Day 1 took my semi modded 17 Civic with added strut bar over engine bay. When others said cant do battery change because of that, Honest 1 said no problem and their mechanics can do it. Very good personality in reception in Liz. Shes very knowledgeable about vehicle of any make.Day 2 took my Lexus for check up on brakes and alignment. They said not needed as my cars in great shape. I know most places will say no and get money from me. Thats not the case here. Also great on time too. Will be bringing my babies here from now on. Thank you Honest 1

The folks at Honest-1 Auto did a great job on my truck. They did a great job in accommodating me with the schedule. Then, once they worked on it they kept me informed along the way. Only charged me for work that I needed and didnt inflate my bill with uneeded work. Had me in and out in a couple days.

Although this place is pretty hidden, their professionalism and customer service is exceptional. From the admin at the front desk to the Mechanic working quick in the shop. Their prices are very reasonable as well. If I was to pick a local mechanic shop, it would be H1.

The service technicians were very upfront about my repair options. I didnt feel as if I was being steered toward costly and unnecessary work. Nice to know that Honest-1 is not just a name but their standard business model.

I appreciate the great service I received on my Equinox. They went above and beyond helping me when my alternator went out and I needed to get it in. My car died in a parking lot very close to their location and they sent out a technician to jumpstart it and follow me to make sure I made it. They also came in under the price they had originally quoted. Their integrity and customer service was definitely a five start for me. I am grateful for this locally owned business in my neighborhood.

Had a check engine light come on while driving home from work. It ran fine going home without overheating/smoking or stalling. Left the vehicle in my garage overnight and noticed engine coolant had leaked onto floor the next morning. Took vehicle into above business. Very friendly lady on phone/front desk (Diedra). Later that day was told water pump was bad and check engine light was due to an oxygen sensor issue that was not related to the water pump issue. I OK’d repairs for amount disclosed (over $600). I was in no rush for repairs, as I have another vehicle. Got the vehicle back 2 days later...was shown the bad water pump, old radiator cap and old belts that were repaired/replaced. Drove home and the next morning had the same puddle of engine coolant on garage floor. Called again to report issue. Was told to bring vehicle back. Then they called to state I had a broken clamp around coolant tubing. Got vehicle back and is running fine now.I feel frustrated over this process. I feel that the clamp might have been the original issue. Questioning now about the water pump, belts and radiator cap being replaced. Told my fristrations to front desk...cleaning my garage floor again, taking uber back and forth, and extra time involved. They apologized and offered me a free oil service.Not sure I would use them again. There is only 3 reasons coolsnt would leak out while vehicle is sitting in car (no pressure as with running vehicle). Hole in the tubing, crack in container or a broken tubing clamp. This was the original issue. Check engine light has not come on so far...not really sure why this occurred related to an oxygen sensor fault.

Too high! $200 to change front brake pads? Kia dealership on 96th and keystone quoted less than half for same service. $1400 for a lower ball joint?! No thanks. They do quality service here though. Ive heard this from multiple sources. I just cant afford them. Went to autozone and bought a heavy duty ball joint for $75 and will pay the mobil mechanic $75 to install. Grand total of $150. I would have been willing to pay the shop up to $350, but not $1400 thats astronomical.

Best car repair service I have encountered. They are fast and thorough. They even took my sister to work while they repaired her car. The prices are affordable and I would not trust anyone else to repair my car. I cant say how pleased I am with their exceptional service and professionalism. Great owners. Inexperienced technicians. Below quality parts. Asked for top of the line brakes, got far less than that. Brakes squeal. At dealer now and they confirmed brakes were low quality.Had to have the dealer put the correct brakes on to remove squeal sound.I would Honestly steer clear of Honest-1 Auto Care.

They offered to take me back to work if I didnt want to wait, but why would I when they had such a clean, modern, and comfortable lobby to wait in. They completed the diagnostic and decided that we needed a new Shift Sensor for the transmission. We live 2 hours away, so they called us Saturday morning and said the truck was running great with the new sensor. We sent a friend to pick the truck up, and it didnt make it 10 minutes down the road! Took it to another shop and learned that the radiator had leaked in the transmission, so the WHOLE TRANSMISSION was toast.Asked for a refund for the sensor that obviously wasnt going to help a destroyed transmission. She refused saying she didnt promise that it would fix the problem.She said 2 mechanics drove it and said it was running great. 10 minutes later, the transmission failed completely. They obviously dont know what they are doing and refused to admit a mistake. STAY AWAY!Sadly, I chose this location because we have an Honest A-1 in Cincinnati that I love and trust completely.

Unlike the reviewer before me, Ive had nothing but multiple good experiences with Honest1. Whether its just a basic oil change (which at $19.95 for 5 quarts of semi-synthetic oil, free chassis lube, fluid level top-off, and tire pressure check/adjust is just a ridiculously good value), or more in-depth repairs done at reasonable rates in short order, theyve always done me right. The cleaner-than-most-shops waiting area and restroom is also a nice touch. Lastly, I LOVE the glass windows allowing viewing access into the shop area... screams transparency. From a guy that knows his way around a garage and tools, theyve earned my business since day one.

