We had them come out and clean our town house. They seemed like they were in a huge hurry despite not having other jobs today. They missed spots and changed the price they originally told us they would charge for our 2 couches. They said because they were half leather they would charge $25 per couch. When it came time to pay it was $50 per couch. They charged us more for the 2 couches than they did for 2 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, a living room and the dining room. They did seem to get most of the pet smell out, but not even in all the places. They did a decent job at best. Ill probably go with a different company next time.

Did a great job on my carpets. They look as good or better than providers that charge as much as 3 times more. Will definitely use again and HIGHLY recommend

Quality Carpet Cleaning was well priced, prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond with customer service. We had a section of carpet tackstrip that came exposed previously and I had asked them to avoid that area to prevent further exposure. All of a sudden we heard pounding and came back to the room to find that the gentleman had stretched the carpet back in place to fix the issue for us. We were overwhelmed with gratitude and so happy with their services. Thank you!

I have 2 dogs along with a husband and 8 yr son so my floors were horrible i called got a appt the very next day .. when arrive i was let known what had to be done and the price of my services i am very pleased with the job that was completely. my floors look amazing. I will be calling again before the floors look that bad .
