This building is infested with roaches and ran by unprofessional and highly emotional management. The property manager Eli gives out his personal phone number and lies claiming it’s a business phone number, so that are your complaints go to him and aren’t properly documented on company time. They also don’t have the leasing office ever open during company business hours and lie to you, claiming that they don’t have roach issues, just to get you to sign a lease. I have spoken with other residents, that’s how I find out the woman leasing before my girlfriend and I, also had an infestation problem. There are roaches in the washrooms, the washers and dryers don’t really work, and overall, management tries to take advantage of and discriminate against people they think don’t know their rights.

The only thing good I can say about these apartments is the maintenance guy. Im not sure what his name is but he was kind and always was did a great job. I live in these apartments for 5 years and the current management is ok but the crime in the area is getting worse. Good luck if you decide to move there.

My aunt lives at Courtyard Park Apartments and absolutely loves living there. Now that I am in the market of finding a new place to live, I decided to take a tour of the property. I honestly have to say, the tour was excellent and the apartment felt like home. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and answered every question. She provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable. You can also tell the maintenance staff is very good because the apartment was spotless. If youre in the market of finding a home, please stop by Courtyard Park Apartments and take a tour. You wont regret it.

I currently live here. There’s no one on the premises to talk to. There’s no safe place to keep your package as someone has stole mine this week. There’s no safety as someone has gotten shot in my neighboring building. Had there been more precautions taken there’s a possibility safety would’ve been ensured. Kids use this as a hang out spot. Someone has taken a dump behind the steps. They need to have a lock system for each building to stop a lot of the foot traffic that happens in this building. Update: they stole another package.

I recently just moved back to the area from Atlanta and was suggested this property. I was pleasantly surprised given the area especially the management the young lady in the office I think her name is Stephanie was very helpful and nice I came up there multiple times and she was very patient and professional even though she was always busy. I haven’t decided on my next apartment but Courtyard Park is definitely on the list.

I have been here for 3 years. . Since Signature took over things are much better. The property manager Ms Bland is very courteous, very professional. It is a joy to finally have someone here to assist in what we need. Management skills are terrific. She gets the job done.

My cousin and I toured the apartment and we had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and Stephanie is awesome. My cousin still lives there and she as no complaints. Staff is very responsive and pleasant!

Quiet place! I had no issues moving here. It very quiet neighbors come and go and I don’t have any issues. New management is always available and when I call Gloria she is very responsive to my concerns! No issues!

I toured a 1 bedroom and was extremely pleased with how nice and clean they are. The professionalism of the staff is Superb!! I would definitely recommend Courtyard Park Apts as a place to live!!!

I live in these apartments currently and this will be my second year here. I have never seen the maintenance man never seen the leasing manager nor have I spoken to anyone handling this apartment complex. The company handling this apartment complex is shady! When you call to complain no one but the answering service is there and no one will call you back. If you have a pest problem good luck dealing with it on your own because maintenance is no help.

Courtyard Park Apartments is a fine establishment, I love the aura and the service there. I only went for a viewing but i already felt at home, if i could recommend it to any of my friends i will. Thank you for everything, hope to be doing buisness soon.

I went for a viewing of the apartments and it was amazing ...the grounds were neat and clean and the office staff was great. I felt at home already!! All smiles about this property.

Im giving this place 3 stars because I am so sick of never being able to get in contact with any of management. Theres never anyone in the leasing office and I NEVER get anyone on the phone or NEVER get a return call. It would really help if they are accessible especially since I am a new resident. This is so frustrating

I have been here at courtyard park apts for then 25 years i have never had a bad experience ever, the appearance of the courtyard is always kept clean and well groomed thanks to our wonderful Maintinance person Moises when there is bad weather he is always out there making sure the residence get in and out there home without any issues. Signature properties really care for there tenants all complaints are taking seriusly and taken care of as quickly as possible.NOT ONLY IS COURTYARD PARK APT a great place to reside it is also very close to shops and transportation which makes it very nice for those who depend on public transportation. I would highly recommend Courtyard Park to anyone that is interested in moving here.

Nice apartments in Historic Hyattsville, the property is well taken care of and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

The new property management company fails to adequately screen current and incoming tenants. There are several reports on file with Prince Georges County Police Department regarding burglaries and malicious assaults that took place in 2016-2017 in Courtyard Park Apartments perpetrated by a current resident who was allowed to remain on-site with his family after returning from jail. The community is UNSAFE and management is unresponsive to resident concerns.

Ive had problems just about every year I have been living here, starting from the property management to one of the other tenant. Since Ms. Gloria Bland took over, things are starting to go in a positive direction. Things around my house are being repaired or replaced and shes on top of an issue or concerns that I may have . 🖒

This place is ridiculous... I am in my second lease and I can not wait to get out... I have been here for a year and a half and received letters that management changed 5! Times... you can never get someone on the phone and their system is messed up 4 times I came home to letters saying my rent isnt paid when it was and you can never get through to someone to settle a matter, I cant wait to get out of this place NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!wish it had 0 star I can give

It was a terrible experience. The administration ist the worst. They just wanna take money off of your pocket without any good excuse, just when they get the chance, they will take your money. They threat you bad, they are not nice to you at all. Seriously it is a terrible place. Also, the apartments have rats.
