Well for starters they charge too much. $175 a month for an ‘07 impala with no accidents on record? Sheesh. Then when switching to a lesser insurance policy they had to create a new one which they didn’t but rather just let the old one expire. And of course it so happened I got in a wreck in the 2 weeks it lapsed so now they hooked me up with a suspended license. Thanks Dant.
