I really loved the small town feel of this location, everyone knew everyone. Most people who walked in were greeted by name, that shows they clearly keep coming back. I loved how fast they were and worked as a team.Update: I’ve never had sns chip so much. Only one week in and they look over 2 weeks old. I usually go three weeks and have NEVER had any chip, I guess I just go to better places ? I don’t know why this was so bad.

This was a last minute stop by for my wife during a weekday. The team was very nice and was happy to assist us quickly. Would recommend to others

My friend made us an appointment a few days ago for today at 12. We got there and they were busy but then took their regulars (who didn’t have appointments) before us. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 30+ mins while they took the other girls. Then rushed through our mani & pedis. My toes are good, but she didn’t even file or cute my nails so they were the same length. I had to ask afterwards to re-file since all my nails are a different length. She didn’t even ask me what length or shape I wanted. As you can see in the picture my longer finger is filed way too short. It’s shorter than all my other nails and that’s not how it looked when I went in. They seemed to really cater and take their time with their regulars but not with us as a new customer, so we will not be back.

Im home! What a tranquil ambiance. Dolen is the truth, She did an AMAZING job on my nails, paid great attention to detail and was welcoming from our initial phone call, to my actual visit. Its the small things that matter. We all are out here working hard and want to know when we pay for customer service, we are appreciated, its simply called RETENTION....LOL! I will be back, and loved the peaceful environment and reasonable prices. Definitely worth it!!!

To start with my appointment was 08/12/2021 at 10am, the place was open at 10am but the guy that was there told me that the owners were not here yet, I even went for coffee and came back and nothing… 10:35am when they finally started to work on my nails, and didnt even bother to apologize for being late. They just walked in with their Starbucks like it was just 09:30. I asked for a manicure with dip powder and she seemed aggravated by my request. No soaking my hand or nothing just cut my cuticles a little bit, there was nobody else waiting but she seemed to be in the biggest rush ever. To say the least, my dip powder looked like my toddler played with my hands, the color was stuck to the edges of my nails/ cuticles and she didnt even shape my nails evenly (which asked her to do twice). There is plenty of nail salons salons to choose from to even consider coming back. Stay away!

What a great nail shop! One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. They are kind and thorough, and it’s so peaceful. I’m not going anywhere else to get my nails done.

This place does a beautiful job, and they have great service! My nail polish does tend to not last long but thats probably because I am really rough with my hands! I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get there nails done!

Ive been here multiple times at different days of the week weather ir full or not theyre always on a rush even when theres Noone else waiting. The work is ok but not worth it when they try to speed everything up.

Another one of my fantasy get away spots. The people are so outgoing and fun. The facility is eat off the floor clean and the feeling after this pedicure is glorious.

Update: the acrylic is not very good. I have never broken my nail/nails before and just today one cracked and one broke right off at the tip.walked in with a tough order but they carried it threw! Im in love with my ombre sns

Ive gone here probably around 10 times now. This place beats all the super expensive places Ive gone to too. I brought my mother here a couple times now to get a pedicure and she cant wait to go back again. Price is unbeatable for what you get. They work fast. Staff are all super friendly. Everything is clean. Ive gotten pedicures, SNS, gel, and acrylic here. Shaping is always great.They listened to me when I said my nails are still extremely sore from the last nail tech from another salon. The last nail tech filed my nails too much thinking it was a fake nail but my nail beds are just naturally long. Happy Nails took very good care of my sensitive nails!My family lives down here so I only get my nails done here when Im visiting my family. I wish I could copy and paste this salon and techs into South Park/Southend/Dilworth area! 10/10 recommend.

I recently had my first visit and overall a good experience. Everyone was pleasant, said hello and even thanked me for coming in. I felt my pedicure was a bit rushed, but they did a great job, and will definitely go back.

I am rough on my nails and they last me up to 3 weeks! Maybe even more ( I get powder nails with gel on top). They are very friendly and patient when I choose my colors. They even let me use my birthday coupon even though it was 3 days expired! I am usually not the one to do my nails on the regular since I am rough on them, but I am definitely planning on being a regular here now! Lots of color choices as well.

Will never come back. Me and my boyfriend came here on a Sunday. I got the basic and he got the delux, everything was rushed! His delux lasted just as long as my basic package and everything was done so quick. My nails as well, not filed correctly and only 2 coats when usually they do 3 anywhere I go. I don’t understand how this place has more than 4 stars.

I had a really amazing experience for my first time at happy nails! My gel color looks amazing and my pedicure was amazing as well! Everybody was so kind and the place is very clean and I will definitely be back! I feel like 1 million bucks today, thank you happy nails!

I enjoy my bi-weekly visits to Happy Nails. Henry and team are fantastic! I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. Guests are offered a beverage of their choice which is lovely.Very fast nail techs, clean salon, and great service. I have tried a number of nail salons in the area, and none of them come close to the quality work from Happy Nails.

They always get me in and out quickly. They do an amazing job on my nails every time, never been disappointed. They have an easy way to book appointments on their website so you don’t have to call in you can choose what you want done and the time you want, super easy. After moving to the area this year and trying multiple places, this is definitely my go to nail spot in the Matthews/Indiana Trail area.

The quality is amazing. Such a great experience and they all do an amazing job. I tried a few different nail salons until I came across this one and it is now my go to. They never disappoint, I drive 30 mins just to go here they are so friendly and welcoming as well. If you haven’t been here I strongly suggest you do!!

This place is GREAT! Fast, friendly and clean! I came in was able to get a gorgeous gel manicure. A few days later the nails did bubble and chip a little weird but I was able to come right back in and have it fixed no questions asked. 10 out of 10!!!

