My wife and I where in the market to purchase a new car. Now let me give you a bit of a back story. In 2019 I had to undergo 2 emergent back surgeries. This left me with the inability to work, which put a serious strain on our financial situation. That coupled with over a million in debt after spending a month and a half in the hospital, the end result... Bankruptcy. Our bankruptcy was closed in May of 2020, and we knew we now needed to begin to rebuild our credit. This posed a serious problem, no banking institution would even look at us unless we had been 2 years past our closure. With what savings we had, we went to see our friend at United Auto of Idaho Falls. Dennis Gray (THE MAN) has been a long time friend, and knew what we where up against. Working with us, Dennis was able to find and secure financing for our purchase of the pictured Dodge Grand Caravan. Not only was Dennis able to get my family and I the right car, but pulled what I can only describe as a miracle the best financing that I could ever hope for. Instead of paying thousands in high interest 2nd tier auto financing. Dennis secured a 6% interest loan for my wife and I to begin to rebuild our credit. This Dennis accomplished this feat with our bankruptcy only being closed for 9 months. If you are looking for a new-used car do not hesitate. Get to United Auto in Idaho Falls and go talk to Dennis. James Biggs promised to get us a part for our car that we purchased from him back in February and still hasn’t provided. Also, a “keyless start system problem” prompted after we took the car home so I took it over to him and he’s “never seen that before” BS. Can always tell when someone is lying 🙄 whatever. Will never do business with these guys again. Also! Paid employees leaving 5 star reviews to up ratings is just scummy.

I do want others to be aware of our experience to avoid the same issues we experienced. Please note I am in Washington state and not in Idaho. Most all these issues would be avoided if you’re a local shopper.- our address was entered incorrectly which I corrected at the time of purchase.- our address was not updated with the bank our financing was through until I called wondering if we would receive any statements or way to pay.- our registration and title information to obtain licensing was sent to the incorrect address resulting in it being returned to United Auto.- when the title and registration were sent to the correct address, paperwork was missing according to the state of Washington, United says that was a mistake, sent it anyways.- our sales tax payment was not included in the title and registration paperwork. I was told it was because in Idaho, they often just don’t collect it and it was an oversight.- a form was notarized without our signature which we then had to obtain a Power of Attorney notarized document so that I could sign on behalf of my husband.- by the time all the necessary monies and paperwork were obtained, all the paperwork had expired and the process had to be restarted on my second visit to the Department of Licensing.All in person interactions were great and again, we are very happy with our purchase. I don’t know why so many little errors occurred with our purchase and hopefully others do not have to be as inconvenienced as we were.

One of the best buying experiences Ive ever had!!! After Broadway Ford completely insulted me by seeming genuinely shocked that I (A) work outside the home, and (B) dont need my husband to car shop with me and give his permission, I walked away with an SUV from Taylor United that was a year newer and a nicer model, had fewer miles and was $4,000 less than the same SUV I was looking at at Broadway Ford. I got a phenomenal deal on my trade and the whole process took less than an hour to complete. I actually did it on my lunch hour. I absolutely HATE the high-pressure sales tactics and back-and-forth dickering you get at bigger car lots where they act like theyre doing you a favor by ripping you off and are super condescending to women buyers. At Taylor United, you get their best price the first time you ask. I worked with Ryan and he was incredibly honest and fair.

Taylor United auto sales is the place to go to find a car! The salesman that helped me was Jarin and he was very honest with me about the vehicles, wasnt pushy and had a lot of knowledge on the cars. This is the place to go!

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle. I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 about 5 months ago, which I still do not have tags on it due to that fact that they lost/misplaced my truck title. Ive been fortunate enough not to get pulled over and have not had a ticket yet. Besides this, one week after buying the truck I took it into a Dodge dealership to get it inspected just for reassurance. Sure enough, majority of the fluids were dirty and needed to be changed along with items such as: a vacumm leak (ESIM & purge solenoid), left blinker not working due to water damage, dirty air filter, rear parking sensors assist module failure, dirty throttle body & fuel/air induction system dirty, along with other many items. According to their full auto inspection performed by a dealer that does all of their inspection, they did not report any of this but did fix a few other items. This is not the best way to sell a vehicle to anyone in my opinion. Not sure who likes to buy a high dollar vehicle and then go spend $2K on-top of it all. To top it off, 2 weeks later, my front drivers side wheel almost fell off. It was literally hanging on by 2 bolts. Luckily I wasnt involved in an accident which could have easily happened. How I found out was I kept hearing an odd sound as I was going 70mph on the highway. I pulled over to check things out and sure enough, the wheel is at an angle. I ended up getting towed to the closest Dodge dealership, took them 5 days to fix the whole assembly worth $700plus. I immediately called Taylors United Auto Sales, which consists of Greg and Ryan, to notify them and they could care less. They simply told me Youre on your own. I had to find my own ride to work, take the kids to daycare and so forth. Oh yeah, they offered me $200 to help me out. What a joke. No reimbursements for Ubers or cared to offer me a rental. Just glad I was able to hold on to my job with all this mess. And that extra extended warranty they sell, please dont waste your money or time on it. Its literally WORTHLESS. I hope some of you think twice before dealing with these kinds of people. Sad to say but they still exist in this day of time. Once you buy a car from here, youre on your own and you simply do not exist to them anymore. Not the best way to do business but somehow they are still in the game. I would absolutely never ever do business with these people. I have proof of receipts and documents to this terrible experience which is still going on and i wish i could give them negative stars as a rating but Google does not allow me to do so.
