We were looking for a propane stove and we were helped right away. We are buying the stove as soon as we get our propane tank taken care of. They also offer wood stove and hot tubs. What more can you ask for. The staff is very knowledgeable and it was much appreciated.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for my Bullfrog Tub and this Company meet all the check marks - lower price on the products I was looking for than other websites had. !5% discount I received in my email from signing up my email to be notified of deals and specials they have going on, from a past purchase I made from them. Shipping did take a little longer but it was free shipping, so worth it. I also received a personal email from them Thanking me for purchasing from them again and I thought that was very thoughtful & Friendly of them. Love when a Company provides the whole package!! I would definitely buy from them again and I only do reviews of Companies that Wow me!

Chris was a fantastic technician who serviced our Quadra-Fire gas fireplace. He was professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. A+ service! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a gas fireplace service call.My only suggestion for improvement is for Leisure Time to more clearly state the service cost. Chris was able to easily explain the bill in under 10 seconds and it made perfect sense. There is (1) a Service Call charge, (2) an hourly technician rate, and (3) the parts needed. When I called to make the appointment, I was told the correct part price, but then only a fixed service call price (which it turns out factors to be about one hour of technician time). In this case the technician needed 2 hours to complete the work, which of course raised the price. It was still absolutely worth it, but it would have been nice to better understand the billing structure when making the appointment.

Leisure Time has good products and their install and service people are great. But we kept getting the run around with our female sales associate and took longer than it was original told to get our gas fire place insert in and no communication from our sales lady on what is going on and when items were going to be installed. Due to the way we were treated we will never buy any item from Leisure Time ever again. We were excited about getting our new gas insert but the whole experience was a nightmare from Leisure Time. Would not recommend anyone do business with them.

We contacted Leisure Time to service both of our gas fireplaces after having poor experiences with two fireplace companies. Wow what a difference in how they service compared to the other two, one of who installed them and the who specializes in the brand. They list what they do as part of their service on their website and never deviated from that! They dont have much of any inventory since most items are showing sold out online. Placed an order March 1st, I emailed them about my order status on March 4th with no response until March 8th saying they are sold out of what I had ordered and they cancelled the order. I ordered test strips fir my hot tub. When I opened the package I found the strips to be compromised. They were not any good for testing. I have used this brand before and all the “squares” were white which meant they were ready for testing. The chem squares were already colored on these. Disappointed.

My wife and I went in to see about getting a fireplace insert for our home. Matt was very knowledgable, and helpful. He told me pictures, and measurements he would need. This was a Saturday, I sent him pictures and measurements within a week. He responded that he got them. I then texted again the next day. He stated that the previous day was his day off, but he was writing up a quote, and catching up from the day off. I didnt hear from him for a week even though I called twice during this time, and left messages for him to call me back. I texted again after 1 week, no response. I went with another company (Quality heating and the fireplace shop) I had a fireplace insert installed within 1 week. It is sad that a company has a customer willing to purchase, and you cant be bothered to respond to texts, or call the customer back when they call, and leave a message. 2 weeks of screwing around with Leisure time was definitely not worth my time, or efforts.

Julie Cooper is the absolute worst at her job in this business!! She doesnt return calls, or emails, and wont send invoices when needed.When you order stoves and have no idea what the cost is, when they will arrive, and she will not help this is unfortunate???? She drops the ball constantly??? If you dont want to do your job why do you have this job??? Usually Leisure time is great but this woman hates her job....or must be family because she is the worst!!!

Hired leisure time to move my hot tub to my new house. During the initial conversation Carol was great to work with. Once I wanted them to come do the work it all changed. Trying to schedule the movers was a joke and service department was very rude and unprofessional. Once they came out to move the hot tub, they dropped my hot tub off the trailer, dropped it on the ground in place and left. Hot tub leaks now and is unusable. They deny doing anything that would damage it but it worked before being moved... Would not recommend using them for any assistance unless you buy new from them.

