After reading the reviews I decided to give them a call, whoever I was speaking with was rude and made me feel rushed. She seemed as if I was BOTHERING her. I just wanted to inquire about renting some tables. I just didnt get good vibes from her. Just how she spoke to me made me think twice about using their services. I was supposed to be sent a quote through email and never received it. Im sure they are a decent company but my first impression wasnt very good.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They basically took money from me and i didnt even get to use the tables and chairs i ordered! They will not give me a refund! This place dont even deserve a 1 star!!!

My printer wasnt working, so I went to the office to reserve my items. Tellia could not have been more delightful. Wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this company.

We planned an outdoor wedding in Independence for 300 people and needed a reliable company to get the job done. Party Patch was there every step of the way to accommodate for a gigantic tent and a large quantity of seating/tables. Every question or issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. Stan and Kristen were amazing to work! We would happily rent from them again and would recommend others to do the same.

Outdoor wedding- Sadly we had VERY poor experience with party patch. TERRIBLE communication- the day of our tent arrival we waited and waited for the tent to arrive. 3.5 hours after the so called delivery window they showed up. When we contacted the company asking where the tent was they didnt know where the delivery truck was?? Evidently todays communication technology doesnt work for them?!? No cel phones? Really!Once the tent was up, we noticed how banged up the tent was. Poles were sketchy, there were holes in the ceiling, which you can only imagine what that does with rain!Bigger issue- The size dance floor that was recommended by the company did NOT fit the size tent we had.The list goes on and on. I do NOT recommend using this company!

My fiancé went in to look at table cloths. We walked in and was greeted by a women behind the desk that didn’t bother to look up from whatever she was doing. She asked if she could help us. So I replied with we’d like to look at linens. She replied, “you wanna look at linens”.... I said yes.....she says they are over there. Never got up, just sat there. She was soo rude. Another woman at another desk just sat there for awhile. It wasn’t until we had to go to them with a question did they offer any assistance. Beyond rude. It was a wasted trip.

We have worked with these people many many times and so naturally it was the same when we needed supplies. We ordered a large tent and it was supposed to go up on Thursday. Well Thursday came and went and Friday afternoon we called to ask why it wasnt up yet. We were informed that Thursday night (we had a large storm) a bunch of the smaller tents that were put up had been blown down (understandable). So they took priority over ours, even though we should have had ours before that. They didnt come till an hour till they were supposed to close (mind you the yard was now a swamp due to all the rain, and its a 3 1/2-4 hour install; which we also werent told till Friday) now we have a bride whos freaking out about her outdoor wedding, a soupy yard, and a last minute set up because obviously we couldnt do anything till the tent was up. Over all very stressful process and not great service. I am normally very quick to put a good spin on things, but this was a major disappointment.

We spoke with Kristen today frantic because no one in the city of Kansas City, Missouri had the color of napkins we needed for our red carpet event in 5 days. Party patch was a life saver. Thanks a million for Kristen!

Not very friendly people that were less than helpful.They do have a large selection, just not very friendly staff.

Last minute rental worked out very well. Professional and courteous with great inventory. Highly recommend. We stained some linens and they were very nice about it, we paid additional fees since the linens couldnt be used any longer. Very high standard of cleanliness so you know your party will be perfect.
