Great people, lots of space and great environment.
Traditional gym up front and more equipment for high intensity workouts in back. The gym is open 24 hours a day. Most the equipment has some age to it but its all more than functional. This place is so inexpensive its half the price as many other local gyms.
Great place to exercise. It weight lifting machines, tread mills, walking track, free weights and more.
Most of the equipment looks like it was bought at yard sales and/or picked up next to someones trash cans and they want $32 a month to use it. You can go to a top of the line gym for less than that with way more to offer.
I thought facility very good; had mostly all I wanted except for an AED
