They were very friendly, informative and the lady in the office area turned on paw patrol so my nephew could not be bored while we waited for our vehicles to be done! We got there at 8 am and they were done with BOTH of our vehicles at 8:45. They were very quick! We will be using them again FOR SURE!

I went in for oil change and they found several issues with my car. They were very professional and showed me everything before any work was done and explained what they were doing. They helped me out in a great way. Definitely will take my car back to them.

They listened to my concerns about other repair facilities and confirmed that my vehicle did not require further repairs others had quoted. They were able to get my car in quickly and easily got the work done in my timeframe.

We took our vehicle in as it had a check engine light on and it was stalling repeatedly. We were charged $340 for an engine flush. We left and that very evening our check engine light came back on. We brought it back. They scanned it all day and drove it twice, but no repairs were done as nothing came up on their scanner. The manager claimed that it would not be good business to replace a part that wouldnt repair the problem. I agree. But he gave us no confidence that he was determined to figure out what WAS causing the stalling. So, we took the vehicle home and immediately, the same evening, the check engine light came back on and the car stalled out. Now, explain to me how we can have this problem over and over, but it does not happen when they have the vehicle. At this point, I do not have confidence that they would give us good service if we took it back a 3rd time. I would like a mechanic to be determined to figure out what the issue is. It shouldnt be acceptable to let a customer go home when they are telling you that their car is stalling out. Make a point of giving the customer full confidence that you are going to get to the bottom of the problem. And they did not do this.

10/10 would recommend. They are amazing and take amazing care of their customers! Absolutely no problems

Having to change my review.After getting my car home the next time I went to drive it the tire that had a slow leak & they fixed was completely flat! I took it to another tire place to be fixed, they said the patch was half off. Also, they had told me my problem was I needed new brakes & bearings, so I had them replaced...still having same issues so that was NOT the problem but cost me $$$. Oh, but they were friendly.

Ken and his crew were amazing went on for a simple oil change and they diagnosed a couple other problems that needed immediate attention to keep my family safe! They were fixed quickly and reasonably, I appreciate them taking time to care about more then the $ . Thanks Guys! Keep rocking on!!

Went in to get an oil change and found out that I had a huge leak in my head gaskets!!! Thank goodness they found it in time. The new manager is a fabulous fella with a great sense of humor and runs the shop well! Im glad I went there and got the advantage of his 30+ years of mechanical experience. I will be going here from now on for all my car needs!

As I sat waiting on my car with 7 other people every one was told there was something else wrong with their car and they ask to set appointment to fix. Not one person that was there in the time I was came out with nothing else wrong. Seems like a scam to me. I took my car to a Mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with it. All new people in this shop. I use to go there because the other people were honest and friendly. The lady checking people in at one time looked at me and said like a doctors office always giving bad news. Will not be returning

I called Meineke on a whim yesterday just to ask a few questions. The Store Manager, Ken, asked to see my car in person and made time for me immediately. Within 15 minutes, he discovered the reason for my issue along with a couple other problems that 3 other mechanics failed to point out. He personally spent the following couple of hours getting my car into better working condition! I won’t go to any other mechanic again and I’ll ask for Ken every time!! I can’t thank them enough!!

Spent $1600 to have work done on my car. They failed to do an alignment after changing the control arms, bushings, roters and brakes. Since they didnt do it, or offer it, they wanted me to bring my car back and pay another $150 for an alignment. Absolutely not! I took my car elsewhere and I dont plan to return. An alignment is expected when you change things like that.

Was a 5 star but now a 1 star.. the shop was better when Ken was working there as the manager and these new people are not very friendly or at least they werent when i came in.. I wont be going back there for any work on my van. They need to bring Ken back.

Only went there because I thought I needed an oil change... Come to find out, I had a massive oil leak that these guys caught just in time. They took me out and showed me the engine and all the old oil gunked up all over. The new manager was very friendly and professional, and had a great sense of humor! They said the oil change came with a 23 point inspection; however I never got any information on what they checked or what the found.

