Ive never reviewed anyone, any place or anything. This will more than likely be the first and last.. I owe this young lady the sentiment though. I was upset and in a horrible mood due to the reasons I needed the services of Speedy Cash. So I know my attitude was unpleasant. However I was greeted by the most wonderful young lady. Nicky not only made me feel completely comfortable. She somehow eased my situation by the time I was leaving. She was professional yet personable. She honestly did make the situation better by her attitude and precise service. Speedy Cash has earned my future business as long as Nicky is there. I used to own a business and I can tell you this, not very many employees care or are even concerned about the impression they make on customers. Out of 4 different places Ive gone to get payroll checks cashed, (Walmart doesnt work for me) this place is fast and reasonable and has the lowest fees. They are also always nice. The kind of place you look forward to going to to see the people who are almost kid of like your friends.

Surprisingly enough, the online process was relatively fast and painless so long as you have needed information on-hand. From the online application process/approval to picking up my loan at the nearest store location, also proved just as fast as well as professional courtesy of the Rep who assisted me in-store. She answered all my questions clearly and even took initiative in helping me become of a couple of optional or unmentioned benefits/perks. All in all the process was efficient and satisfying.

When I was late making a payment, heck even when I missed a payment, they were very understanding about it and allowed me to get back on track. This is not the route to go unless you absolutely have to-- theyll tell you this and theyre very upfront about it-- but they were there when I needed them, when I couldnt get a loan from anyone else but absolutely needed one to make ends meet, Speedy Cash was there. Horrible. Completely horrible! Just moved here from Seattle Washington and my father had a deposit return from our apartment in Washington, had them verify it with the signer (Windermere real estate) over phone and they said it was all good. Then we show up there and they took much more time then necessary to look it over then told us they couldnt cash it. I am almost 100 percent positive it was due to our tattoos and because we are from out of state. Terrible terrible customer service, i guess crime really is that bad here. Disgusting and a waste of my time.

While I wouldnt normally recommend a payday loan to anyone, due to the high interest rates and how much it ends up costing you in the end, if you have to go get one this is the place to go. Everybody there is really friendly and helpful, will explain things to you, including how much everything will cost you in the long run, and they will help set up a payment arrangement that is actually affordable. If I ever end up in a situation where I need another payday loan, this is the first and only place I would go!

I needed to cash my check and didnt have my ID, but I called to ask if they could cash it if I had my social security card and birth certificate. Mary asks me a couple of questions which I answered and she tells me, yes just bring my social and birth cert and ask for her.My brother drives me there and after I fill out the application, another woman tells me she needs to have some form of ID, even if it was expired. Of course, I did not have one. I was 😠. I said that was why I called before I got a ride down here for. She said she was sorry and blah, blah, blah...

Speedy cash is ok depending on why you need to borrow money in the first place. It is easy to get caught up in a long term loan so try really hard to only borrow what you need and pay it back ASAP. Learn the process and make it work for you not you working for it. Dont just pay the regular payment either pay it off or pay more than the regular payment. The customer service there was good I havent had any issues with customer service plus the money orders are free. Personally I dont like how they do loans now but you never know when you will need to borrow some money fast. So I have learned how to make it work for me.

Worst people to ever walk the face of the earth!! Thats being generous! Made me stand there for 30 mins while they claimed they were waiting on a call back! Yeah Right! They were lying and wasting time my time! They just made sure it was just after 5 before they actually told me, oh, we havent even tried to verify it, was just looking at your IDs, the check was in my maiden name, it was a refund check from school, so it was in my maiden name. These people have copies of every ID I have, my old driver license with my maiden name my new license with my married name, copies of both my SS cards, a copy of my marriage certificate, and every year I cash my check from my Native American Tribe casino profit shares there. They acted like they didnt know who I was. Tried to say it wasnt my check or something! Now mind you that every year my check they cash come to me in guess what.............thats right! My MAIDEN NAME! What is wrong with this situation? EVERYTHING!!!! Never come here!!!! EVER!!
