Okay place to get your car fixed. It was done within the Time promised. My only concern is they put other maintenance items at the bottom of my receipt that was recommended for my car. Which is great but it said I decline the service. I was never spoken to about the service. I wanted to ask questions but the person at the counter couldnt answer. I asked for a call back that never came.

For a week Ive been trying to get a tire, one tire. First guy named Matt needs to learn phone etiquette and manners. Peyton told me the tire would be ordered in but 2 days later it wasnt. So that day was told by someone filling in theyre ordering 2 and I should get the 1 I needed. Went today, still no tire! I should have just paid the extra $20 and got it from Sams Club

The service was fantastic. What could have been a 2, not 4 hour wait turned into a 15 minute service visit

If I could give negative star I would. I took my car because there was a nail stuck on the tread of my rear tire, but they said the nail was stuck in a tilted way that I have to replace the whole tire. I originally had continental for Mercedez, but they didnt even have the same one in stock and offered me the cheaper one and told me to replacement is needed. Something seemed sketchy, so I took it to AAA tires and lube co and he took the nail out for free saying that it was only stuck on the tread and there was no leak. AVOID THIS PLACE. They will take your money somehow. Take it to 2-3 different places before making final decision!

Got me back on road... good customer service. Checked all fluids and all I needed was valve stem. Recommend

I had a great experience. 1st of all Danny took great care or me. There was a little extra labor involved in the work that was done on my truck (F-250) but he made sure the price would not change from the quote given to me. Thanks, Danny. 2nd, I had previously taken my truck to 2 other alignment places with sub par results. Im happy to report That Firestone Complete Auto Care has fixed my problem and my truck drives great. Just want to say Thank You Danny and to all the guys involved in making me a happy customer. If I have any future needs I will be returning to Firestone Complete Auto Care. Thanks again!

Open until 7pm but car inspector leaves at 5pm, second time Ive had this happen at this location. Would be nice if you would post the hours of your inspector as well as the store hours if these differ from each other.

This place is awesome, one of the place tire shop there is. I called them 10 minutes before closing and told them i have 2 flat tires. They stay open for me and installed 4 new tires for me. The customer service was amazing even through they stay behind to install all 4 tires. On top of that, the price on the tires are very competitive. All in all, 5 stars earned.

Dropped my truck off for a alignment and told them to check everything and grease everything because the entire front end was brand new. After driving around for a few days I noticed a strange pop noise coming from the front end when I turn. After investigation I found that the outer tie rod is not tight at all. Alignment is good but following my simple instructions after leaving it in firestones care is not good but to end on a good note they had a really nice guy working the counter last Sunday

They asked for an hour for state inspection that takes 5 mins.after an hour the guy said,you have to understand that we got some work in our hand.i not going back there. THEY DONT HAVE A WAITING AREA EVEN.

First of all, I will suggest to make an appointment. Unfortunately I did not make appointment so I had to wait for a good amount of time.Secondly, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I came here for battery replacement and I got a great deal compared to other places, the technician did a fantastic job and my car was up and running in 30 mins.Great job overall, definitely recommend and will be coming back for other car related troubles.

This place is a joke, i had an appointment to get new tires and when i get there, they dont have them in stock. Train your employees better.. if you dont have a tire in stock, dont schedule an appointment.

Had my truck for almost 2 hours to come in and tell me that they could not lift it so I took it to another Firestone on 377 which is way better by the way and they lifted the truck with no problem on the same exact lift that they have at this Firestone, the technician was just being lazy and didnt want to do the job cut and dry

I made an appointment for 11 got there early at 10:30 Am to not touch my car until 1130 so why make an Appointment. They took my vehicle in aligned it but people not alight at 100% correct they said I needed shims they were gonna do the best I can so I felt a little disappointed pain for lifetime alignment and not getting a quality job

I took my van to Firestone on Melbourne Rd in Hurst, Texas. The Service Manager Marquis Griffin was soo kind and helpful. He has such a genuine caring heart . He and his crew fixed my van. It needed a new axis, ball joint, strut and tire. They have it running perfectly now. I was driving it unsafe and didnt know how dangerous it was. I thank God for Marquis. He has been a blessing to my daughters and I . I recommend them to anyone that needs honest people to work on their vehicles.

