I have been here for repairs anout 4 times. Service from everyone makes me feel Im their friend, right at home! I am kept in contact with when my car will be ready. All service is explained to me before it happens and what has been done & found. My name was drawn for a free allignment; perfect, had just bought 2 new tires. Some parts were needed to be able to allign my car. The parts and extra labor didnt cost me anything! I was sooo shocked!! Nearly $400 worth of service was done to my car-~~free!!!! I was prsising God & thanking Nena SO much!!! I never could have afforded to do that work. My car would have continued to shake & wear out tires! I am over the top grateful for this Quality Toyota!!!! Everytime I drive my car, I feel proud to have this allignment fixed, knowing my tires are not rubbing or shaking. I tell others how great Quality Toyota is!!!!Thanks to Nena for all her kindness & help for these last 3 years of repairs I needed!!! I know I can trust the staff at Quality Toyota!!! God Bless Them All!!!