The service was fast and friendly. Office and restroom was clean. They did a great job. Ive used them for all my vehicles for several years.

I will never take my vehicle there again....the guy said he rotated my tires but didnt ...he said my brake rotators were in great shape.....I had to have all my brakes and rotors changed.....they said they changed my oil ...but next day my oil light was coming on. I got my money back....dont go there if u want ur vehicle to still run.....I only added a star so I could post .....other wise it be a - rating

Took 30 minutes to get checked in even with an appointment. Was supposed to call with diagnostic issues to talk about them. They called at closing to come get it, charged me over 150 bucks. I do not recommend them.

I came for an oil change. Im from out of town. The guy behind the counter was new. Asked lots of questions but got me signed up. I asked what service I could get. Didnt really want my tires messed with. I have a tire warranty with another. He have me basic. I said its a hemi and takes more oil so I will have to pay extra. He asks, its the 5.7? Yes.I sign a paper. Minutes later a guy who knew what was going on comes in and beats down the guy who helped me. We dont do that. They have to get a package. I didnt care the cost, but this guy was not proper with his employee right there in front of me. It was so I would know I couldnt get that service without a coupon and paying for the extra oil. He leaves. The guy apologizes to me so now I decide. Let me find this coupon. Bingo. Now the guy goes and gets the mad manager. He says I have to have a coupon with a barcode. It was in my email. So he says text it. Okay I text it to myself. Nope. I tell the guy here is your coupon.Again he talks to the other employee instead of me. Just talk to me. Dont keep beating up your guy. He points out I got my coupon but I am paying for the extra oil. Then he leaves.I tell my helper I didnt really care about the price I just didnt like this guys attitude. I better not have any problems with a loose lug nut or anything messed with. I use rainx and didnt want their washer fuild mixed in mine. Im sure that was lost on everyone.Im not sure I recommend this place at all.Make sure they understand what you tell them. They dont have to rotate tires or fill other fluids, when they do theyve taken on that liability. My two cents.When I return home I will go back to my Castrol oil lube shop and have them replace their blend oil.

Was told I had an oil leak. My mechanic checked and found Meineke did not tighten the oil filter and that is what was leaking.

These men do a great job. Always very courteous. Scheduling is quick and service is GREAT.

I went in for a simple oil change on Thursday come to find out I had an oil leak right ok, took my car back in Friday to get it fixed 700$ later I got my car back Saturday and when I drove off with it it had a funky smell to it, I thought maybe it was access oil from when they fixed my oil leak, so the smell it still there come Sunday AND Monday then Tuesday my car starts smoking from the hood I called them back saying my car has had a weird smell since I picked it up Saturday and it’s beginning to smoke they told me to bring it back in so I did, come to find out apparently my coolant is leaking all of a sudden when it wasn’t a problem until AFTER they worked on it and told me It’d be ANOTHER 300$ to fix it when it was perfectly fine when I took it in on Friday to have my oil leak fixed, I contacted another Meineke in Wichita they told me the damage to my heating hose could have been caused when they were fixing my oil leak since it’s very close to one another, I just don’t understand how it all a sudden has a leak now when it was JUST FINE when I took it in Friday I have contacted the customer service line and I’m waiting to still hear back this is ridiculous and I will never go back .

I Recently had a perceived issue with their service and called to speak with the manager. Anthony was professional and personable. He took the time to explain the issue and help me get it fixed. The way Anthony made us feel taken care of, he has certainly more than earned my loyalty. Appreciate the attitude and service.

I had other appointments that were coming up within an hour.And when I explained this to the service manager he got my key and took it right into the bay! It initially was going to be 45 mins. to1.00hr. And was very courteous and professional service!!

They didnt put my air filter back together when finished. My truck died half way home and wouldnt run, leaving me stranded on the highway. Cost a lot of money to get it looked at for no reason other than someone was to lazy or incompetent to do the job right

I came into have two studs and wheel lug nuts replaced because someone in the past cross-threaded them. The auto parts store didn’t have an exact numbers matching wheel stud, but the Meineke manager manually matched the stud by trying out a dozen or so studs. Dedication to the max. The service salesman was very polite and courteous also. The service salesman recognized my veteran plates and also gave me a veterans discount, which I usually forget to ask about. Customer service seemed to be a priority for this place. It was very refreshing. A+!

