Call today at 4:26 pm to get my balance she was on speakerphone, so I couldn’t hear her fully the car was going in and out. I didn’t like her tone or attitude. I asked her to repeat what she said. Unprofessional to be conducting a car on speaker phone and then what is the need to be frustrated/irritated with me? with me because I’m calling to get my bag.
