I met with Brett Hampton one a month for my ADHD and Anxiety. He is excellent, super professional but you feel understood and with tools to feel confident and to face your anxiety, I would totally recommend for kids and Parents.

I am surprised to see all the positive reviews with Megan. My husband was the one seeing her and I met with her once. She seemed really good at first. I was impressed and agreed with a lot of what she said, until after I left the room she told my husband everything I told her. Granted I am not her client, but I wish she would have asked if it was okay. My husband and I signed agreements for Megan to meet with my counselor so we could work together. Megan would never get in touch with him. Finally after several attempts my counselor was able to get ahold of her, and they made an appointment. Megan stood him up. A few days later she calls me while my husband is in a session with her and starts asking me very triggering questions, that she would have if she wouldn’t have stood my counselor up. I told her to get in touch with him again but she kept pressuring me. It was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. My counselor emailed her and surprise.... still no response. She also cancels on my husband at least once a month, and tries to reschedule their appointments. I get life happens, but one time she cancelled 3 weeks in a row. She may have helped for a quick minute but the process is not long term and there has definitely been no healing of any sort. If anything it’s been more triggering to have an uncaring and unsupportive counselor who obviously doesn’t care about the client or the clients marriage. The biggest waste of money and time.

I first visited with Megan in February 2017 seeking understanding, direction, and help for problems affecting my struggling marriage. After visiting for a few weeks the root of the problem was discovered. This allowed me to focus on that problem and work on improving me and my marriage. Unfortunately the change was one sided and my marriage ended. Megan helped me cope with my divorce as I continued to improve myself. Visiting with Megan allowed me to see the unhealthy situation I was in, what I deserved, who I could become, that I can be valued, and have greater confidence. Ive been able to be me again and rediscover what makes me happy. Megan was a God send. An angel meant to help me when I most needed it. She was understanding, nonjudgmental, sweet, appropriately stern, knowledgeable, and determined to help me. If you are ready to change, improve, and be happier, if you are humble enough to seek help, I highly recommend visting with Megan at Addiction and Trauma Recovery. My only regret is not seeking her help earlier. And that there are only 5 stars

When I went to Trauma Recovery Services I was a mess. Megan and I started having sessions regularly and she helped me so much. She gave me the tools that I needed to change the awful things that were going on in my life. They offer support groups and one on one counseling. She was there for me any time I needed her day or night, and always was able to work me into her schedule if I needed to come in. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needed help. I have been with them for 2 years now and only go if needed. Thank you for all you do!

I have been working with Megan for over a year. I am so grateful for who she has helped me become. She has helped me through some very difficult times. I have recommended her to many of my friends. Thank you!

The front desk does not communicate with each other and it takes forever for them to get back to you. Not to mention their billing is an absolute disaster and the women counselor just treats her clients like another number.

Probably the only reason I got through a really bad spot in my life. I appreciate everything theyve done for me. Feel just like family.