I got hot tub recently from leisure time. They where great to work with and the staff was most helpful. They helped me get everything up and working great and where very easy to deal with. They went above and beyond in helping me. A hot tub is the best thing ever! I sit in mine every day and my back feels so much better! Everybody NEEDS one!Thank you all especially Taylor and Ron!

What a Great Find...We had been searching on the web to find a replacement for a fifteen year old tub in a new home we just purchased. We have had three tubs now, the new one to be the fourth. We received a follow up email from Matt Darrington from Leisure time about their Hot Springs model line.While in IF, we stopped into the store and met with Matt. He showed us the different makes and models and we left to do additional research. Matt stayed in touch with us, gave us his personal cellphone and invited us to contact as we compared tubs with any questions. After shopping various brands and models we decided on the Hot Springs because of the sanitizing system (salt water), but mostly because of Matt.We conducted the sale via telephone and arranged for delivery. During the planning for deliver (on a deck that needed to be rebuilt) Matt stayed in touch and had us speak with Scott and the shop and delivery staff. All the details were worked out and the tub was mounted on the raised deck. The delivery crew were spectacular and went above and beyond what you would expect.Matts advice, his attention to detail, willingness to work with us to make sure all went smooth and the sale itself were excellent.This morning was the first use of the hot tub, what a great selection. We are very pleased.

We are very happy with the excellent customer service from Andre when shopping for and purchasing our Hearthstone wood stove. Cade and Conrad, the installers, were excellent as well. They were polite, knowledgeable, neat, and did a great job setting up our new stove and the piping that went all the way to the second floor exposed ceiling. We will definitely give them five stars. We love our new red wood stove and it burns wood very efficiently.

Julie was very helpful giving us several budget options as well as comparisons to our old tub and other brands. We felt that Leisure Time was interested in our business as well as meeting our needs. When we went back to complete the purchase Julie was out but Taylor stepped in and answered more questions and assisted us in finalizing our choices.Ron and George installed our new spa today. We replaced the old spa with smaller Bullfrog so had a few adjustments that had to be made but Ron was very helpful in getting us ready for installation. Ron and George did a great job on the install. Ron reviewed the operations, chemical usage and answered all our questions.Cant wait to try it out! Thanks

Recently bought from Leisure Time a high end massage chair. They delivered and installed it. Ive had the chance to use it several times and was a little skeptical to how well it would work. However, now that Ive experienced its benefits after a long day at work or after exercising my body thanks Leisure Time! Next step is purchasing a hot tub spa from them. Leisure Times experienced staff and service has been excellent. I recommend them.

Purchased a hot tub from Allan Wright at Leisure Time. Great people to work with. Pleasant, no-pressure atmosphere. Ron Pence did a great job installing the tub. Had it completely installed, full of water and running in just 3 hours. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience.

This place is probably okay for certain things but the guy there really didnt know what he was talking about when it comes to stove pipe we went and found the pipe we wanted at another place and had no problems

The parts department secured me a fan for my older fireplace and recently they stood behind a repair I had done, repairing it and replacing the almost new part without question. I recently bought a Green Mountain Grill (Daniel Boone edition) from Leisure Time. I love the grill. It is the highest quality grill I have owned and I would recommend it to anybody. These guys are great. We bought an Endless Pool Swim Spa from them. They installed it and we love it. The sales and service departments were always helpful and did all we asked them to do.

Very helpful staff, Carol. Answered all my questions. They have a good selection of gas heaters to choose from.

They are easy to deal with and have great products. If you have a spa and are not using the moss / spa frog maintenance system you should ask them about it. I was constantly adjusting the PH and adding chemicals. The moss system requires very little effort to keep a spa crystal clear and properly adjusted.

We have really enjoyed working with Leisure Times sales, service and repair departments for our hot tubs. We have guest cabins so it is very important to have them up and running. We have been blessed in that Pete, Scott and Carol have all worked together to make our experience a good one.
