Ive been here three times now for repair on computer and phones and all three times I have received exceptional service and quality work. They also cleaned out a charger port on my phone for free and saved me the replacement cost which you wont find in too many places these days. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you again!

Had my broken phone here for about 2 MONTHS all they told me was that its dead (was told from another place that its the power management chip) and its been sitting in pieces for that long far as I know. Not to mention a guy said he felt bad and would try again. Oh and they managed to damage the paint somehow even though the tools are soft for a reason. Not sure it they are lying, lazy or dont even know what there doing. Eaither was you cant trust these people...At least they didnt steal my phone cuz I saw a sign saying if you dont pick It up its theres, so I guess thats one star. I couldnt make this up

PC Cellular Repair is my go to to fix any of my electronics. They have fixed everything from multiple phones, tablets, and computers that my kids and wife have broke over the years being screens and plug charge ports to internal parts. They even fixed my old school Bo knows Baseball and Football game from the 80s. The whole team at PC is awesome from the time you walk in to the time you leave their customer service is top notch and their repairs are always done right and on point. The pricing is fair and reasonable. I have been a customer for years and will be a customer for life. They are really good people and are knowledgeable and care about getting the job done. I highy recommend them to anyone.

Some of the friendliest service Ive had in awhile I would recommend them to anyone. Plus I got my phone back and repaired within a hour and half I didnt even have to go without it for the night they are awesome and know thier stuff.the owner even told another customer to lower her voice cause the lady was being loud talking on her phone to the point it was annoying and the owner couldnt help the customer she was trying to help. Went in to drop my phone off for a screen repair. stood there for a few minutes waiting for the employee and a customer to finish up their conversation. at first i thought it was a transaction but it seemed more like small talk. both women occasionally looked at me but kept talking. eventually i left without being helped. doesnt seem like good business practice to not even great customers. only reason they get 2 stars is because the man I talked to on the phone there when asking if they could repair my phone was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had cracked my phone screen and my family always comes to PC&Cellular Auto Repair to have our screens fixed. I brought my phone in and they fixed it the same day and for a great price! later in the week my phone began to reboot by itself and stopped charging so i brought my phone back. they looked at it to find out it the piece needed was very expensive and time consuming to replace. However the owner, was extremely helpful and understanding. We worked together to figure out what to do, and because of that I will always return and recommend PC&Cellular Auto Repair, Thank you !!

Last Monday 3/15 I brought in my laptop with the cracked screen. They told me how much it would be to repair plus an extra $30 for express. I went with express because it’s my work email and I needed it as soon as possible. They told me my laptop would be fixed Wednesday 3/17. I never received a call on Wednesday so I called on Thursday the 18th. At that time I was told they still haven’t received it and have no way to track it. I find that very odd especially when you get a tracking number on almost anything especially when you’re in the business you’re in. I received a call on the 19th that said the screen came in but unfortunately it was damaged. He then told me that he’d have to order me a new screen, he’d be giving me a discount and that it wouldn’t be in until Tuesday the 23rd. I get a call today that it’s fixed. Great! So I rush to go pick it up only to be told they won’t discount but take off the express that I was quoted. I will never come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. You guys definitely lost a customer who could’ve gotten you a lot of business.

My laptop screen was malfunctioning - vertical lines & bars, changing colors and then not turning on ... the techs at PC Cellular & Repair took it in late on a Saturday afternoon and had it diagnosed and the problem resved within 90 minutes ... a very affordable charge - I was dreading a repair bill in the hundreds ... My phone was in disrepair due to my dropping it on its side and cracking both front and back screens. Samsung wanted me to mail it to them to keep 2 to 3 weeks for repair and the phone was on back order over a month before the insurance decided to pay me. While visiting my daughter in KC MO she recommended this place and within 4 hours my phone is like new.

