My experience with Fountain Park was so smooth. The agent/manager Katie Guzman is amazing. She is very professional and attentive to my needs. Most importantly she listen to me. The location is perfect with access to 495/295/95 etc. Also, shopping is near by. Great place to live.

This community is amazing the staff and apartments are amazing very clean and beautiful outside and inside the building are clean laundry rooms are very nice an we’ll kept mommy building is always clean ever morning . I’m very thankful for the staff I’ve lived here for two years so far and it’s been amazing so thank you to ever body here at fountain park apartments !!!. You all are great .

I loved everything about the apartment, I feel in love with it just seeing the pictures. It’s in a great area have a beautiful park where your kids can play and family can cookout. I wish I never had to leave I was there for a year and I loved everything about it, I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

My experience thus far has been great! Katie helped with my application process and was extremely accommodating even meeting with me after hours and doing everything to see that my application process was seamless! I really appreciate her customer service as well as the property manager Tammy!

I am a resident with fountain park APT for 4 years now. I must have to complement Tammy and Katie team. They are exceptionally responsive to needs in repair and services. They also go above and beyond duty call to help in tenants personal. For example, I am not computer savvy. I was struggling with electronically filling out my application for state and federal assistance during COVID-19. Tammy instinctively knows that I dont know what to do and she quickly stepped in and helped me, as a result, I got all the help from the state and federal assistance. Katie on several occasions help me to set up my ability to pay my rent on line. Katie never complained about help me me several times in the past. Each Katie will cheerfully help with out grudges

I have been living here for almost two years I think and I love this apartment complex very clean rooms are huge. The assistant manager Delmi is so nice and very welcoming. Every concern or questions I had she always reply fast. Only thing is you only get one parking so if you have 2 cars you have to pay for a spot . But other then that love it . Also they have nice give aways .

Then this new lady Tammy comes and she has sent out notices with Southview Apartments on flyer and she has no professional skills. Then Maintenance comes and change filter and didnt lock my unit and left the dirty filter in my unit. Now I despised This community I will keep complaining until Tammy Williams is gone!!!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I am overall pleased. The management and staff are very friendly and they respond to all of my maintenance requests within a day. When I ask for updates, they are communicative. Their professionalism and dedication makes this a great place to live.The property is clean and I never felt unsafe.Ultimately I am moving out because they increased the rent and I can’t afford it. If I could afford it I would have been glad to stay.For parking, you are assigned a spot in the lot when you move in, and if someone is in your spot you can call the tow company. The visitor parking is a little tight, which was a hassle when I had guests.If you live on the ground level (enter the building and go down half a flight of stairs), beware that noise from your upstairs neighbors can be very loud, especially if there is running, jumping, or screaming. Management was kind to speak to my upstairs neighbors about the noise, but I recognize that they can’t control this particular situation.

This apartments are really bad. I can’t even sleep at night hearing mice biting the inside of the walls and walking through the air conditioning system. They don’t do anything you let them know and they will send someone who just gives you mice traps instead of getting rid of the problem. Yet if something is broken or damage when you moved in and you didn’t break it or damage it, they blame you and make you pay for it and if you don’t pay it they keeping sending you notices to pay it. Not to mention how infested with cockroaches this apartments are. This is the 2nd worst place I ever lived in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before you decided to move here.

I’ve been living in fountain park for almost a year now. The office staff are very friendly and always there to help when I have questions. The community is always clean and well kept. When there’s a mantiance problem it takes less than 48 hours for the problem to be fixed. I high recommend these apartments!

Delmi (Asst. PM) is very disrespectful, unfriendly, and rude. I needed to have a ticket submitted for maintenance- maintenance entered my home without knowing what they were coming to fix, and repaired everything that THEY were aware of as being old or broke before we moved in. My bathroom vanity broke within my first two weeks of move-in and she insisted that I was at fault for the damages- I sat my daughters breathing machine on the sink and it fell INTO the sink and broke the vanity! I was forced into paying a pet fee for having my sister-in-laws dog over for a few days while she was out of town, when I went to do the ticket for maintenance, she asked Do you have a dog in the home, I informed her I didnt but my family brings their dog over every now and then, while they visit; She then informed me she thought she saw me with a dog- Next thing I know Im charged for a pet fee on my account. Delmi also was going to bring my concern up to the property manager about me being at fault for the vanity and has yet to return my call.Stephanie King (Property Manager) speaks foul things of her residents to security. She uses excessive profanity while residents and children are in the office, and did not fully go over my move-in details with me. She also informed me that the property has had numerous rodent problems (bed bugs, mice, and spiders). I was not informed that the building that I moved into had more than one bed bug infestations (maintenance brought this to my attention)Neighbors have called security on me and my family, as well as the neighbors beneath us to complain of noise and smoke. My household is SMOKE-FREE!! the local police officer who patrols the property at night came to my home at 10pm (while my family was in bed) to notify us that my neighbor next door complained of smoke and it is not the first complaint from a resident in the building about MY household. My fiance informed her that we do not smoke, and if we did we would at least be courteous to go on the balcony! The next morning my fiance was locked out and went to the office to get a key, he heard the officer say she has had numerous problems out of my household and the neighbors beneath our next door neighbor (they were kicked out 2 days later). She then went on to say 5116, 5114, and 5112 all have had problems with smoking- all of the residents the officer complained about were under 30 and african- american! Again, I felt discrimination being as though we were the second youngest family in our building who were not Hispanic. The property manager then went on to use an excessive amount of profanity while my fiance and daughter were in the office, and stated that she would not tolerate this bulls**t, because she is trying to run a family friendly f***ing community.A few nights after that, my fiance and I were sitting in our car listening to a radio show and the same officer approached our car. She informed us that we could NOT sit in OUR car because of recent break-ins! We were never informed of any break-ins in the area.We asked her if we were in OUR car, how is that a problem- she then stated because we have valuables in the car, and we were parked in OUR assigned parking spot for too long?!The neighbors across from us have constantly let their dog poop and pee under our balcony and in the lawn in front of our building- he never picks it up! My daughter went outside and wanted to walk on the stone wall in front of our building and fell into the dogs feces!!! I didnt want to cause a scene and be a disrupting neighbor (or cause problems with my neighbor), but I was HIGHLY upset! This dog has had diarrhea since we moved in and NOBODY in the household picks up after either dog!! The patrolling officers, maintenance, nor management have said anything about this!

Es una buena 👍 comunidad para todo aquel q kiera y tenga el gusto y privilegio de poder vivir en la tranquilidad de avitar en una linda 😉 paz y felicidad pue todo el personal es un excelente servicio y muy bonito el trato que se tiene en la oficina yo de mi parte les recomiendo vengan a visitarnos y sran perfectamente atendiendos como semrensen con el servicio al 100 porsiento
