Not once did I hear the typical “well what do we gotta do for you to take this car home” that we have all heard before.Mostly due to the fact that I was already in love with the truck and made it very clear that I wanted the truck but needed the blessing from the wife. We arranged everything and communication was perfect and what you hope for from a dealership.The only issue was that he was a Broncos fan but we were able to put that aside and make a deal. I was looking for a replacement vehicle and after finding one that looked like a good match online I called and was greeted by Jason who quickly arranged for a look and test drive. It appeared to be in very good condition and both myself and my wife really liked the features and color. Jason was very helpful and no sales pressure put on us. I felt the staff was overly arrogant. I had told them I had financing already, they proceeded to run my credit elsewhere. Then communication as to where I would sign papers was not important to them, I sat at my bank for over an hour to find out that the dealership had all the paperwork (even after calling them they didnt tell me). The final paperwork guy was rude, when discussing the extended warranty, I was confused as to what all it covered and he said what do you not understand, it extends your warranty, it was at that moment we just about left. I would say customer service is definitely lacking and they need to remember to treat people (customers) with some respect. In the end I have a fantastic SUV, but going forward I will shop elsewhere.

Very vindictive owner. We pulled in the parking lot for 5 minutes to grab food safely for our family that was traveling all day. They came and asked us to leave after like a minute or two of being there and we let them know we needed a few minutes. He said that was fine we had 10 minutes and not even 2 minutes later, sent his tow truck driver. We didn’t get towed because we were getting ready to leave before they could and the tow guy left us alone, but that was pretty ridiculous.

The service department was great! Their customer service is the absolute best. They could not have been more kind. Above all I felt they were honest. I will be returning for any future vehicle maintenance needs.

Just as a disclaimer, this was the first time we ever considered buying a car online without test driving or seeing it in person. Naturally, we were nervous and cautious in paying for something, especially a car, without being able to feel it. William was reassuring and provided extra pictures and even video to help us throughout our purchase. Additionally, he provided us with a reputable and competitively priced auto transport company to transport our vehicle to our home state. Although he attempted to use the typical salesman techniques of well someone else is on the lot looking at this car currently (car had been on their lot for 30 days) and I cannot hold the car for you, William was still professional. One of the reasons for the 4/5 stars is due to his repeated pushing of completing 4 separate 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook.The other reason for subtracting the one star is due to the dealership forgetting to ship the car with the temporary license plate/tags. We had a camping trip planned the day after the car was delivered and needed our tow vehicle (the car that was purchased) to be legally on the road.Overall, Im pleasantly surprised of how nice the car is and how little dings and scratches it has for an 8+year old car.

I was traveling through Idaho Falls on vacation and needed an oil change. I researched the internet for a nearby Buick Dealership and fortunately for me I found Wackerli Buick Cadillac GMC. It was hot and traveling, the front of the car was covered with dried on bugs, during the wash the bugs were nearly completely removed and it looked fresh and ready to complete our journey to home in GA. I came in to see about trading in my Volvo because the nearest dealer to me is 3 hrs away. It just wasn’t practical and I wanted to look into an SUV from a dealer I could trust in town. My sister and I weren’t swarmed by any pushy sales folks. We walked in and were greeted warmly. Mike DaRonch helped us look for the car I had been eyeing online. It wasn’t available to test drive, but he got me a comparable vehicle to try out. He told us about the comparable models in the other lines of cars that they had in stock so I could test drive those. He let me take my time and talk it out and I loved the car so much I bought it. Mike was very relaxed and helped me feel more comfortable with the whole car buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure and I knew I was in good hands. I got all my info in and was signing docs before I knew it. Frank Lograsso was our finance officer and he worked fast.
