Now I remember why I chose Geico 14 years ago when I got my first brand new car to insure. I originally insured with Geico because my mom did, and let’s face it, Moms know best! I See this maybe the best place to honestly post my review and hope others will be wise about the insurance they chose.I chose GEICO honestly because of the commercial and at the time I received varies of discounts including a lower rate.none the less I was in a accident in January I got t-boned by another driver on the driver side no hood damage just the door. After receiving the parts they was,suppose to start on my vehicle and maybe three weeks out I sent someone to see how things were going they literally dismangled my truck so I called upset trying to get answers and my claim.adjusted at the time told me she was,driving I hung up because she was nonchalant not caring about what was going on and I asked to speak with her supervisor jamie wilson she has been handing my claim.which isnt the best job, because she hasnt went to the shop moving forward to see what exactly is going on the Collins shop has told her and. Three others something different about my vehicle as,I told jamie there is no way you can tell.me it take 2-,3 months to fix .y vehi ke I could have gotten another vehicle key by now so Im still trying to get my vehicle back and not fully understandable why ig has,taken this long and the fact they striloes mytru k down including the roof of my truck for a damage drivers door I want e er go back to GEICO or this location e ery again if I can help it
