I love the ladies here!! Especially Bin, Sheah(may not be spelled properly) and Chrissy. I have diabetes, vascular issues, and multiple leg surgery scars. These ladies have been so kind, gentle and caring. They do beautiful work. Ive had pedicures last me a couple months!! They never pressure you to purchase other services, they will help you coordinate your polish if they know of another shade that will accent your choices. They are always friendly and somehow they remember everyone by name!! Im so happy that my future mother in law shared Belles with me. Ill never go to another salon!!!💖

They do a good job. I went to different salons looking for a certian nail design. The only place that was able to do it. Their very friendly. I reccomend making appointment they seem to be a appointment only salon witch i like. No waiting they take you right in & focus on you dont feel like your getting a rush job.

This was a disappointing experience. I made an appointment ahead of time. When my party arrived (2) we were greeted at the door with nail stations and people you couldnt move around. The nail station is large and close to the front door making it difficult to navigate getting in.We were seated fairly quickly for our pedicures. However, the service is rushed due to a constant flow of traffic coming in the door. The staff did not turn away one customer,regardless of how many people were already in seats.The pedicure overall was OK,again rushed. As I got my pedicure, the other person in my party waited with thier feet in the water the entire time. So the point of making an appointment is gone as we were not finished at the same time.We then had sns nails done. I had mine started first. The actual nails were OK. However, the top coat had lumps in them. The gentleman doing my nails, redid the topcoat as I let him know. He sanded them down and did it a second time. But at this point he was running between me and a pedicure client. At one point he came back to apply the topcoat for time number 2 and was not going to change his gloves after touching someones feet. I had to tell him to do so before touching my hands. Topcoat number 2 was worse than one,this had huge lines from brush strokes. Again I had to request a redo. He did again. Within one day it was chipping off. I ended up going to a different salon to get it corrected.While all this was going on my party member was getting her sns. The woman doing her nails was overwhelmed, continued getting up to answer phones and book appointments. I counted a total of 6 times and thats just what I was able to.She did apologize, stating they are under staffed. The fact is no they are not. They did not turn down or ask clients to wait as they showed up. Poor management of time.I had high hopes based on the reviews. Maybe once they were better, but not at this point in time.

I’ve been to many nail salons in the Indian Trail, Monroe and Weddington areas over the last several years. Belle’s Nails & Spa is hands down the best! The staff is very friendly and professional. The salon is so relaxing and calming and my nails (both pedi and mani) have never looked better! Thank you Belle’s!

I went here immediately after having a bad experience at Lee’s Nails in Monroe. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Upon walking in, I explained I needed my nails fixed, they had numerous technicians come and ask me what was wrong and what I wanted fixed, to ensure I got what I wanted. Tama ended up being the technician to fix my nails. She communicated with me that whole time to make sure I was comfortable and that I was happy with what I was paying for. Seriously if you want a technician that cares about what you want then go see Tama, she is awesome! Also thank you Belle nails for taking me less than an hour before closing time as a walk-in. You definitely have a repeat customer here!

Idk how these women always remember me. I dont visit consistently....but whenever I do need my nails and pedicure, I come here. Always friendly, nails always look great, and pedicures feel and look fabulous!

They are a smaller very busy salon but manage it well and help each other I have been looking for a good quality and salon that has consistent results I didnt see one bad nail walk out the door and they offer multiple pedicure chooses on a list with pricing so you know exactly what your getting the girl who did my pedicure was great short tiny girl didnt catch her name and my nails were done by the girl at the front door very good also I may have just found what I have been looking for thank you

I love going here to get my nails done! I have a partial nail on one of my big toes and they always do a great job making it look like a complete nail. I normally ask for Mia when I go because she does a fantastic job on my nail. They are all very friendly most of the employees speak really good english. The times that I have gotten SNS they have always lasted for a long time, the employees work fast on them but it always looks amazing no matter what. I have never left dissatisfied. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new nail salon.

Wow. I mean wow. It has been such a looooong time since Ive been to a nail salon and had such a great experience!Michelle and Tina were not only very friendly and patient with me (Ive never had ombré nails before...I had lots of questions and wanted help picking a good color) they did such a wonderful job!!They have products that no one else has in the area, like no need for an awful UV light anymore and they take the time to help you decide which type of nails are best for you. I had been getting acrylic nails for YEARS and they explained why that was so bad on my nails and how other ones would work better. I decided to go with a pale pink S&S ombré nail set. It strengthens your nails and also looks and feels much more natural.They also have a Rewards Point system that gives you money towards your service after you earn so many points per dollar spent!!They have a new customer for life. So glad I discovered this place!!!

Great service, friendly faces, and a wonderfully relaxing experience. We walked in and were greeted right away. There was no wait and we both had the hot stone pedicure. The massage treatment and actual pedicure were both phenomenal and not rushed at all. We will definitely be back to visit Belles Nails and Spa.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done in the Indian Trail area! All of their staff is very nice and professional. They have very fair prices for their services and it’s quality work every single time. They give you complimentary water or wine if you want it, and there’s always a very relaxed atmosphere. They recommended the SNS nails months ago for me and it’s the best thing I could of done for my nails. My nails are healthy and long now and I’m always getting compliments! I’ve got a few pedicures done here as well and they’ve been great also. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice, quality nail place in the area. They do welcome walk-ins, but I highly suggest getting an appointment since they are usually always busy. My go to person there is Mia! She does such a great job every single time and takes her time making them look absolutely perfect. Thank you Belle’s Nails for your wonderful service!

