted to have it checked out before continuing on my journey. The staff was extremely friendly and literally got me in right away! Im so thankful for Bandys and for the peace of mind. I also appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me anything I didnt need.

I have been loyal to bandys for years. Even when I moved to the other side of town I still make the drive. They have the best staff and they do high quality work. Most of all they are trustworthy. Being a woman some places will try to take advantage of the situation. I never feel that way at Bandys.

Had no issues with my vehicle before getting my brake pads and back wheel bearings changed. Immediately had issues after leaving, couldn’t go back for a week (didn’t drive in the mean time) went back and now am being told I need an additional $1000 worth of work and that “it’s nothing they were near” ummm brought in no issues, now it’s barely drivable. Sure bud. Will not ever return or recommend to anyone. I have never had an issue with an auto shop before! This is crazy nothing I can do but take it elsewhere for someone else to fix, save the bill, and small claims court I guess. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP.

I cant say enough about staff and mechanics there. The prices for my tires and shocks were lower than anybody elses and they made no other repairs without calling me. I had to have a tire sensor replaced while waiting for the alignment rack to open then when about to leave a dash sensor came that hasnt before. I didnt get to leave until it was resolved, thank you ladies and gentlemen for a great experience.

90% of my accumulated car issues solved in what, two hours? Now it doesnt squeak nor rumble while driving, starts fine, brakes way better, and the engine service light is off.The place has an honest feel about it, somehow. The staff was friendly and informative as mentioned in other posts.I asked them to try and sort the itemized list by importance for the functionality of the vehicle due to availability of my free time. It now feels new and I only have the timing belt cover and fuel line left to fix.I only went there because the Google reviews were positive. I am happy with the pick, and would encourage others to give positive reviews if they are happy with the service as well.

This was my first time dropping my car off at Bandy’s, and it will definitely be a return customer for any future problems that I am unable to address myself. I was very impressed by their communication; they called me multiple times to share their findings and to ask which services I would like them to subsequently perform on my vehicle. I was only surprised with how quickly they were able to complete the work!

I took my car to bandys to have it looked at its sat there for a month they did nothing to the car except install one ground lug that cost me $100 I called them on a weekly basis they had my car for a month a month no work its sat in one spot until they didnt want to work on it anymore and then their diagnosis was completely incorrect I took it somewhere else and they checked it out there was no problem there was one adjustment needed he didnt charge me at all dont go to bandys they do bad business

Wouldnt go back here if it was the only available mechanic shop within 50 miles!! I read the reviews prior to taking my car here. Im not seeing how people said friendly staff. Both the lady at the front desk and the technician were INSANELY rude. I know a very good amount of things when it comes to cars. When asking the technician questions, he stumbled to point out the issues as if he was making them up. When paying, I noticed that the description section mentioned missing parts that I was told about. I was not. I told them Ill pay for the work, but that I didnt feel comfortable signing that form. She then refused to release my car. The dealership that has my car now, mentioned that there are multiple signs of recent mechanical abuse, including the motor. The parts I puchased for them fix the original issue werent on the car, rather the same older parts. I have multiple family and friends that have gone to this shop. (Over 10). Between my experience, and 2 of theirs in the same week, they just lost a LOT of buisness. Just sorry I went there in the beginning.

My family has been going to bandys for several years. It was a great place to take your car to and not get ripped off. I took it in about a week or so ago and paid quite a bit of money for them to replace my mass air flow sensor. I get my car back and not even a week later my engine light kicks back on. I take it in again and it turns out the new part was bad and they usually test that but just didnt happen to for this case. I had my receipt yet the front desk lady was incredibly rude when bandys messed up here not me. Now my car isnt starting when the battery is perfectly fine and there is teeth marks where my starter is like a tool was taken to it .... dont take your car here.

They diagnosed the issue and made the repair but didnt put my dash back in correctly and got my car filthy not like slightly dirty but had to scrub with baking soda the oil and dirt they covered the interior of my car with. Not recommended for $900 altogether.

If I could give a zero I would.i know much about cars so I had taken my vehicle to them told them what was wrong with it and after taking it home I had another mechanic look at it and they said I had the problem I told Bandys was wrong with it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I had went and asked for braked to be changed. They said they couldnt do it because it needed to have a caliper put on. I said that was fine they then told me to bring my vehicle back the next week. I had went to someone else who had put on the brakes and there was nothing wrong with my calipers rotors nothing just the brake pads needed to be changed. Seems to me they dont want to fix the problems that need to be fixed but want to fix stuff that doesnt need to be fixed. I wouldnt send anyone here waste of time

Bandys is by far the best automotive repair facility i have experienced. Their staff is extremely polite, informative, and very knowledgeable with what they are doing. They explained in very great detail the issues i was experiencing with my truck and were able to repair it all in one day.. I highly recommend you go here if you are experiencing vechilce problem. Between the extremely professional staff and the awesome prices, Bandys is the only auto repair shop to stop at. Extremely satisfied!!!!

I took my PT Cruiser in to get the entire front end suspension fixed and paid 702$ for it all. Two weeks later I felt my car thump and was unable to move front or reverse. I was simply pulling into my driveway, thus not even going 1mph and anyways i got out to inspect and my right front tire was SIDEWAYS and looked under the car which had hit nothing and was barely driving at the time and the rod that holds the tire to the car was not connected in the middle. I looked around for pieces like screws, nuts, bolts and all i found lying in the area in front of my house were metal flex ties. I AM GIVING THEM ANOTHER CHANCE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, AS I SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY AFTER ONLY TWO WEEKS, SO I MAY COME BACK WITH A BETTER REVIEW LATER ON.Not to mention that they immediately, as in- my car was towed to them on a Sunday when they were closed- but once i explained the situation to them via phone they made me priority and my car was done by 9:45am (they open at 8) Great service!REVISION NOTE: IT TURNED OUT THAT THEY TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR A DEFECTIVE BALL JOINT AND REPLACED AND FIXED EVERYTHING UNDER WARRANTY AND I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY THEM A DIME. THEY ARE POLITE, KIND, HONEST, UNDERSTANDING AND DO MAKE IT RIGHT IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE WITH NO CHARGE TO YOU. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN SEARCH OF A GOOD MECHANIC! 5 STARS!

Had some front-end alignment issues after hitting a curb, explained the problem and they diagnosed and repaired like new...all by the end of the morning! Would highly recommend.

The mechanics at bandys have always been great. Ive been going to them for about 18 years now. One thing Ive learned over the years dealing with them is yes there are slightly cheaper mechanics but with bandys you get what you pay for and their efficient and honest service.

Since I discovered this place, I have never sought automotive services elsewhere. Techs are very honest, reliable and prices are very affordable.

The owner is rude, surly and unapologetic. Also charged 50% more than estimated and refused to accept our credit card to punish us for disputing the bill. As a result, we now have to take off work on Monday to pick the car up. I sure wish we had read the other reviews before taking my vehicle there. Very unprofessional. They dont seem to realize that they are a service organization. You know, I try to support small business but situations like this make it difficult sometimes.

Not sure why Bandy’s would have had to open the cab door to my truck when fixing the brake lines, but since getting the truck back from them, the cab door no longer works. The gear shift is ripped for some reason? And the body of the truck beneath the driver side door is now split, which may have been from the towing service. Either way, we sent our truck off to get fixed and it now has even more issues.
