Had a good experience here. Didnt get the price down quite as low as we wanted it, but they were willing to negotiate a bit so that helped! Truck is nice! Our salesman was nice (Ive never met a rude salesman though, they need their money!) No complaints at this point.
Took our old Camry in because Toyota sent us a letter saying they would repair the peeling paint. Midwest Collision called said they got the approval so I took it in. They had it for three weeks and I received no communication they painted everywhere but where the paint is peeling. When my wife picked it up they just told her Toyota wont pay them to paint plastic. I have tried to call and left messages. They will not call me back. They charged Toyota $6499.39 for painting a $4000 car. This place appears to only care about their money. This didnt help me and did help Toyota only helped their bottom line. Great product too bad their representation is so bad.Update to this review: 12/1 I called this manager after seeing the response. It goes to the message machine and guess what??? Three days later and no reply!!!! The bad service is a whole new level here.
Great job guys. In and out quickly. And the service was great. Took care of my car. Be back for my oil change when its due. Thank you.
Great team that will work with you. BC (salesman), was awesome as was Tim (sales manager). Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Gave me a really good deal on trade and I bought a great used car!
They were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a very nice used car.
Got a great deal and help with my previous vehicle that had broken down on a road trip. Fantastic experience buying a car!
Craig Brown was our salesman he was bery knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. The new 2021 Toyota Sienna is awesome!! 36 mpg for a 8 passenger mini van and a sunroof.
Never ever do business with them!!!Called about one of the 4Runners to see if it’s still available, he said yes got all my info, run my score, everything is good, and then texted me next day saying it was actually sold!!! I would not let you run my credit history if I knew it was not available, so I emailed Sales manager, guess what, never heard back from any those guys at least saying Sorry
I was traveling thru the area after picking up a new camper in Great Bend. I needed a 15,000 maintenance service and a new tire on my 4-Runner (that I love!) This place...not so much. The backstory is long ...but they didn’t have the tire in stock that matched those on my vehicle. They were going to look for one. I called around Great Bend and found a Bridgestone dealer that said he could have the tire for me the next day, that there were 4 at a wholesaler in Wichita...but that the dealer could probably get it same day...because closer and such. So I call back the dealership ...give them this info 1 1/2 hours after my initial call to them, with the name of the wholesaler in Wichita. I’d rather do it all at once....since I would be unloading my 17 ft camper in the Toyota parking lot for the service and reloading after. When my service was almost finished I said how much is the tire ...I was told my bill was $280 and some change...I said I expect a discount for helping to find the tire...the service guy said he could give me $15...I said I want 10%. (The shop in Great Bend was going to charge me less)And I was the one that called the Toyota Service department with the info on the 4 available tires. I had done their job for them! He said he could not give me 10% I said “then go get me someone who can”...he stormed off the podium with my paperwork in his hands...left me standing there...came back and says the Service Manager would not approve it. I said I want to talk to the manager myself. So he stormed off again and I followed him this time. A guy with the name Tim on his shirt was sitting at a desk...he did not stand up when we entered his office...unprofessional, just like the service guy. Tim said “Parts” would have to approve it ...and we all went to parts...where they went inside and I was left at the window, I could not hear the conversation. But, I had been to “Parts”’on my arrival to check on the status of my tire and the young woman In Parts, would not look at me or address me personally ...she talked to me through the guy sitting at the “Parts” desk. Now ...she wouldn’t look at me or address me, again ...she did manage a few eye rolls during her discussion with the Service Manager about my “discount”.In the end they gave me the $28 discount. I told them it was shameful what they put me through, to do the right thing. They should have offered it...and I never should have been treated the way that I was...no customer should. And anyone taking your money for a service should look you in the eye. The Service guy couldn’t even do that! (Nor the girl in Parts). They act like that podium is some kind of temple.$28A pittance, but it was the point.Bad business practices and treatment here, I would never go back.Glad I am just passing through. I would drive way out of my way to avoid this place.
Great people place. Expensive but at least I know its done right.
Since Toyota decided to get into politics we no longer will be buying Toyota vehicles.
I worked with Eric and had a very good experience. If he didnt know the answer, he found out for me
Im very pleased with the way they engaged me and sold me my vehicle since the day I signed the paperwork thumbs down very unimpressed was asked where I could take my vehicle to get it serviced and was told you can drive an hour or maybe you could set it up in your neighborhood not very good Post customer experience
I bought a used truck. One day off the lot and the dash got an error message. No one at the dealership could assist because they didnt have any records on the truck and salesman wasnt calling me back. They mentioned that the truck may have come from a sister dealership, so I called them. They were super helpful and explained everything to me, even sending me the last information when they serviced the truck, something I asked the salesman for repeatedly. That information also gave me the truth behind what was done, rather than what I was told was done. Typical used sales experience. Finance guy was good, thorough and helpful.