I have to say that my experience with them personally is okay at best!!! They fixed my husbands phone and it was perfect!!! So when my phone broke a week later I took to them!!! They put on the wrong screen, which they fixed for no charge!!! But now my forward facing camera is smudged and I cant use my front camera!!! They also completely muted my phone!!! I had no volume at all!!! My alarms werent even going off!!! They did fix that though!!! I am a VERY busy Mom of 3 kids who do multiple sports!!! My schedule revolves around them!!! So having to drop my phone off for 2 hours at a time to get it fixed is a bit annoying!!! But it you cant beat the price and the 30 day warranty that they give!!! (A month later and my forward facing camera is still smudged!!! They didnt address that problem last time!!! Apparently the guy didnt write it down so only my volume issue was fixed!!! So I now can longer use my forward facing camera!!!)

I had an issue with a laptop that most people dont buy these days. I needed to have a keyboard and top housing replaced. I hired these guys to put the new one in for only $35! Unfortunately, it was defective so they ordered me one which came from China as no source had one here in the US. Unfortunately it came back defective. They jumped on trying to find another one but ended up with same situation. Having to order from China. Luckily I found a seller on Ebay that had a similar item that would work with my computer. So now they put in the 3rd keyboard for me and quickly refunded the defective one. They always worked with my schedule of having to be done on a Saturday and same day as I work from home. They were super helpful and professional the whole time. I would recommend them for any repairs you might have. They have great prices and go above to try to work on your time frame.

UPDATED: On 11/28/2020 I brought in my Pixel 3XL for a basic broken screen replacement, I was quoted 140+tax (thats reasonable). However; upon the repair the technician cracked the back of my phone (its made of glass too) and I was told this repair would be on them since it was their fault (thats reasonable) but I would have to wait for the part to be ordered, then arrive and then the new repair would begin, I was told at least a week or longer (I guess thats fair), after a verbal agreement with the lady at the counter I was sent away without any written or official documentation of this agreement? Therefore my review is pending in the balances and the stars could swing either way depending on the outcome of this situation. My purpose of writing this review is to have some form of official record of my situation, after all they still have my phone.UPDATE: on 11/30/2020 my phone repairs were completed, this was a pleasant surprise and even more so when I received my phone, the repair technician did a spot on flawless job my phone looks and feels like new! Kudos to PC & cellular repair; highly recommended.

We recently purchased a laptop computer from this store. We got a good price and the staff was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with.

I came in to have my iPhone screen replaced and was told it would be $160 and it would be ready in an hour. I arrived in an hour and picked up my phone. I went home to adjust the lighting and quickly realized the issue wasn’t the phone settings it was the screen. The next day I called right at open time and told the man my concerns about the color having a harsh blue cast and when the phone adjusts to different lighting automatically it looks worse and worse. He told me to bring it in and he would check it out. Later that afternoon the blue was just completely unbearable and next to another iPhone of the same kind the screen was definitely not as clear either. So I called back and told him this information, he told me it wouldn’t look the same next to the other iPhones because it wasn’t replaced with an apple iPhone screen. I let him know I wasn’t made aware that it would be an off brand screen or that it would effect the color so drastically. He sat silently as I’m sure I’m not the only one to be taken advantage of and complained of mis information. I asked him what my options were and I was told I would have to pay the difference to have them order the correct screen. Reluctantly I agreed since I was already in almost $200. It’s been 21 days and I’m nearing the “30 day policy” with no word about my new screen. The left top corner of my screen now has a dime size discolored spot and often seems to flash. I’m disappointed that anyone would take advantage of people especially given the year. Had I been told the screen replacement was going to be off brand I would’ve never done the transaction. Now not only is my screen discolored but now has a dime size spot that has discolored light behind it. I would never do business here again and honestly can’t believe I was taken advantage of.

Took my laptop in because it was overheating and turned off. Less than 24 hrs to get repaired. Called me to let me know when it was ready. Both fellows in shop treated me well with respect and like they valued my business. Very happy, will use again when needed.

First time ever with a broken screen protector! Called them and they said only $10 labor to replace my broken screen protector even with me bringing the replacement in! Very busy place and still got me in and out of there in less than 25 min. Great service and price! I will definitely return for other repairs!