Unprofessional customer service. Overpriced. They charged $20 for a 6yo to get gel polish. Just police. Had I known it would cost so much I would have asked for a manicure for her. After talking amongst themselves and basically laughing at me, they knocked the price down to $18! What a joke.

I went on Saturday and was amazed with how beautiful the flooring looked and the new owners have plenty of staff on hand. I was disappointed in my acrylic fill and the attention to detail on properly sanding my nails smooth. After polish I can see so many rough angles and edges - too fast of a job was done. Quantity not quality.I will go back and give them another try as they were rushing to get to other customers. Next time I will speak up as they were friendly and professional.

I won’t be going back there unless I get Sandy. The first time was a pretty good experience but I chipped my pinky nail and I went back and the lady didn’t take the SNS off all she did was put a new nail on over the SNS powder and proceeded, she never soaked the polish off or anything and I’m having to go back to a different place to get it fixed

I LOVE happy nails!! They just got bought out my new owners! It’s much nicer and cleaner. The nail tech(s) ask if you want free drinks and If you show them a reference of what you want it is spot on! You can tell they live what they do. I would DEFINITELY recommend combing to happy nails !!

I absolutely love Dolen. She does a phenomenal job. I’ve tried the “dipping powder” procedure at a number of salons and this particular salon clearly understands how to apply the dipping powder properly. I will definitely continue to use Dolen’s services.

I had been going here because the prices were affordable. The husband and wife do a good job, however, the younger female did mine and my daughters nails today and it is was one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever. She was very rough! Grabbing my hand, pushing my fingers down if they got in the way, she was overly aggressive with the tools when shaping my acrylics, so strong handed that she would squeeze my fingers when doing each one and I actually said “ouch” out loud a few times! She held my hand up at such an angle that I was uncomfortable the whole time! She said she needed leverage! We were there for 2 hours and now, 5 hours after having them done, my nails are still sore. She had such a negative attitude and would look up to give a dirty look if your hand wasn’t where she wanted it! She didn’t talk much at all and acted like she hated her job. She even took a call on her cell in the middle of doing my nails. Sad that one employee could ruin it for the place but she did and we won’t be back. My daughter had coffin shape done and they are way more narrow than they should be. Just can’t get over how very rough she was with the whole process. Will be looking for a new nail salon.

I have been coming to Happy Nails fairly often over the last 3 years. I usually always have gone on the weekends but, I went during the day last Tuesday and had the worst experience Ive ever had. I have even had my finger infected from this salon (I know I shouldve not gone back then) and chose to go back because I genuinely enjoyed my experiences. I dont know if they have different people during the week or got entirely new people there but, I not only was given the incorrect SNS color on my nails but, I asked to be given a manicure for my cuticles and the lead lady cut me not once but twice to the point I was bleeding and in pain. Now, not even two weeks my nails look terrible. I have never in my life not enjoyed an experience nor have never not tipped but, I will never be going back to this salon.

I went in today for a gel powder fill in with regular polish on top. I needed one nail repaired with a new tip because it had broken off. The repaired nail was put on poorly and sticks up on an angle. The polish itself is not smooth and it lumpy and wrinkly. The surrounding skin on my fingers are covered in excess powder and polish.

Terrible experience. No customer service at all. Very disappointed. Was there over 2+ hours for a simple pedicure and SNS. Never asked me any questions. They are too worried about getting butt’s in the chairs.

I went there to get a pedicure. I walked in the door and picked out 3 colors. They guy told me You have too many color! I said this is what I want. He took me over to the seat to get my pedicure done and once I sat down he started going on telling what he could not do. I should have gotten up right then and left. I went ahead and let him do my pedicure and I was trying to explain to him how he didnt even do my heel. He started telling me he couldnt do it. WTH!?!? A customer had walked in and she saw this and was watching the whole time. She got up and left and said I think Im gonna go somewhere else. Long story short, the lady who was working there with him had to finish my pedicure and she did it better. That was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER AGAIN will I GO THERE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Happy Nails was not so Happy. They should just name it Nails.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. First I went in for a repair and fill w new color.. they couldn’t make up their minds on who wanted to do my nails. Then the lady who started to paint my nails was so careless and was just worried about getting them done . She cut my hands all up my fingers are bleeding and still burning, her paint job was terrible. All in all I left with unpainted nails and bloody throbbing fingers... will not be coming back.

Horrible. Nail techs need to go back to school and learn how to do nails how to shape them correctly, how to apply acrylic, and how to polish. The lack of skill is just so sad. Then when you get upset because its not what you ask for or your nails just look horrible they want to argue. I just want my nails fixed not to hear you talk. Then I ask for a contact name/ or number and they are not able to give that info to me........ Its not even about the money its just the lack of customer service and skill in the salon.. So frustrating!

Really wanted this to be my new nail place, but sadly my full set turned yellow over time & were breaking off the day after I had them done. Had to ask for it to be fixed when a mistake was made putting them on, not very happy with happy nails.

Horrible place, customer service etc. I went there few years ago based on someones recommendation. Got gel mani and a regular pedi. Left, got home, picked something up and nail chipped! Went back for a repair. A free one. Obviously they did not do it right. I do not pick up heavy things with my nails! Got there. They accused me of doing something to it! REALLY??!!. Why would I waste my time? Do they think some people do this type of things over 7 bucks?! Last time I checked I was in America! But I kept my cool. They repaired it and charged me $7! NEVER AGAIN!! 👿And they call this place Happy Nails?! What a joke. They look down at you. You can tell by the way they mumble and talk gerbish. There are too many nail places around here that are well worth your dime and TIME!
