I love my apartment & the staff is very helpful. Anytime I have a problem they’re usually pretty quick about getting it fixed ! The staff is very friendly!

I been here for over 10 + most children know me when they see . Now since pandemic not as mush. Not the problem. We have never had the worst customer service ever. Especially maintenance. They are disrespectful.Mary has her hands full and of course she gonna snap. They set her up for failure. I know longer use the laundry room because of the different maintenance people. “ You should live here.” Never.I am looking to leave also like rest.

Im going into this with a positive outlook. Because at the end of the day these Apts could have anything. & I wouldnt care its still will be better then living under a bridge. !!

They have the worst customer service now. Since they the went under new management you are never able to reach nobody. KAG management gives you the run around I call them they tell me to talk to Mary. But Mary be so busy you never can get in contact with her smh.

Moved from Fayetteville Tennessee and googled agencies near me. Made the call and the rest is history! Thanks to Becky for such a good job!

These were the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life.. I would not recommend this to anyone..The lady I talked to called me”you people”.. she was unprofessional in every way. And she called my phone back cussed me out and hung up on me.. when I tried to call back she kept rejecting my calls.. I will definitely be reporting this to the BBB

New ownership is terrible. Maintenance takes forever to fix stuff. I have been here for years and never had a issue until the new ownership KAG management took over. I would not recommend anyone over here anymore. Miss Marry in the office does her best though and I have no issue with her what so ever.

Trying to in contact with someone anyone in the office never a response, and never a return call, not sure on what to do next I drop my application and money order off and still no response, it being a month now, this is how long I been trying to in touch with someone, they haven’t call me, to let me know anything. Is this how they roll??? Just saying!!!

I have been a resident of this building for quite some time and was really getting discouraged. . The building was purchased by a new owner has invested money into rehabbing it. The owner has a gentleman here that is kinda like a building manager. Now if I have an issue I can contact someone and the problem is taken care of. Shout out to new owner and management!

Ever since Glick sold the apartment? This office has been a mess. You can never reach anyone, and they have lost my sons rent money order and is now trying to charger him late fee. Glad I have my copy of the receipt because the office will not give you one. They are never open. DONT MOVE HERE.

These apartments have gone downhill since Glick left. Unfortunately, I only experience Glick for about 3 months before they sold to KAG and it was amazing. Maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours and office staff was amazing. I won’t blame Mary who they have in the office, KAG set her up for failure from the start. They never switched over the phones from Glick, no website, and no help in the office. Maintenance staff has switched to individuals who have a hard time understanding English which results in them having to come back multiple times to fix the same issue. I lived here a year and will not be renewing my lease because of these issues. Also, no amenities for the kids over here. Pool never opened for the season. Again, I don’t think it’s Mary’s fault they set her up to fail with absolutely no help from corporate.

Incredibly unprofessional. After 3 days had passed and countless phone calls, I finally get an answer. Was told my application was incomplete which makes absolutely no sense to me considering at the end of the process, I paid my application fee (and have the receipt to prove).Was then told I would get a call back today, and I have received nothing. Ive tried calling several times, and have gotten no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. 90% of your jobs are to answer and return calls and emails. You just want peoples money.

Ever since the glick company has left, the entirety of management has gone down hill. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. I have been calling for over a week, 5+ times a day to try and resolve my issue, and here we are into week two with no answers.

I have been here well over a year and really like it. The entire staff is always very friendly and helpful. Any time l have requested maintenance, theyve been prompt and responsive. I will be renewing again when the time comes. 😊

I moved in thinking this would be a good place to stay, I was wrong. Kids are loud and destructive when you let the office know all they say is call the police. Which is a disappointment that your children can not go play outside with out being bullied. If this was the only problem okay but it is not. You have the police constantly here. Neighbors are constantly fighting especially when your trying to go to sleep. I have told office about drug usage and it is swept under the rug. Office is nice to your face but you can tell it is fake. Anything not to do their jobs. Other than that you have to deal with bugs. They offer sprays but it doesnt do anything, might as well be water in there. Maintenance is slow and nothing rarely get fixed. If it does it comes out of your pocket for things that arent your fault. So another words if you like loud, bug infested, police dealing with, unsafe, drug using, lazy staff environment then this is the place you want to rent from. Otherwise save yourself money, and a lot of frustrations and run away from here. Only good thing I can say about this place is the location, everything is minutes away.

Nice area but they charge way too much for even a 1 bedroom.$655-$800 something is showed on the website.Maintenance is wonderful. NO complaints at all with maintenance. Kevin is a nice guy and works quick.Would be nice to afford this place. People work all day and only spend a couple hours in their home outside or work, extra curricular activities, meetings, childrens programs, etc.. Noone should have to pay so much for a luxury that they hardly get to enjoy. That goes for any apartment that costs alot for minimum use

These used to be really nice apartments but management has went down hill and all they care about is getting your money please do not rent from here apartments are all filled with mold

The only problem I have is dealing with my neighbors upstairs they have kids and company and music thats to loud. The kids make a lot of noise bouncing balls jumping and bumping all day long and at night. I also just had surgery and the noises is just to much for me to bear myself and my daughter cant get no rest because of the noises and it hasnt stopped yet.

BED BUGS!!!! THE APARTMENTS FACING MITTHOEFER ALL HAVE BED BUGS. MANAGEMENT KNOWS, GLICK KNOWS BUT THEY ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. THEY CONTINUE TO RENT THE APARTMENTS OUT.

Very disappointed!!! The office never answers the phone but will gladly contact you when they want money! Was charged for blinds did not know and got threatened with an eviction over $30! Both my cars were broken into and have yet to hear from the office about that! Last apartments I will EVER live in!! And lets not even talk about how outdated EVERYTHING in the apartment is! Hate it!!!!

Ok one why advertise a tennis court when you cant use it? I been here for over a year and still hasnt been fixed. Management sucks, Kids run wild and the neighbors are loud. This place is over charging for what they have... nothing but a headache..

Brookview Apartments is not a kid friendly environment its like the property manager despises tenants with 2 or more kids, the never try to work with you on anything because everything is on the tenants the only positive thing is that they are close to almost everything.

I do not like why to pay the rent if the office is closed and if you deposit your payment in the boxmail is closed and your payment is marked as late I also have many spiders, ants and many more insects
