We went to Amerititle for our refinance. They stayed on top of things for us (we were on vacation, then sick, then our 4th kid had her 1st birthday— all within two weeks so we we’re definitely preoccupied!). When we arrived, Brandy was amazing. Our conversation was comfortable and easy. She was even able to get our 3 older kids crayons, a coloring book, and juice. When something went wrong with the computer and printer and we didn’t sign a document, she went out of her way and came to us instead of us having to return to the office. We really appreciated it!

I have now had the pleasure of working with AmeriTitle for the past three closing.The first one was our first home purchase with an FHA loan. They made the process extremely easy and they were able to get us in and out faster than we ever expected.Two years later we went back to them and sold that same house. Again they had everything perfectly organized and we breezed through closing.Finally this past week they handled the closing on an investment property. They gave me a call, I came in and finished what was needed and walked out with my check. Every time it has been an absolute pleasure.

Extremely dissatisfied! We had to deal with them from out of state and they failed to notify our realtor that they sent us the closing documents, because of that she didnt get to review them. Then they never set up having another title company near us to notary the documents. We had to pay additional fees . Wish we didnt have to pay them their portion of closing costs because of all of the mistakes they made 😡To add a cherry on top of this horrible situation AmeriTitle failed to wire our payout before the cut off time at the end of the day. So, every one got paid except us. Definitely made us feel like a cash cow not costumers. 😕

We are closing from out of state and feel that we have been very well taken care of. The staff has consistently been quite competent and pleasant to deal with. As far as closings go, this has been one of our more positive ones. Thank you all at AmeriTitle for doing a great job.
