Randy, and his employees are wonderful.

Kind of a smug place. Theyre in the business of being owned by the local government. While I was in their office they explicitly bragged about them (SafeLife) and SmartStart have all the business in Kansas. However, theyre business model is based off of legal requirement for DUI victims to have an interlock device in their car...so they themselves do NO work to gain customers. In other words they would go under without governmental law. I dont view this business as very polite or people oriented. They refuse to be helpful when a customer has a busy schedule and are disrespectful. I dont believe I should have been privy to the conversation that took place before me. It was very unprofessional.

When I got a DUI they got me driving again. Which saved me from getting fired from my job!