I bought a new Toyota Camry in 2017 and to this day I have not gotten coupons for oil change deals no one is called ask how I like my car I would not go back to Midway thank you
BUYER BEWARE! Toyoya is selling cars with melting dashboards! This company does not care about a loyal customer who purchased 7 Toyotas in the last 6 years! The company does not care about safety concerns and they will do nothing to help despite admitting it is a problem! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do NO purchase these cars or support this brand!
While our two Toyotas were still under warranty we would go here. Very nice service staff. Very easy to get appointments. Nice support staff as well.
Disappointed in service. Wont be back to this location, and had this been my only interaction with Toyota I probably would never buy Toyota again. Eric was mostly professional especially for a new guy and we probably would have made a deal until some short young inexperienced girl opened her mouth and gave attitude, which ruined it for all involved. Ill take my $55,000 somewhere else. I feel like that girl owes us an apology for interrupting our salesman and raising her voice to my husband. Steer clear from this dealership and take the extra trip and drive into Salina or Wichita.
Been searching for a V6 Camry for under 10,000. Finally one popped up at Midwest. My mom and dad have been buying cars from them for years. So it worked out. My mom and dad said they were great to work with. They held it for me until a Saturday. I really liked that they did that. A couple negatives. The guy that took care of us was a little short and not real friendly. I would say a “professional” salesman. Wouldn’t work on the price at all and a little pushy. Didn’t talk to us unless it was business. However all and all not a bad experience but not a great. I would shop there again for sure no doubt. Maybe with a different guy. Love the car however so that makes up for it.
I was very well taken care of!! They made sure that everything that I wanted was addressed and met!! They worked their magic!! Was very very pleased with my results and the staff!! I do recommend others to go to Midwest in Hutchinson for their vehicle needs, and how they will work to try to please you with everything youre wanting!!
Hands down the best service anyone could ever ask for in buying a car. Greg Flores catered to my car needs -above and beyond. Greg delivered me a smooth riding- clean cut car- at an affordable cost. Not only did he deliver me a good car- but delivered it all the way to Kansas City- just in time for summer fun at the lake with my 7 year old son ! Thank you for your excellent service Greg you have a customer for life!
Would never buy a car there.
Very poor service. Tried to deal on new truck they didnt act like they wanted to sell. Felt like they were too busy. Took three trips just to get someone to wait on me then i had to go ask for someone to help mePoor experience. Would not recommend.
I had a wonderful experience working with the whole team at Midwest Toyota, specifically Tracey Dean, and Jerry who helped me secure an extended warranty. I had purchased a Toyota Highlander and when I got home, realized the seat configuration was not what I expected. I called Tracey and he let me come back in and simply trade out my purchase for the configuration I wanted. They were not obligated to do this, but they went out of their way to make my experience a great one. I would recommend Midwest Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota in Kansas.
Always fast friendly service.
I would highly recommend Greg Flores at Midwest Toyota. He helped us find the perfect car and went out of his way to help me when my brand new car got a door ding. It looks good as new. Anyone in need of a new car, go to Midwest and ask for Greg!
I recently had the pleasure to work with Jerry Johnson to purchase a Platinum Vehicle Service Agreements for my 2016 Toyota Camry. Jerry was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He provided me the best quote of any dealership, and I was able to purchase the warranty over the telephone without going into the dealership.
Came into the dealership the salesman was not pushy was in and out within two hours definitely not like buying in Wichita where it takes all day plus all the pressure that they put you under. i would definitely recommend for the small town experience where they treat you like a friend
I have never had a good experience at this dealership. Every visit over the last 3 years has involved poor customer service, disrespect, shoddy work and ends with repeated visits to get simple repairs done right. The most recent visit is typical: I made an appointment for regular servicing of my 2015 Camry. I arrived on time for the appointment, and was told it would take 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there waiting for 2 1/2 hours. No one communicated with me about the delay, and no one apologized for the delay and inconvenience it caused. My car was returned to me filthy! There were numerous grease spots on my cream colored leather interior where the mechanic had touched with his dirty hands and boots. I was so upset that my car was returned to me yet again in this grimey condition. I came home and spent 2 hours detailing my interior, except for the large grease spot on my carpet. My husband took our Toyota back up to the dealership so that they could see the grease stain and make it right. They made pathetic excuses for how that could have happened, and refused to apologize or take any responsibility. (They did give my husband a card for a free car wash, but I don’t have any confidence in this place and the work they do.) The worst part is that the next day I noticed that my newly serviced car now was leaking oil! My husband called the general manger and asked him to address it. He sent someone to get my car and left me a loaner, so I thought maybe I would finally get good service. My car was returned and the only thing said was that the oil spots I noticed must have been old. Again no accountability, responsibility, apology, or follow up from the service manager or the general manager...and my car is STILL LEAKING OIL!!!I have really tried to make it work with this dealership. Shame on me for trying to keep it local. Midwest Toyota Ford is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle for any maintenance or repairs. Even under new management, avoid this place - it’s a waste of time and money.
