I wont take our vehicles anywhere else. Joe is extremely honest and fair. Its just a great shop where you get done only what is needed. He, nor his other mechanics, require you to get maintenance that isnt necessary. They do what you ask and let you know what to look for next. If its needed, Joe definitely lets you know. Especially as a female, I can go here and know I will be treated fairly.

I absolutely will not take my vehicles anywhere but here. Joe is the most honest and hard-working owner and his mechanics are very dedicated. His prices are always more than fair.

Ive gone here for years. Owner is a great guy and hell shoot you strait. Ive had a car where he was frank with me and told me I just need to get rid of it when he very well could have fixed everything I wanted and made money off me. Id give 7 stars but 5 is all theyve got to give!

Had 3 other mechanics tell me the problem I was having with my work truck was internal (engine) these guys fixed my problem (heater core, like I knew it was) no problem.

Im a mechanic and Ive Been going to R&S over 10yrs since I became disabled. Theyre the only ones I trust besides myself to do the work on my vehicles, and my first recommendation to anyone.Joe and his staff are always super friendly and stand by their work. Called last week to price check and got a reasonable price. Took vehicle in today, wasnt hassled with being upsold on extra stuff or work. Very friendly people! Also had vehicle done exactly as requested, at the exact reasonable price quoted, all within a matter of a few hours when I expected it to take a couple days! I am beyond thrilled with these guys! Wil be recommending to everyone I speak to!

Very rude and unprofessional. Went there for an estimate but we didnt get that far. Decided immediately I will not do business there. I was greeted with Why are you speaking to my employee?. This was after the employee waived hello from the garage and they were busy at the front counter with who I thought, was another customer. To find out the customer was also an employee and he also asked me if I knew the difference between a garage and the front office. Tried to start again with her calmly and she kept up the rudeness/attitude.

Only place to have my car serviced .

I dont know what all their services are probably all the services of normal mechanic shop. But this is where I go to get all of my inspections. This is the best inspection place. Good price doesnt take all day. Really nice people.

Very sad to be denied service because the actions of others. I was associated with an incident that I had no control over where an ex girlfriend used my name in confrontation months ago, I was not even there. My relationship with R and S is that I have both used and referred business to R and S for years and used their services faithfully until today when I tried to use their services for a engine over heating problem, and was blatantly denied service. A grudge is being held against me for actions of another. This is poor business. I have had a transmission replaced, engine replaced, countless inspections, brakes replaced, etc, resulting in thousands spent with this company and to be denied because of words of another is poor business, unfair, and unjust. Its a sad day when professionals cant seperate emotions and ego from business practices. (Remeber, I wasnt even there when the confrontation took place)

Was recommended by my father in law. He takes care of both of his vehicles. Wont go to anyone else. I started using them in in 2016 and wont take my vehicles anywhere else. They have worked on my truck, my daughters truck and my wifes car. They are awesome.

Although they did fix my car and so far rides like a dream...but the attitude of J was less than kind or understanding and degraded my financial situation as far as asking if I had the money to fix the many problems my car had. Hello would I have been there had I not had the money...everyone knows it costs a fortune to fix cars but the option to have a high monthly payment is not for everyone since I did tell him I am on disability. Just felt he could have been kinder. I know hes not in the business to hold peoples hand but he seemed to be put out...I will not give my business to a company who cant even be kind. Too many mechanics out there to return to R&S. Although Dave was very pleasant and kind...

Best mechanic shop in the city, without question. Stand behind all their work. Honest. Reliable. Take a lot of our trucks to them. Small hose came loose and Joe sent a mechanic down within an hour to tighten it . You dont find that service everywhere.

The staff here is like family, anything Ive ever had wrong with any car theyve fixed in a timely and cost efficient Manor. I dont ever want to change away from them. One time I got an oil change from Firestone and I felt so guilty. A1, 5 star service every time.

R&S is family owned and know your name when you walk in the door. I storm chase and they are the only shop that I trust to keep my vehicle in working order. I cant afford to have a breakdown on the road in front of a tornado. Depending on the day, they can have you out the door depending on your needs in a few hours or LESS!
