For such high ratings you drop clients without assigning to new counselors when counselors cut their hours rather than making the effort to assign the client a new counselor they drop them all together my friend used you for counseling went through 3 counselors and the last counselor rather than assign my friend to a new counselor dropped my friend all together which is why such a bad rating is being given
