I used to come here without having to need a mask and now out of the blue we have to wear a mask again. Theres no mask mandate for Independence. People are getting vaccinated, its safe now. I want to be able to breathe. Never coming back here til they change their mask rule.

By far the cleanest that Ive ever seen a dollar tree! They are doing a fantastic job!

When I asked for help from one of the associates with getting a particular baloon. He stated ia it just because he was tall, i stated no its just they were put together in a bundle and thought he might be able to help. He then stated that he wouldnt because they were too much. I then asked if they had anymore of the one i wanted he asked another associate, and all that they had was in the displays around the store. He then proceeded to voice his opinion about people taking apart the displays after all the hard work they had put into them. Guessing he wasnt interested in making a sale, cant imagine the displays not being for sale. It will be a bit before I make a trip to this particular store.

Great place with alot of items to choose from. Some name brand products, and others. We purchased alot of items all at a dollar each, so worth a stop in.

Helpful staff.hard to navigate sometimes. Everything is what you see is what you get. What can you expect when its only a dollar? Not everything feels as cheap as you expect it to be.

Always clean and stocked. Doesnt have boxes in the isles that you have to dodge around. One of the better Dollar Trees in the area.

Everyone was nice and they were trying to keep things in order. They are organized as far as restocking. It wasnt messy or crowded.

Store is convenient, always stocked up on items, very clean inside and I have always had a good experience with this storeI would give 5 Stars, but the entrance to the store is dirty, Im talking about trash piled up in the corner by the entrance with files everywhere, trash in the grassy area thats been there for awhile stuck in the muddy area of the grassJackson County is on a mandatory mask order along with this stores company policy, the 2 female employees, up front cashiers had their masks on, but under their nose which goes against the company policyThere was no hand sanitizer for customers or employees to use

Its awesome that they have a lil of everything here and best of all you pay a $1 per item!

It is a shop but it has that small quiet town charm I love the Dollar Tree

Will never shop here again! Some of the staff here are extremely rude. Depends on who is in the store if they will do a return. Returned something at this location a few weeks ago with no problem. The next time I go in to return some items I did not need, Its a problem. Very unprofessional which caused me to be rude in return. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will drive the extra mile for great customer service!!

Being a dollar tree fanatic, I must say this is defintely one of the best ones Ive been to. The shelves are stocked full, and are very neat. Theres not boxes full of items blocking multiple areas like Ive experienced elsewhere. Cashier was super friendly and easy to chat with.

Went looking for something there and there were boxes everywhere and the shelves were bare. I went somewhere else. And this place is pretty new too!(UP- DATE) Nothing has changed at this store at all! I guess the workers at this store love working in a mess because this place is still disorganize!
