Horrible at best! Multiple missed pick ups with lame excuses as the reasons. Trying to get credit for those missed appointments was also a stressful experience. Poor communication and several rude unprofessional reps in call center made my experience much worse. Stay far away as there are better options out there you can pursue.

Please do not waste your time and money with this company. I will never be using their services again. After paying for 3 months ($105) I called to cancel my account because we were moving in a week. The representative assured me I would be getting a refund for the time I did not use the service. So we had them pick up our trash can for us which was going to cost a fee, so I figured we would not be getting our refund which was fine. fast forward three months and now we are getting charged for the trash can removal which we were not anticipating. I called and was told they do not give refunds ever and that nobody would have told me that which is untrue. So now on top of almost 3 months of not using a service and paying for it, I am now also paying for the removal of a trash can that I told I was not going to have to pay for. if I knew we would have to pay for it I would have dropped it off myself and not bothered with them picking it up. Im so disappointed in this company for being so money hungry that they feel they need to lie to their customers and then try to cover their tracks by saying they have no record of the previous conversation. I never leave reviews but I feel I would have loved to know what this company was really like before starting services with them. So take this review for what its worth to you and I hope you find a company who values their customers and treats them like it because this is not one of them.
