State farm and Steves office have been attentive to my recent claims and given us only good surprises. An adjuster gave us a check for the repairs during the SAME VISIT to our house when he surveyed the wind damage. We were sued for damages caused by our daughters car accident. State Farms attorney explained the process in basic terms to us and set reasonable expectations. We had one meeting and afterwards they sent regular updates. The lawsuit was settled without trial about 9 months later. Thanks State Farm for taking care of these situations efficiently.