Came in to replace my tires and get an oil change. The service agent Jesus was very courteous and kept me up to date on everything. He pointed out a previous Firestone put on the wrong tire and replaced it for free. Bathroom was clean and the wait area had fresh coffee. Great service all around.

Changed parts out that werent a problem. Put old parts back on after saying they were bad and had to be replaced. Did not back their work and now I have to take my truck to the Dodg ed house to get the problem corrected. 40 years of using Firestone and this store really let me down.

I took my car here to get the brakes replaced. Within a few weeks my car had brake related problems. Firestone wouldnt stand by their warranty. They claimed that the new problem (brake fluid leaking) wasnt related to them replacing the brakes. However, I felt like it was. I ended up paying 2 - 3x the amount Firestone originally quoted for brake replacement due to the additional work.Safe yourself a headache. Go to AutoNation or Goodyear instead.

So far I have been using this shop for oil changes, needed repairs and tires for our vehicles and have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about any work they have done to date. They have saved me a lot of money by always mentioning specials and coupons without me having to dig them up myself. They do occasionally try to sell me unwanted services like injector cleaning, flushes and cabin air filters but all shops do that. Just say no.

I am extremely satisfied with their service of my vehicle.I have recommended Tyson and his team to my Co-workers and they serviced their vehicles as well.Julie and the other service techs catered to my questions and inquiries, they even allowed me to view my vehicle while it was being serviced.I had my brakes replaced and when I mentioned that I heard a noise coming from them 2 weeks later, Tyson took action and replaced them with no questions asked.

I went this morning for an oil change and I was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. They got me in and out in like 30 min. Also they gave me a 18$ dollar discount towards my full synthetic oil change!!! Definitely will be back.

My wifes car had a screw in one of the tires and we were headed out of town. I stopped in to this Firestone to have them fix it and they were very prompt and did a great job. When checking out, the manager said no charge. I asked him if he was sure since Im not used to things being done for free. I will definitely use Firestone again.

I do my own work on my cars but some things are not worth doing. Either the equipment is too expensive or it takes expertise that I can not develop working on just a few cars every year. They do a fine job on my alignments plus they find every nit-pickity thing they can trying to up-sell me. So I have a list to look at when I get home to judge what work is really needed and what isnt.

I used to go to this store for 4 years and were happy with their service (decreasing from 5stars to 1star). Not sure what has been changed but recently they try to upsell services that you dont need(Through failing your inspection). This is my personal opinion, you are more than welcome to try their service and see it yourself.

I always have a good experience at this Firestone. Kudos to Jesus, in customer service and to Darren who worked on my truck. I never have to worry about the outcome when these two guys are in charge of my truck.

Tori, great speaker perfect 10 to how she handles customers and being under pressure.Techs, watch out for who does your car, will break things in your car and not tell you about them. Would not reccomend tbis firestone, although others are okay.

I have been taking our vehicles here for almost 20 years. The staff is always professional and extremely knowledgable. Melvin and Darin always do a terrific job and offer good advice.

Very good pricing. Performance sucks, it took them over 4 hours to get 4 tires on.

The fellas have lent me tools there to fix my ride. And you are never supposed to lend a tool. Thats like lending your own hand.. Every mechanic /technician knows this.

All in all this is a solid shop you can trust to be honest and give you great customer service. Ive visited multiple times for large and small repairs and I will go back.Pros: Open on weekends, trustworthy, they do good work, and they care about providing great customer service. There is always some type of tire or oil change special and they will get you the best price you can get through Firestone. They are also pretty competitive on their tire pricesCons: Long waits are hit and miss sometimes its an hour, sometimes its three, it just depends on load. Another con is that the maintenance, repair, and parts prices are severely inflated. I wish I could say it is worth it, but it not.

This is the most Horrible place. I waited 3+ hours for oil change. And finally they said it will take two more hours!!!

Took my car in for an inspection. Failed the inspection due to a muffler leak. Wasnt offered a fix or told exactly what was wrong. Afterwards, had to pay $25 fee for inspection. Any other place would have let me walk for free. Wont be coming back.