Ive used Honest 1 three times. Each time they were thorough in their diagnostics and repaired our vehicles quickly with minimum fuss. They will get you back on the road.. They arent cheap, but they are good. Honest 1 will do the job at a fair price.update:Make that 5 times now. There was a particularly hard diagnostic problem on our Honda which didnt show up on the computer. Mike and his mechanics dug down deep to solve the problem (2 frayed wires in the distributor). It took them a while, but they eventually found the intermittent short. Great service and they really live up to their name.

Very fair pricing and quick service. This isnt your typical quick service place, expect to have to make an appointment, but they made an appointment for the next day and had the job done quickly. Office staff was very friendly and unlike other places didnt try to upsell before doing the job. They did the job and then showed what may need done in the near future.

The customer service was exceptional. After the work was completed they showed me the parts they had to replace and showed me what was wrong with it. When they flushed the coolant they gave me what was left in the bottle in case I need to top it off down the road. I really like the added ease of mind having 36 months or 36k miles warranty on the fix.

I drive by this place almost every day yet never noticed it was here until I found it on Google maps because of the high rating. I see why they have such a high rating now - their customer service goes above and beyond any auto shop Ive ever experienced. Keith and his wife (whos name escapes me right now) own the shop and are very involved with it, making sure their customers experience the best service possible. My oil change was done within 15 minutes, which is the quickest Ive ever had. The only thing that may stray people away would be the prices. Theyre higher than normal, but its because their customer service is above the normal.

I had a very nice experience here. It was clean they were friendly and it was very affordable. I had my windshield wipers replaced, oil change, and they fixed my port charger all for what I normally leave jiffy lube with just an oil change. I would highly recommend.

Great team here. My inspection on Saturday was a pleasure with no extra items outside what I was expecting. Made my appointment for Monday and as promised everything was completed. Shocks, struts, control arms, link assemblies and alignment.

Weve given this place a LOT of chances. Weve had several repairs done on both of our vehicles and nearly every time we have to take the car back because the problem is still there. I had my brakes replaced and my brakes literally fell off the next day on my drive to work. I barely got an apology for that terrifying experience. They fixed the locks on my husbands car when the electrical went out. The first time I went to get in the passenger side door, it wouldnt unlock. That seems like an obvious thing to test. This place is good for an oil change because they have fair prices and the people are nice, but I will be looking elsewhere for major repairs.

The time, diagnostic and cost for my repairs were explained up front and within several minutes. The end result was impeccable. I feel like I am driving a new truck. I was having unknown engine noises and Dierdra and Mike took the time to properly diagnose the problems, explain the causes and fix what was wrong. I wasn’t able to commute to work with out my car so they even drove me for a few days as a service they provide. They pride themselves on customer service and it shows. I would also say their prices are fair and their kids corner and coffee/snack bar are nice touches too.

This place is OVERPRICED and Horrible service. I was charged 50 dollars more for my oil change than i normally pay at my dealership. I will never return and suggest that you dont waste your time on this Pricey Business.

Don’t know what happened to my post but here it is again and I still haven’t received a call from corporate.I had my car towed to you on 13 Jul 18 for an issue with my engine (car wouldnt start). I had a comprehensive vehicle inspection which I paid $81.37 and what they found wasnt even the problem that my car wouldnt start and I was told I there was nothing they could do (remind you the brochure says internal engine repair). I took that as if it would have to be junked:-(. I paid my fee and picked up my keys. I then came back later to take my things out of the car (since it was going to be junked) but when I tried to unlock my door with my fobe nothing happened. I called the next day(since they were already closed) and let them know the issue I was having and they stated Your battery could be dead. Not knowing the test they did would drain my battery (that was only a yr old). I spoke with a mechanic (different location) and he was asking me to ask your mechanic different things my car was doing and one of them was have a spark and the answer was yes. I was told then by the other mechanic that since they couldnt fix it i should get it towed to the Kia dealership. So I had it towed once again this time to the Kia dealership. Now when they got it they said the car wouldnt turn and I told them that where i just towed it from they said the battery might be dead. With that being said i went to the Kia dealership to see the battery and the one that was in there wasnt mine. My battery was an EverStart (that I have the receipt for) and whats in my car now is a Duralast. I was going to take my battery out before i junked it but thats not mine. So i paid $81.37 for nothing and to top it off i go my battery switched in the process. Maybe since they thought i was going to junk it i wouldnt miss the battery, but they were wrong. All they had to do was ask and i probably would have just given it to them smh. This is not good business. And I definitely wont be back!!!

When I pulled my car out they left a pack of Oreo cookies on the dash w a note. Great touch. And they have free snacks and a really comfy lobby with WiFi. Deidra makes you feel very comfortable. Her and her husband own the place. I recommend you try Honest 1 Auto.