Worst service ever! Took in a phone, simple. Wont charge, new Port please. They said port is fine the battery is bad. Okay fine, your the professional. Get it back with the new battery, all is good, after it dies I go to recharge it and nothing! When I take it back they give me a refund and pull their battery out! Seems fair until they tell me they threw away my battery! How is that okay?! Left me in a worse off than when I walked in. Horrible people!

I took my ipad in that worked fine just had cracked screen quoted price and said 7 days they called back 2 weeks later said battery was bad which I never had a problem with battery issues so I agreed to replace even though sounded fishy. Then I get a call another week later saying your ipad doesnt work at all and to come get it ! It went from working fine with a crack in the screen to it dosent work st all but for more money we can put another mother board in it . Please dont trust them its not my firs bad experience with them I justgave them another chance and they failed again. Look at the response they advised me not to fix it.lol that was only after they told me the motherboard all of a sudden didnt work! You never advised me to not fix the screen nor replace the battery. Do you see how this is looking now. And why are you still working on it when I was told just to come and get my ipad that now dosent work at all. To many conflicting stories here guys ?

Busy but great service, repair done less than 2 hours

Ive had a few experiences with this repair shop and have decided to find another shop if I ever need repair again. The first experience we had, my spouses phone needed a new screen. I felt the parts + labor cost was high, and asked to make sure we got the same exact kind of screen replaced as it is a high end screen and was weary of getting a shoddy replacement. They had the same cost as most shops or official Samsung repair, so I dropped off the phone and waited for a call back.The next day I went to pick up his phone, and it was sure fixed - but when compared to the same exact phone (we have 2 of the same phone in the household), it was clearly a different screen with a different back lighting to it. They did not replace it with the correct part, and said the parts guy must have ordered the wrong one. I had to bring the other phone as proof that they made a mistake. When researching the part that we got, it became clear to me it was a cheap Chinese Ali Express replacement and the wrong kind at that - AMOLED (proper replacement) and a cheaper OLED (wrong replacement). You can see the side by side when you find the part on their website and the auto background matched too. They did replace it under the warranty they offer and gave me the new screen protector for free, since they had put on a screen protector that didnt even cover the glass to the edge the first time (shame on parts guy I guess).So a while later I came back to fix the charging port on my phone, that does also need a screen replacement - but it doesnt have to be done now to do this repair job. They quoted me $75 for parts and labor (I know this was maybe a $15 part, I just didnt want to fix my own phone). At first the salesperson tried to say they might HAVE to go through the screen to get to it. I had done my research, and knew this wasnt true for this model, and I just couldnt afford the screen replacement that day. I no longer trusted this shop either. I stood my ground and sure enough, they didnt need to go through the screen.So I paid for the new charging port fix and went on my way. They didnt call me back when it was done, but I went ahead and came back in the time they quoted to see if it was because I need my phone for vital calls. After their repair the charging port worked, but all of a sudden, my network would NEVER connect to my cell network for data/bars. My phone wasnt even glued together, so the back of my phone was able to be opened without issue. I had already decided at this point this shop was not as good as I thought given all of their mistakes.Again, my spouse and I have the same phone, so I could tell mine had a definite difference that happened after their repair. At least it charged again, but I could not receive calls without Wifi or just use cellular data when away from Wifi. Not too helpful for vital calls during a pandemic!Not wanting to get scammed by this shop again, I opened up my phone on my own. I have done every step possible from my phone provider, diagnosing my own issue, and reviewing what could possibly be wrong with my phone. After a lot of research and considering how computers and minicomputers work, I realized there must be something disconnected. The antenna inside the phone was likely not connected, and this would produce this issue. Sure enough, I just opened my phone without even needing to break glue because their repair cost apparently didnt include glue, and found it WAS NOT CONNECTED.My phone providers only solution was to complete payments on the phone because it was clearly broken in a mysterious way no one understands and get a new one. All for a mistake by this shop. Their prices are high, I feel they are looking for extra cash in the middle of this pandemic by scamming unknowing customers who dont understand electronics, and I just learned a new skill to spite them. Thanks lady, Ill fix my own screen, and I sure as heck wont ever bring it to you in pieces. Final score: 0/5 - Avoid.

