Ivy Nails is excellent. I am a loyal, long time customer and really don’t enjoy going anywhere else for my nails. I am always treated very well by all staff! Hanna is perfection and I love her work.

Ok, I have been to alot of nail salons. But this place is the best. I went to get my nails and toes done. The guy that did my pedicure and Corey did my nails. So attentive and really care about there customers. The 💣

Very nice staff. Went for pedicure and fill in originally. Tried new service for feet and nails.Had to come back and edit my review. I’m not sure if the gentleman that was doing my feet and then nails originally we’re not used to someone like me. However, I ended up doing the stone pedicure and SnS nails.The pedicure was very relaxing but I did notice when I got home that the heels of my feet were still rough. I’m not sure if it’s the tool he used or what, but they are still rough. Not worth the $45 plus extra for gel color.He started to do my hands and then had to switch because there was a misunderstanding for the color. I started off wanting an hombre done on my nails basically with a pink and white, only to have the tips a lot more pink than white. Ended up switching color completely that same style, which the woman did a very good job of. However, the gentleman did not listen to me when he first started and the link was entirely too long. I did not say anything but I did tip generously because they were very intent on seeing me pleased with the product. It also took 3.5 hours.I can honestly say I’m not sure if I will ever go there again. I am happy with the mood of the techs working there and their desire to make sure their services/products are positive. It’s just the price and the quality even after explanation, after exclamation that concerns me. After tips and the base cost of the product which was $110, I spent $140.00 for both. That normally cost me three pedicures and fill ins, including tip.

If i could give No stars I would! Made an appointment got there they were packed! No social distancing unless youre getting pedicure. I AM SURE THEY ARE OVER CAPACITY! People who are waiting or getting nails done are sitting on top of each other. No 6 feet what so ever. Nor are they whipping anything down!Not to mention they did not care that I had an appointment! I didnt feel comfortable staying anyway! Lets just say they are more concerned with $$ then safety (COVID-19).

I am coming back to update my review. I gave them 1 star because of a incident I had a year ago. Well this is my update and it did not get better!! My friendswears by them and it was her birthday on Monday so we came here I swallowed my pride and came. WORST decision ever!! He charged five dollars for ever little thing shape and length!! Not to mention they charged my friend less than me when she got diamonds and a design. But that’s fine pick and chose your favorites I guess lol. I tried posting pictures but for some reason it won’t let me if you will see I wanted SLIGHT COFFIN I got square second they are all uneven it’s a different shape and if you saw them from the side they are thick super thick look extremely ratchet!! And it was in the morning they were not busy at all!! If I wanted nails like this I would have gone to Charlotte in the run down ghetto to get these nails. I don’t understand the hype.

Was very pleased to come because some reviews have decided to take the opportunity because this is the only place to open late at night. Im glad I took that opportunity. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who took me on foot - no problem. The conversation was great. I quickly got water to drink. I usually get cuts from my manicurist but she didnt cut me once. Hannah is incredible! I showed her a picture of what I had in my mind and she did exactly that. My nails are in perfect shape and for the first time I made acrylic pigments and loved it. She was quick and efficient as well as attention to detail. I will never go anywhere else! If you need to do your manicure there and ask Hannah shes awesome! Will come back from now on!

Great place. They ask everyone to wear a mask and wash hands upon entrance. I had them do ombré SNS on my nails. They have a binder with all of their ombré looks available. Which I think it’s pretty cool since I haven’t seen any other nail salon do this. They also didn’t overdo it with the buffing/filing on my natural nails. All of the places I’ve been to overdo it and my nails end up hurting when I get home. Overall great service. Would recommend.

Honestly I just can’t imagine going anywhere else... Hannah (the owner) is literally the best at nails I have ever seen and she is SO FAST!!! So I don’t have to waste to much time at the nail salon 😂 and her brother Henry is the BOMB at pedicures ❤️ Like I’m cool with that taking as long as possible. But ya know, it’s not like a regular nail salon where you are hit with TOXIC chemicals the second you walk in and your walking out with a headache. That’s what stood out to me the first time I ever walked in. In smells good and is nice and clean! It’s also amazing that all of the other Peopel that work there are amazing too so if my typical Peopel are busy I don’t mind having someone else do my nails bc they are really good too and pay attention to DETAILS. Which is so important to me. I’m just really happy with this place and would recommend to ANYONE. Side note: it’s also so nice and quiet 🤫 it’s like the mood has already been set soooo customers just follow the tone. I’ve been to others that are SOOOO loud it’s so frustrating. GO HERE ... BE HAPPY... BE RELAXED... we deserve it!

I had an awesome experience! I came here specifically for Kenny to do my SNS. He’s the absolute best!!! He’s been my nail tech for quite a while now and I’m always happy with his work. He’s very attentive to details and will make sure you’re completely happy. The salon is lively and the staff is very friendly. The prices are average.

