Nice, clean, quiet place. Pedicure with hot stone massage was very relaxing, even my husband enjoyed it!

I have been here multiple times. I never have the same person, but I am okay with that. They are usually not too busy or let you know to come back in 20 or 30 minutes so your not waiting. I like that its usually quiet there as well, really relax while getting a pedicure!

I have went to Yvonne for my nails for 2 years. I love her work so much, that I travel from Burleson to her shop each month. Their services has great quality. They don’t rush. I would recommend doing an appointment because they typically have regulars that schedule times and it can delay a walk in. If you want quality service, then schedule your appointment with them today. Damon does the best pedicures!

Been going here a year now and they have never disappointed me. I have now introduced my bright not to them who also has had good work every time. I bring my daughter and sister in when I can :) love them to pieces!!

DONT GO THERE!!! The new owners are lying to current customers saying that Yvonne and her family are on vacation back in Vietnam, when in fact thats a lie! these people are not good and the lady Emily that did my nail dont know what she is doing my 8 year old daughter couldve done a much better job!!! she has the acrylic on my cuticle and its thick, the polish is thick and cant dry.. Im going to another shop in a few hrs to have them done over the right way. STAY AWAY!!!!

I am so upset. Evone and Damion are the best people ever to do my nails. I made an appointment on Fri 10/12/18 said repeatedly to make an appointment with Damion. I drove 45min to get there to realize they had sold the salon and the people that answered the phone didnt tell me! I will NEVER be back I miss my nail people :(

DO NOT GO BACK HERE!! I repeat DO NOT GO BACK HERE or if youve never been then DONT!! The owners sold last week and the new owners have no idea what they are doing. Emily informed me that they had gone on vacation and would be back in two months!!! Which that was a lie!! I have been going to the Lamour for two years and I wouldve known. I personally got an email from one of the previous Nail Technicians informing me of the change but only after I went and got the worst dip nails!! Emily kept stating that she knew what she was doing but she not only did not shape my nails correctly, dipped them to the point that the power was covering my cuticles but she then filed my REAL nails so short after stating that I wanted them long.. Big kicker is that she filed my nails (coffin style as I asked) so far up my nail that they started breaking the day after I got them. I have now been forced to go another salon to have my dip removed and my nails cut to quick to help prevent them breaking even further up my nail. I will miss the old owners and will steer clear of this place moving forward!!

I give it 1 star not for the result. Result was ok but the young girl who did my eyebrows, was very rude and unpleasant. Also the back room was not clean. The towels looked dirty. Next time I will take my time and choose a better spa. I was going to get my nails done but after the poor service, I just left. And she refused to give me a receipt, because I paid cash. I do not recommend.

I get out of work sort of late during the day, but I rushed over to the shop with my little girls baby sitter because I had told her I would pay for her to get her nails done. It was 6:45 when we arrived and the shop closed at 7. I sent her in to get her nails done and followed behind, and the woman says we close at 7. I responded I understand but its not 7, then she asked me if I was going to also get my nails done and I stated no. She had asked to see if she would make money off of the both of us, and after I stated no she proceeded to try to formulate something to say with her broken English, and finally I just stated if you dont want to take her just say it, and she started to apologize, and we left. In the few minutes, I was there I recognized that the shop was old, the lights werent bright, the equipment was a few years old and clearly they are unprofessional.

I will not go here again. I undersrand they were short staffed but rushing things like they did was wrong. My boyfriends daughter had acrylics she wanted removed and redone to a different shape and also wanted to switch to dip instead of acrylic. They did not put new tips on left the old ones on. Also the lady who i later found out was the owners wife rushed everything to the point my fingers and another person in my partys finger hurt cause the drimmel tool was hitting our skin alot. The lady seemed like she didnt even want to be there.

I wouldnt give this place any stars.Extremely unorganized and dirty. Let me start with we were told the wait would be 25 min which both me and my daughter waited no worries. After 35 min waiting we finally got to sit at a table to tell us to wait another 25 min. When they finally did our nails they cut my daughter which caused her an infection. My pedicure was rushed color on my skin. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. When I told them about there mess ups they could have cared less. Just RUDE!

The worst nail place! Nails broke that night and needed a fill only 1 day later. When I told them I wast happy with them they refused to give me a refund. Damon and Yvonne were very rude and unhelpful. Also there is not manager or owner on site to help.

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE I WENT HERE AND GOT MY NAILS DONE I WAS NEW TO THE AREA AND NEEDED A NEW NAIL SHOP MY NAIL BROKE THE VERY NEXT DAY I WENT TO GET REPLACED AND THEY HAD A ATTITUDE. I ENDED UP RETURNING BECAUSE THE NAIL SHOP I USUALLY GO TO HAD A 30MINUTE WAIT SO I WENT TO LAMOUR NAILS AND ONCE AGAIN MY NAIL BROKE THE NEXT DAY SO I GO BACK TO GET FIXED AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND THAT NO ONE COULD FIX MY NAIL ONLY THE MAN WHO DID IT WHICH WASNT IN LET ME REMIND YOU I HAD SIMPLE SHORT NAILS THEY ONLY HAD ONE CUSTOMER AND I PAID $40 AND TIPPED $5 IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD NAIL SHOP GO ACROSS THE STREETS TO TOMS NAILS THEY TREAT YOU NICE AND DONT OVERCHARGE!!!
