They lost my W-2s then I still had to nag the office constantly for them to even do my taxes. Every time I would get they just need to be reviewed until I finally delivered and ultimatum to get them done. At which time I got a call that there was some information that was missing. So clearly I was being lied to the entire time that it didnt need to just be reviewed and it needed to be completely. 4 months later my taxes are finally done and they send me a bill! I get a bill for them performing half-assed service. And they they send me to collections. So its ok for them not do their job but its not ok for me to not pay them promptly. Do NOT got to this firm. Youd be better off going to Liberty tax or something.

Accountant fraudulently prepared and filed my taxes without my knowledge or consent. Had to file formal complaint with IRS and State Tax Commission. Highly unethical.

Use him for our taxes and he is efficient and timely. Highly recommend.