Unsanitary. Just didn’t look clean in this nail salon and the nail tools they were using looked dirty. Not only that but the guy that did my nails really caused the skin around my nails to bleed with how rough and not careful he was using the nail file. Now my nails sting. As a nail tech you need to be careful not to hurt your client and be patient. PERIOD. Will not be coming back to this nail salon

Moved to Indian Trail, NC and have been looking for a salon that can do what I ask them to do. After reading all the reviews I decided to come here. A little pricey but the service is excellent. You get what you pay for. They take their time. Very relaxing. The best nail salon I have been to. This is the place to go to if you have bad heels and ingrown toenails. Will definitely come back.

My coworkers have been going here for their nails for months and their nails always looked great so I decided to give them a try after not having my nails done for a little while when I used to get them done religiously. Benjamin was super helpful and provided the best service I’ve had at a nail salon. He gave me the best full set of acrylics I’ve ever had, all the nails are even and exactly the right shape. Needless to say, this is my new nail spot!

I came on Friday to get a gel manicure. The place I normally go was way too busy, and since I have been here before for a pedicure, it would be okay to switch from my normal nail salon. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly, and the store is beautiful. The first time I came, my friend and I both got pedicures and agreed it was the best pedicure weve ever gotten. Friday when I got my gel manicure, I paid $28 and by Sunday all of my nails were completely ruined. The tips were pulled back and chipped, and most of my nails the gel had just completely came off. When the gel came all off, my nails didnt even look scuffed like they usually do if it comes off. Not to mention, when I left and looked at them in natural light, they were sloppy and top coat wasnt even. I get gel because it durable, and lasts with the job I have. Im so upset that I paid $28 and also a tip for my nails to be completely ruined 2 days later. Not only did this happen to me, but also my friend that came with me.

I came to the nail shop at about 620 and they close at 7:30. I told them what I wanted to get and I was told to have a seat. I did not have a problem waiting since it was Friday and there were other people there. When it was my turn I told the gentleman what I wanted and he started working on my nails right away. I replied no other salons I get a manicure as well with it meaning my nails soaked and cuticles cleaned up which they did not do and all he did not even file my real nails then when he put the tips on my nails and was following them he started paying attention to someone else that was talking as he was following them and ended up making one cricket and way shorter than the others so I told him he needed to file it and make it correct and file the other ones to make them shorter to match and he got an attitude and said are you being difficult I replied no He told me that he only was doing my nails because I waited a long time and I told him that he could have asked me to come back tomorrow and he said no but he had to take his daughter out to dinner tonight and I told him that wasn’t my fault and he asked me if I wanted someone else to do my nails and I told him no but he is supposed to make the customer happy he then proceeded to be rude the entire time and make jokes with the other people there about how I wanted my nails done which was very unprofessional to me. My nails ended up being way shorter than I wanted, they are sloppy and look terrible. I will never go to this nail salon again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I was at his nail shop for almost 3 hours!!! I will be calling and speaking to the manager tomorrow to get this resolved because it was very unprofessional and from reading other reviews, this is not the first time that these people have been rude to someone or some terrible work. This place deserves a negative star!!!

The staff are some of the most friendly people I have experienced with getting my nails done. They do excellent work, and the atmosphere is a little get away from lifes stresses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME AND EXPERIENCE THE BEST SALON AROUND.

I love this nail salon. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. The salon has a very serene atmosphere. I have had zero complaints since Hannah and her staff have taken over.

I was a nail bitter and Simon the owner offered me some free treatments if I would stop bitting my nails. I have always wanted pretty nails and my friend was with me so I told her I am going to stop. I did just like he said to do and came in the spa every 2 Weeks after 10 Weeks he finally put acrylics on my nails. I drive 25 miles about every 3 Weeks to get my nails done. This is the cleanest and very sanitized. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and will continue driving this each time. I am a very satisfied customer. He and his wife are extremely nice and take pride in their business!!!

My daughter went here to have her SNS nails removed as she was having her wisdom teeth out the next day and couldn’t have any polish. She told them what she needed when she went in. She waited 30 minutes and during that time no one bothered to soak her nails for easy removal. The guy then came and got her and immediately started removing them by cracking and scraping. Since this was painful she asked about the soaking. He said that would take too long. What???!!! Soaking them is the correct way to remove SNS and she had been sitting there for 30 minutes and they could have been soaking that whole time. Then he told her she had thin nails. Yet still no soaking. We will not be back.

I love ivy nails there the best I will be having a bunch of friends coming there I got sns many times there they stayed on for 3 weeks and there very beautiful nails I love how everything looks in the shop and I recommend you going there I promise you there NOT a wast of time

Popped in shortly after 10:00am this morning and was immediately ushered to a chair for a pedicure with my sister, amongst a few other clients. They allowed me to receive my manicure in chair, so she and I wouldnt have to separate, kindly resting my arms on pillows while we chatted. Lovely technicians - friendly, and skilled.I think it worth mentioning this is one of the few nail parlors that include basic manicure services when getting a gel manicure, i.e. massage, soak, heat treatment, etc.Pedi: $28Mani: $28Overall experience: I wont be cheesy and say priceless, but youre definitely getting your moneys worth, and then some.