BEWARE!! Not an honest business! They will not stand behind their work. Bought a set of tires at this place. The tires were either bad or the alignment was not done properly or not at all to start with. Took the car back several times to correct the issue to no avail. This business flat out said they wouldn’t replace them. They advised we would have to go through the tire company to get a refund. They did however offer to sell us a new set of tires and send in the defective set for us. We were forced to go to another business in which they advised we shouldn’t be driving on these tires. Very poor customer service, and poor management. They lost our business.
Great people good and fast work, Jim the service rep has a lot of knowledge about Toyotas
I wouldnt recommend this place to somebody I absolutely hate!! Scheduled a service job days in advance, waited 2 hours, checked status and they hadnt even began on the service! I absolutely would go out of town for anything Ford or Toyota related. Betcha kick yourself if you dont head this warning!!!!
Got me in and out in less than an hour. Drove all the way from the Wichita area to have my tires rotated and car have its 5000 mile service. The also just sent me a few coupons to use on service work.
Service was great. Quick and painless and Jim does a great job!
I purchased an extended warranty from Jerry Johnson for my new 2019 Toyota purchased from another dealership. Jerry is a true professional who offered the best price in the country. Thanks Jerry!
Friendly, but youll get a better deal by going to Salina or OKC.
Mr. Oscar Lee was awesome! He was patient and willing to work with my mom and I!
Good, quick service department. No pressure and no effort to upsell unnecessary work.
Worst toyota dealer I have ever had. Took three days to replace radiator from salina only to find out business across the the street had in stock. They also sent me home with a dead battery. And refused to come and replace. Never again.
Not a huge fan of the dealership. Bought my latest vehicle here only because it was a previous year model that had been significantly marked down. They underpriced my trade in by $3,000 based on the lowest price on the kbb trade in price. Had to argue and threaten to leave multiple times before they would finally give me the absolute minimum I wanted. Purchased their touch of class service. They still havent called to schedule the service a month later, even after I went back in two weeks ago and asked about it.
Had to utilize their services for a recall. At my age, customer service goes a long way and this place has great customer service.
Bought a new Avalon today. Great salesman and a great company. Thanks for everything.
Bought a 2010 Ford Edge & just within the first 30 days it was in the shop way more than it ever shouldve been & after further research found underlying details of where lies were told! WILL NEVER CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE AGAIN........CROOKS!
Bought my expkorer here 8 years ago .i dont use their setvice area much can get repairs cheaper at my mecanics .
Shuttle service was quick and free but have to be outside waiting for him when he arrives or he will go pick someone else up.
Great service. Even found a ten dollar coupon for me.
Traveling from out of town and ran into problem with the ignition on my Camry. These guys had my car turned around in less than 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much. You saved my bacon!
Another place had screwed up my oil filter cap and the mechanic at Midwest was able repair the socket hex flats that were marred!Outstanding job and extra effort.
Quick service for a decent price.
I get in and out pretty quick for oil changes.
They was so very quick and the place was so nice to sit in the lounge very nice
Excellent service time and time again!
Oil change/tire rotation turn around was very quick about 35 mins.
It was great as always.. thanks for getting our car serviced so quickly and for checking everything
The best dealership is Kansas small town experience with a big city selection!!! A place where you are treated as a friend!!!
Super friendly drivers get you where you need to be while your vehicle is repaired/serviced.
Went to this Dealership, rudest people I have met in car business . Bought a vehicle in Salina and very pleased.
They got my car in and out.. staff was very friendly.. I will definitely be back
Not my favourite buying experience. The sales team was just a front. They basically just run the paperwork for the finance team to the customer.
Great, trustworthy shop. Wait times have been rather extreme lately, though, even with an appointment.
Had our car serviced very nice people
Pulled in to have a tire air up. Was out in a short time.
The service team is always so polite!!
Very good service department
Fast and Friendly service
Very good people.
Do your Toyota shopping and service here. STAY AWAY FROM EDDYS TOYOTA IN WICHITA.
Always quick and reliable service!
Horrible service. Didnt listen to any of my request.
Lied too, waited forever when we had an appointment wont go back.
Best Toyota service department in the state
Very nice people
Good deals
Excellent service.
Very good
Work there
Theyre very vague about what is performed on your vehicle. No printouts of alignment details. Telling me I need camber bolts when I know my vehicle already has them. Things like that. Cant believe I once bought a car from this place.Tim, luckily for me, Im mechanically inclined and know my vehicle well. Otherwise I would have wasted $2000 for a repair that did not need to be done.