Went in for a $25 state inspection; left spending $400 on extra labor for a broken bolt. The following morning I have a flat tire. Now I have to buy and install a new tire. How was this not caught in the courtesy check? Trash. Extortionists.

I scheduled app to make sure they will take care me faster but looks like it was worst, there is young guy with crispy hair took care my truck and he works in slow motion mode, he spend over an hour to do my oil change, beside this the few people at waiting are we’re upset for same problem “ so slow service “

I never write reviews but I felt the need to address this issue I encountered. I took my Lexus to Firestone on Melbourne this morning for a nail on my rear tire. Prior to arriving, i called and spoke to Melvin the manager. He told me, if the tire is repairable, they will do it for free. Upon my arrival I spoke to a representative in the front counter. We walked out to my car and inspected the nail. The screw was lodged on the top part of the tread. He told me he couldnt fix the problem and exaggerated that welcome to the real world, we cannot fix it, do you want me to give you a quote for a new tire? I refused and took my car to Discount Tire. They advised me that it was fixable, due to the nail being on the tread and not the side of the tire. Discount tire helped me out so much, i will buy a set of tires from them within the next 30 days. I will NEVER come back to Firestone, due to the experience I recieved. These guys are liars! They just want to milk money from you! Beware!

Went in for an oil change. Came out with a blown headlight they say was already out.lol i beg a differ. Staff was rude and not friendly. Customer service and quality of work could be better. Freak this location. Im taking my business to good year. They replace my headlight with lower quality bulb. Thats all they had. Thanks for that i guess

I was extremely disappointed with the way things were handled with my boyfriends mother yesterday at your location. She has a Nissan Versa and is a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income that just went in for an alignment. They told her they recommended a lifetime warranty and tried to charge her over $200. She then asked how bad the alignment was to see if it was something worth getting that option. They advised her that it was only a hair off and of course she does not drive crazy enough to have to spend that amount of money. I think it is very cold hearted and unprofessional for the team there to do what looks like taking advantage of an elderly woman on a job she really only needed to and ended paying $25. Will not recommend anyone to this establishment!!!

People dont understand what techs go through on a daily basis, they act like just cause you walked in that there was no one scheduled ahead of you ! Give a break ! WORSE place ever. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you are ready to buy a new one within a few weeks after it is has “supposedly” been fixed. They blame other people for breaking things or messing things up and then over charge you and add so many extra things that were never changed out when you arrive to pick up your car.

Had oil changed and little over 100 miles on oil change. Three days later was driving down the road and oil filer came off. Motor locked up. They denied came and said it impossible for oil filer to come off. Insurance took over and cost little over $18000. To fix

After a several experiences with Firestone service centers around Fort Worth I can only give any of them one star because each time has been sub standard. The staff seem nice but the length of time and the actual cost of having work done make it not worth it.At this particular Firestone, I called ahead and brought my car in to get new tires. I wound up spending all afternoon at the mall to kill time and when I went back to check on my car they hadnt even started. I was then told that they only had one mechanic and he wouldnt be able to get to it that day. The mechanic then helpfully added after-the-fact that he knew hours ago that he couldnt do it that day. I took the car somewhere else and havent been to a Firestone since.The only reason Ive used Firestone so many time in the past is because they were open on Sundays but Ive given up on national chain service centers. If you want something done fast and at a reasonable cost, visit a specialty center like Discount Tire or Just Brakes or an independent service center like Tilden.

The service was terrible... The vehicle was promised at three different times... None of them honored... They act like the customers time is not important... I was speaking with a friend of mine and they told me that they did not honor their warranty to him... if this is the kind of service provided at this location I dont see how theyre still in business and less there are just so many people that go to the mall that passed their place but they have plenty of people to screw over their day... I would suggest somebody retrain the guy at the counter named Phil he was rude to my daughter he was rude to me and they will not ever get another dime from me... while I was standing at the counter waiting for my Turn 3 people deep the reason I was waiting was because two of the people in front of me had major issues and it took a long time whatever happened to customer serviceI hope somebody reads these reviews and it actually makes an impact...