The guys here are always helpful and happy to see you! I trust them with my car and trust that they will not find 1000 things wrong just to pad the register. I appreciate the fast and friendly service. Meineke in Hutch has great customer service and they are willing to explain things to you if you need them to. Wont take my car anywhere else!

!horrible!!! My 69 year old disabled mother brought Her car in are they with the expectation that would be done by Saturday. They didn’t even look at it until Monday the next week. She asked them to change her oil and filter, look at a belt that was squealing and freon in her air. conditioning. All they did was the oil and filter. When she picked the car up it was dead. They jumped The car and sent her to home. the next morning as she tried to go to work the car was dead and when I called them they said well can you get her jumped and back in? I had to call aaa. She then took the car to o Riley’s where she got much better service!!

I appreciate the customer service. I like how things are explained to me and I’m taken seriously when I have a conversation or a request. When I stay for the service, I can see the reports that are coming in from the garage to the front desk. I like how we talk about what services are needed and not needed before they’re ordered. Appreciate their help!

I have taken my car here several times for various car issues and for maintenance, as have others in my family, and they are always friendly, informative, and give great service. They are also very affordable! Definitely recommend!

When I went to pick up my car it was backed in a parking space, drivers window down and key faub inside. When I dropped my car off, the windows were up and it was locked. I expressed that I was not happy about how easy it could have been stolen, the employee said there were people there. You cannot convince me that someone had an eye on my vehicle at all times!

They are very friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions. But they dont check or do what they say or what they check mark on your service receipt!! Found that out by having to take it to another mechanic a couple of hours later to have something checked out cause it didnt feel right. And Ive been going to meineke for several years. Not any more, especially now I spent twice the amount, the holidays are here and money is tight!

My brakes had started letting me know I needed new pads a couple weeks ago, but since I rarely drive my vehicle, I kept forgetting. The days I drove it were so busy I didnt have time. The day that I knew it HAD to be done was like a right now kind of situation, which was my fault.I called around and Meineke seemed to be the only place that said I could come on in, no appointment necessary, which I really appreciated. We did have quite a long wait, but I cant complain too much because at least they got it done that day! The location was good enough that we were able to walk to Olivers for lunch so that took up a couple hours.I do feel that looking around it was a little pricey, which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. That and I think they need someone working the front desk. The poor guy that was working the desk couldnt keep up because he was also working on cars and it seemed like he was running inside from the garage every 5 minutes for another customer. I will say that they gave us a military discount (10% I think?) so that was nice too!

Made an appointment a few days ahead, went in 5 min early and got me right in. Jordan was very kind and professional and explained everything to me. He helped me get a new air filter and explained the dangers of leaving an old one, something my dealership didnt even do last time around. The whole process took about an hour and 15 min. Only negative thing, is they didnt fill my fluids, the windshield fluid is what Ive noticed so far. Other than that small thing, great experience!

I was disheartened that the gentleman who helped me didn’t wear a face mask. I understand while working that a mask would be unnecessary, but when dealing with customers, it is a courtesy to their health.

Dont bother making an appointment. I had one for 9:30 am, showed up 15 minutes before and they didnt get my car in the bay until 10. Then a little before 11 am, almost a full hour later, they came out to advise me about my brakes. I agreed and asked them how long it was going to take. The reply? A couple of hours! The damn tires were already off! It was in the bay ready to go. But if people come in without appointments, either before or after, its fine. 🤦‍♂️ I wasnt going to burn a whole damn day there. Just stupid.

Fixed my van, and didnt try to nickel and dime me for unnecessary work. We will definitely use them if we need work done again.

Weve been taking both of our vehicles to these folks for 3 years and have received nothing but the best service from them. We love the customer service that we receive. The manager always takes care of us.
