I have used R & W for a couple years now. When it comes to cleaning our carpet Will is without a doubt the man for the job!! Our most recent experience was just last week. I sent a message for a cleaning after realizing one of our dogs had been consistently sneaking downstairs instead of going potty outside (Great Danes do not make little messes either). I wish Id have taken pictures because it was embarrassingly awful. Will came out and did his thing and the carpet looked great when he left!!!Fast forward a couple days and the stains were back. I sent a message and Will came right back out to fix the issue. This time he brought in the big guns and I kid you not, the carpet looks and feels like it just got here from the factory!! I love not only their response time but the fact they (Will) is adamant about doing the job well even if it means making an additional trip out, at no extra charge I might add. I have use R&W a few times over the past 15 years and always love the service I receive. I have been living in my townhome for more than 30 years, with the original carpet still in place. Maintenance hasnt had a reason to pull the carpet because it is still looks in good shape. RW Carpet Clean was amazing! They are truly professional. We were on a tight schedule and they were able to fit us in within a day. R&W Enterprises (Carpet cleaning) has been our go to carpet cleaners for many years and they absolutely never disappoint. We recently moved into a new house, recarpeted, and then got a puppy. (probably should have thought that out a bit better!) Anyway, needless to say, puppies dont come potty trained, and although our little Charlee is getting better each day, there were a few accidents in the beginning when we first brought her home. Willie and Zevon arrived promptly as always, got set up, and worked their magic to get the pet urine smell resolved, as well as taking great care in deep cleaning the rest of our carpets, and the sofa and love seat. I swear that the reason we still have this sofa and love seat is that their great cleaning care has extended its life beyond its normal years. You know how there are certain people in your life who you never want to have to replace once you find a good one - like your doctor, dentist, hairdresser ? Well, you can add R & W to your short list, because once you use their services, you will never want to do without them.

Excellent service. Our insurance company was dragging their feet after we were dealing with a pipe that burst and caused some water damage in our kitchen and bathroom. Mainly the kitchen. Its not covered because of deterioration of the pipe. We started working with a company that does plumbing and other services. They fixed the pipes and then they started dragging their feet also. By this time were on day 3 of water damage. Called Will and he was out that same day with air-movers to start the drying process. Moisture levels started dropping quickly(within a day or so) and now were finally able to move on to the next steps with repairs. Will was very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly as to what he was doing and why. He not only offered helpful suggestions, but useful suggestions that we can use now. R & W Enterprises is an all around Great Company that does Quality work for a very reasonable price.

R&W must be going through something Corona-19? (no mask), no shoe covers, no tarps for my hardwood floors? After reading all these fabulous reviews maybe some of his super happy clients need to check on ole Will. They showed up thirty minutes late! Left in 2 hours. I requested 7 rooms and upholstery cleaned, I have pictures of the dirt that came off our floors after they left it was unbelievable. There were streaks all over my sofa and chairs. Weve been in our home 13 years, my husband keeps the carpet reasonably clean we have a carpet cleaner. Fathers day break I decide to call a service, 500.00 later that very night we are cleaning what they apparently ran water over and left dirty 2 rooms out of 7 were cleaned. Heartbreaking! Dont understand??? Im spending a lot of time trying to figure out why we deserved this type of service. Very disappointing and hurtful.

I am very pleased with the service that I received! My carpet and steps looks like new again. The process was explained beforehand so that I knew what to expect. The fans used after the cleaning helped my carpets to dry faster, and I was able to put my things back in place the next day. Great smell and prices and I will definitely be calling to schedule my maintenance appointment within the year.

A last minute appointment on Christmas Eve - It doesn’t get better than that! When I first moved here in February, management did a mediocre job cleaning a hot spot from the last tenants dog. I needed to make a last minute date change (bumping up a week) and he was easy to work with on getting that changed. The value and the quality of work are equally as amazing. And our house smells SOOO good!!! He also kept in touch day off to let me know when he was on his way, when he got to the house (I left a key for him to access our house), and when he left.