I had such a great experience here at Belles! I havent had my nails done in quite a while and had a lot of questions about all the new techniques available. They were very patient with me and helped my decide which nail option was right for me. The salon was very clean and everyone was so so friendly: employees and other customers! I will definitely be going back!!

Got a new set at another salon in the area three weeks previous and they were already lifting 😒. my new nail tech tracy removed the old set and applied s&s and I love them. She was personable and very gentle, love her. I recommend this spot. Truly a great experience. Staff was very professional.

I have gone to Pampered Nails across the street for years. I decided to try this place instead. I got my nails done here one week ago and three days after I already broke a nail. I went on Sunday to get it fixed and the very next day I broke another one just from putting away laundry, it popped right off. The man who did my nails made them very thing (I got long nails), when I told him they were thin he told me it was fine and he wasn’t done. Well he never made them thicker. In the span of a week I broke two nails. When I got my nails done at Pampered I NEVER broke a single nail during a period where I had them done. I went in today to have them fix all of my nails to keep them from breaking and the lady proceeded to tell me that it was my responsibility to tell them to make them thicker if I know they will break. I have worked in customer service for years and the #1 rule is that the customer is always right and she proceeded to say that it was my fault my nails kept breaking. I shouldn’t have to tell a certified nail tech how to do his/her job. If you know a client will be getting fairly long nails, it should be obvious not to make them very thin. I will no longer be getting my sails done here.

I’ve gone to so many places to go get my nails done and there has never been a better place than Belle’s Nail and Spa. They are supper friendly and really take their time to do your nails. They’re truly the best. Will keep coming here.

Clean; organized; immediately acknowledged me...had made appt. & I and was quickly taken back. Massage chairs were great; offered soda,water or wine. Glass of wine with pedicure is icing on the cake.All instruments were sterilized & in autoclave bags. Tracy was awesome, friendly & did an excellent job. Their prices are so fair! Ive never been disappointed!!

Tracy is awesome!!! I’m sure there are other great techs there as well as I’ve watched them work, but I have been going to Tracy since I moved back to the area about 18 months ago. I get SNS on my fingernails and have never had them chip. That happened before two weeks afterwards when I got my nails done at another area nail salon before I tried Belle’s. The only reason I have to go back every month is because my fingernails grow out! I’ve had a lot of compliments on my nails! I just get a regular pedicure with a regular polish, and it lasts the whole month, too! Need waxing? They can handle that, too! They are professional and courteous and even provide free water, soda or wine while you are being pampered! I highly recommend Belle’s Nails and Spa!

I love this place! They are sweet, offer you drinks and always do your nails the way you want them! They really care if you are happy with your nails. The salon is updated as they are under new management. Tina and Michelle are both great! They both have done wonderful work on my nails!! Ive gone to other places that are closer, but have had awful expierences. Belles is worth the drive! I always leave completely satisfied with my nails.

Tracy has done my nails about 3 or 4 times now with the SNS system—this time with French tips and natural color on rest of the nail. Absolutely beautiful! She is very skilled, very professional and easy to talk with; she works quickly and is very thorough; she makes sure the job is done right and the result is perfect. I highly recommend Belle’s and Tracy. Pleasant atmosphere and quality work at a reasonable cost.

This is a very nice place but the gel on my fingernails came off 6 days after I got them done. You pay so much for gel on your hands and feet and for them to come off is disappointing. I’ve had my nails done before at another place and they never chipped or came off for over 3 weeks. I don’t recommend gel here at all. This was my first experience here.

Tracy does amazing nails, you will need to call ahead for an appointment. Even though walk inside are welcome theyre always busy! Prices are reasonable, would highly recommend coming here.

The other place did such a horrible job I had them soak them off (there wasnt even another tech available to try to remedy the situation!) 😩.I immediately called Belles and they made me a same day appointment, I went in got service with no wait and left with a beautiful new set. Tech was VERY thorough and all of the ladies were so friendly and talkative with all the customers. Not a stuffy atmosphere like some places.Thanks Belles!

I have been searching for a GREAT nail salon in Indian Trail for several weeks. Today, I found it! Te, Tracy and Siam were wonderful. Went there with my Granddaughter who is 6 to get mani pedi’s on Saturday. The girl that worked on us was great very friendly. I paid 65.00 plus a tip to get this done. Today while at our pool or fingernails all started to peel. The polish came off in almost a whole nail shape vvNit happy. We had the nails for just a day I had to remove all the polish. Toes still look pretty good but I can polish my nails at he and have them last mire than a day. Will rethinkGoing back. Just thought $65 was a lot to down when the polish lasted a day 😥😥

This experience was nothing less than amazing!! I came in wanting cute and girly glitter and my nail stylist went above and beyond the norm to help me and they turned out better than theyve ever looked before! They arent too pricey unless you want something more advanced, but even then its not too bad, for the amount of effort they put into every guests needs and wants its worth every penny. Today was my first time going to Belle’s and I loved it from the time I walked in until I left! I was pleased with the quality and time put into not only me but every other person there receiving services!

I love Belles. Every technician takes their time and gives you what is expected. Techs are experienced in the service they provide.

While I was waiting the one lady pointed laughed and started dead center in my eyes. Not very nice at all, and by looking I can see all there files are contaminated.

First time getting nails done and noticed nobody complimented them. So I started asking ppl what they thought and they said there really bad..acryllic is extra thick and squared is an understatement. There super wide. Very disappointed for the price. Very nice salon though.
