Where to start? Well let me just say I’m not the type of person that gives reviews on anything but this certainly deserves one. I have had my home insurance for years now and after having a few speeding (tickets) more than I would like...I lost our coverage with them I was heart broken and kept calling every 6 months to see when I was eligible again finally I called and victor took care of me like I always knew they would they are very friendly understanding personable and overall professionalism is top notch. Jeff and his staff are wonderful. They work around schedules to meet the needs of working clients, are gracious hosts at the office, responsive, timely in their replies, and very knowledgable. The after hour call center is also very helpful when business hours are closed but you still need to reach someone. Jeff is very understanding and straight forward with the information he provides and is willing to make sure his clients understand all of the infromation he is providing before they agree to new policies. I have had my auto and homeowners insurance w/ Jeffs agency for several years. He recently took the time to help me get my life insurance in order. Jeff also has helped my husband and I get our retirement plan together and we now have our IRAs through through State Farm. Jeff is a great advisor that genuinely helps.

I am very dissatisfied with the service, I received with Jeff Kolp State Farm. I advise anyone who has a homeowners insurance policy with Jeff Kolp, you make sure you are paying the correct deductible. In most cases when you have a multiply policy such as homeowners and auto insurance and you havent had any claims your homeowners insurance deductible should decrease from 1% of your replacement cost to an 1/2% of your homes replacement value per Jeff. I have had insurance with Jeff Kolp since 2012 on my home and in 2013, I added auto insurance with Jeff Kolp State Farm. Jeff never went in and changed my homeowners deductible from 1% to an 1/2% which has cost me more money out of pocket when, I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance due to my deductible being incorrect. . Because, if you have never worked in the insurance field or know someone who works in the insurance field you dont know anything different from what your agent tells you and you trust what they say. Please, please make sure you all review anything Jeff Kolp have told you with someone else because in my situation he didnt do what was best for me as a customer and I have been with Jeff Kolp State Farm since 2012. Everything I have listed is facts and it just happened to me and I dont want to see it happen to anyone else!
