Matt was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. The carpet of the unit I had moved into was allegedly cleaned by a different group prior to move-in, but after Power Clean Carpet Cleaning came through - the difference was night and day. Would recommend this group to any personal or business residence.

Very poor customer service. The company arrived to clean our carpets, but never came to the door. We have a Ring camera and have no footage or alerts that they came up to the door. I work over night so missed their next call a. So I called the company and Jamie said she could try to get someone back today. I told them when I scheduled that I work overnights but would be home all day.