I had an IPad 5th Gen that I brought to the store for repairs because it wasn’t holding a charge. (Would’ve taken it to the Apple store but the only one close to me was closed for Covid) When I dropped the IPad off, the lady told me I’d hear from them within a couple days about the repairs (to confirm costs and whether I’d like the work done or not) and she said it would be 10-14 business day in total. I did not hear back for 2 weeks so I called and they told me they hadn’t had time to look at it yet but should be getting to it soon. I left it for another 4 days and called again because I still had not heard back. She tells me, the repair man had left for the day but she would leave a note for him to call me. After another week days, I finally received a call that the IPad had been repaired and is ready to be picked up. They still did not tell me the cost or what was actually repaired. When I arrived at the shop, the lady said I needed to pay $130 and the iPad was fixed. When I picked it up, it seemed to be working but only charged to 30%. I brought the iPad home and my son used it for about 20 mins, then it died. We could not get the iPad to charge AGAIN (tried 5 or 6 different chargers). I brought the iPad back to the shop and the same lady was here again. She said since I had my receipt, the repairs were under warranty. Again she says, we’ll fix it right away, we’ll call you in a couple days and let you know what the problem is before we repair it. After 1 week, I called and she said the repairman is still working on it and he will call me when it’s done. After another week, I did receive a phone call from a man who said they figured out what was wrong with it and would go ahead and fix It if it’s okay with me. He said my warranty and receipts should cover the repairs. Another week went by before I received a phone call that it was repaired and could finally be picked up. When I came to pick the iPad up, they said I had to pay $40 or they would take the iPad apart. I asked why I had to pay an additional $40 and asked if I was going to be refunded the $130 I paid originally since the parts he replaced the first time didn’t even need to be replaced. He told me if I’m going to throw a fit then I needed to leave, clearly he was embarrassed because He didn’t want the other customers to know that this is how they do businesses. I paid my $40, and left the shop but will never return. They deserve 0 stars but I have to give one to leave a review. So please get a second opinion before doing any repairs here bc they will charge you for unnecessary parts and take 3 times longer than they say!

These guys dont really fix computers all that well. I took mine to get fixed a few times here, the first time my USBs were broken, all they did was cover up the ones that didnt work, 2nd time, my hard drive broke, they gave me a storage hard drive and not one that was meant for running a computer.

This place is great!! I have taken 2 cell phones and a laptop here and have been impressed with how quickly (same day) and how affordable the work was done each time. The fellow at the desk is straight forward and extremely polite (Im not sure why a few other reviews say different). The simple repair for my laptop was done without charge because I have been there with my other devices very recently.Sometimes when you go in there is a line but it usually goes very quickly. The only negative is that there are sometimes sketchy people there. I have seen the desk guy politely tell people he cant help them unless they get more information from their carrier when they were obviously trying to get work done on a stolen phone. I find that super respectable.I love this place. I find them fair and reasonably priced. I will continue to do business there. Ive been really happy with everything theyve done for me so far.

Very quick, friendly, reasonable and professional. I took a less than popular phone in to have the shattered glass repaired and they had it done in an hour. I didnt pick it up for a day or so but they called me an hour after I left it with them to notify me that it was done. Ill go back so Im very confident about recommending them.

Took my Galaxy s 9+ to get screen replace as I cracked it pretty bad and the back as well. Phone was ready in like 2 hours and looks brand new. Im so happy!! They were super friendly and very nice.

The technicians went above and beyond in repairing my phone. The charge port was replaced - for a great price - but that repair left my phone with audio issues. The team repaired those audio issues free of charge. They also replaced my screen which had paint chipping from all the work theyd done. Though this took a couple more days than I anticipated, my phone was restored to a nearly new condition. I so appreciate having my phones shelf-life extended quite a bit!
