Went out of their way to accommodate me in handling a mail away closing. Would recommend this title company to anyone. The manager of the company & Karen Beckstead were outstanding.

I don’t recommend working with Alliance Title. After being told closing would take place BEFORE Friday, we were told by our other Title company, not Alliance, that they didn’t get paperwork done in time. After I reached out, Alliance said they made an error on a lien which hindered us from closing in time on Friday. This was a $600 mistake my family and I have to eat by the time we rent a hotel over the weekend, change movers and change our internet installation, not to mention the inconvenience. There was zero accountability on Alliance’s end of things. Do not use!

We have closed twice with this group, and they are a wonderful, professional, and kind group of people. We just signed most recently with Ryan, and he was fabulous, funny, and gracious even with our wild children in his office! Would highly recommend!

They had me sign paperwork that they knowingly knew were incorrect. Saying doesnt matter well send you amended emails with correct numbers. They and my realtor were a joke about closing times and dates!!! Took another 4 days to finally complete sales process all the while they saying well this is what happens sometimes I said we have a contract with dates on it!! Their response was that doesnt really matter.... do not use these guys, save yourself trouble and heartache!!!

As a real estate agent here in Idaho Falls, I have found that it DOES matter where you close your transactions. Alliance Title and Escrow continues to not only offer me as an agent excellent service but they go above and beyond with my clients ensuring that their closing experience is a positive one. Not only do I consider the employees of Alliance Title excellent business partners, I also consider them friends. I cant THANK each of them enough for all that they do for my clients and my business!

Im only giving 3 stars due to the fact that we had to go back 3 times to correct paperwork. We purchased an office building and the terms were not what was agreed upon and could have been very costly to me and also the seller. I feel they could have done a lot better for what we paid them. They are a friendly staff and its a nice environment, just be sure to get an experienced title agent and read carefully over your documents. The sellers were very upset and they handle these transactions often. They have had good experiences with them before, but said they will check elsewhere next time. This was only the 3rd time Ive gone through title companies for a property, and the only time paperwork had to be corrected 3 times. And this was the cost of the previous properties combined, so kinda scary that it was overlooked especially for us.UPDATE: 2/26/18 I just got off of the phone with Darrell who is the VP at Alliance and he had actually read this review, reached out to his team on how they can do better, and confirmed to me that they will do better and appreciates the 3 star review. Any company that continues to learn from their mistakes and takes action on the feedback from customers is a 5 star company to me. I really appreciate him reaching out and kindly discussing with me what they are doing moving forward to improve. I am buying another commercial building in the next few months and Ill be sure to give them another try. Ill know more on what to look for and so will they when it comes time to sign. I really appreciate their service they show.

This location of Alliance Title is top notch. Their staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. The one thing that sets them apart in my mind is their extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. Things are done correctly the first time so there is no frustration on the part of the customer.

This title company gets my vote for the best systems and most reliability. Overall, they are the most accurate and identify potential problems early and work proactively to resolve them to produce clear title or help a buyer clear a blemish of record that may prevent the purchase of a home. Fantastic staff and finely tuned systems.
