My car is insured with Allstate for more than five years now. I always find them helpful and cooperative. I appreciate nice behaviour of Allstate staff.

Started receiving unsolicited emails and calls about a quote that was never requested. When I called trying to find out how they got my information and to ask them to stop calling the office personnel was very rude and condescending.I work in auto insurance and did not ask for a quote and now that I know how rude they are I never will.
If you are going to use Allstate DO NOT I REPEAT do not use Marietta Riley office the worker Michelle is very rude she added my son to our policy and all I wanted was a quote to see if I wanted him on our insurance witch he does not live with us or he does not own a car she was very nasty and rode she hung up on me while I was asking her questions about it and did not answer for me again they have taken 900 dollars off of my card and I never gave them permission to automatically take payments because I was told to do automatic payments I have to go online to set it up witch I did not yet because I wanted them to fix the problem of putting my son on the policy. They where only pose to take a one time payment off the card for when we first started the policy. Ole yeah and they put my median name instead of my married name witch is on all of my documents driving license and Ssc I have been going by this name for 8yrs

Good experience from the Auto aspect, but when a claim was filed pertaining to my house, very little communication.
