Chris at the IRS office was very helpful and made sure we fee at ease. I visited him three times in a week mainly due to my silly mistakes, however he was very nice and helped out. It is nice to have people at the IRS office who are willing to resolve issues without judgement.

We were so lost on what to do about our tax issues, I finally got help the local tax office and was able to set up a decent payment arrangement through the gentlemen there. He was super helpful and so much better then trying to get through on the phone ( what a joke)

I went on a Friday around 2pm and I didnt have to wait in line. The gentleman who helped me was really helpful and professional. There should be more people like him working at government offices like the DMV!

Very rude and almost seems like they hate the job. The man (Bald) who sits on his butt all day seems to hate what he does, I hate to think this but almost seems racist. Maybe it was just me but I tend to be very polite till someone shows me disrespect. I hope they change the attitude at this IRS office cause after all its the job. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did. Good day.

When I called, they had me wait on the line for 30 minutes. An automated voice kept coming on and telling me to conduct my business online, even though I had already done so and was told to call the office and set an appt. It’s evident that they try to get you to do everything online so that the government employees can sit on their duffs all day and do nothing and help no one.

If you call they wont even help you they just direct you to irs.gov

Huge rip off dont trust them
