Have been coming to this place for pedicures for maybe 3 yrs now. I can only recall once when the tech got a little rough cleaning around a toe nail. I usually get one of the $45 options. They do have the massage chairs which some like but I dont particularly care for. The treatment lasts about an hour & is very relaxing. Just a heads up, most techs are of an Asian culture & speak to each other in their native language. Not a problem for me but there might be those that are uncomfortable not knowing what someone is saying in another language. It looks like the decor on the walls may not have been dusted in a while.I went to another local day spa recently & I would much prefer & recommend Northeast Day Spa.

The day I went in they were understaffed, this was my first time here, so Im unsure if its always like this or not. Paid for a manicure and all she did was paint my nails, nothing else (my hands looked dry as heck from being dipped in acetone), not to mention she cut my finger while cutting the cuticles, it was a chunk. But, after I got home and moisturized, my nails did look nice, she did a good job.

My husband and I go here for pedicures. Theyre very nice and weve never had to wait.

Reaaaal quick I wanna say these ladies were very nice! My mother & I went, and got pedicures & they were super engaging! I didn’t plan on doing anything else, but the lady asked if I wanted my brows done.I usually don’t get them waxed, but decided I would go ahead since my brows needed some help 💀Long story short, the woman took the first part of my entire eyebrow off, and she never showed me in the mirror when she was finished, she literally avoided me after she finished. You know they usually show you your brows when you’re done, so that seemed a little peculiar to me, but I didn’t see why until I got into my car & that much of my brow was gone!I’m sure she just made a mistake, but now I’m lopsided. I just don’t think you should take the chance on a brow wax here. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I look crazy.

My friend and I were in the Dallas area on vacation. We decided it would be a nice little treat to get our nails done. We both got tips, and the nail dip. The technicians did a wonderful job, and here it is 2 weeks later and both of our nail jobs still look great! Thanks Northeast Day Spa.

Very clean and well sanitized. I had an appointment with Camtu and she did an excellent job on my nails. Shes so sweet and I always enjoy our conversations. Ive been coming to see her for several years now.

They were very unfriendly didnt talk much and never asked me if Id like a drink but everyone else was getting one. Do not go to Nancy she lacks good customer service and was mean. She was so rough with me she popped several of my fingers. She did not clean my nail beds or cut my cuticles. So ill have to back sooner for a fill rather then a few weeks. There is also this guy who just walks around doing nothing with a mean stern look on his face. Been searching for a home salon, this defiantly is not it!

Always the best experience when I go here! Tracy is amazing and remembers you. She knows I’m highly ticklish and caters her pedicures around this. Cam and her husband are the best of the best for your nails!!!!!!! Complete couple goals lol best customer service and personable. They always listen to the customers wants and go above and beyond!

I recieved a pedicure from this facility and the lady that did my toes was telling me a story about her family and how they need more money to survive in the states, meanwhile she is not doing a very good job with the hot wax treatment and did not spend much time rubbing it in to my skin. She also changed the price from $35 to $40 for the same service I asked for in the beginning. I felt obligated to give her a tip because of the many stories she told me about not getting tips. Smh. I will not be coming back to this place and would Never recommend it to anyone.

I have been coming here for over almost 2 years. I make my appointments with Jessica. She does a fantastic job on my nails. They look great, & keep looking great for weeks. Never disappointed whether I have dipped nails or acrylic. She is the best! The place is relaxing & clean!

I went last Wednesday to do my nails as dip powder I liked it bu unfortunately my nails started to crack and I went back to show them my nails and they started to talk in there language as if I’m lying!!! This place is not recommended at all

I used to love coming here but the last few times have been pretty bad. About two weeks ago, I came in for a dip manicure and picked out one of the deluxe packages and was seated. The lady shaped each nail differently, one thumb was square and the other was completely rounded. Each nail was like this. On top of this, my nails were left so dang thick! It was like having a gun drop on my nails! They started to lift within two days, which I’ve never actually had dip do before. On top of all of this, she did my nails and that was it. No lotion, soak, scrub, nothing in the deluxe package I requested. I always buy my nieces and sisters gift cards here at Christmas but will not longer be doing this. I did find an AMAZING salon near alliance off 35W called Onyx. Not only is it cheaper, they have a full, complimentary bar and you get a shoulder and neck massage with your manicure. Northeast Day Spa needs to step up their game...

Camtu is always my top choice, Tombeing my second, but I must say I’ve never had a bad experience here with anyone . After being a loyal customer for over 13 years somewhere else, I’m so glad that I tried this place and I have been here ever since. I go weeks without a fill and my nails NEVER pop off. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

I went here cause my mother in love goes here, and while the service was great, I went in on last Wednesday and got a full set on Monday I went back cause my thumb nail broke, today I will be going back cause my middle and ring nails came completely off I didn’t hit them or bump them on anything I looked down and they where gone Minh is who did my nails and she is soooo sweet and actually likes to talk to you while she’s doing your nails the man at the front counter both encounters he was very rude and short with the customers... if the front end could change and my nails stay on this would be the perfect nail shop_!!! Cause Kathy on these toes are amazing....

I have been going here for probably 5-6 years now. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend this nail spa to anyone. I’ve been to different nail places and they really just don’t compete with this one.

My husband and I went in for a pedicure today. The lady that did my pedicure was great but as for my husband not so much. She didn’t look to happy the whole time while doing his pedicure and kept saying stuff to her other coworker in Vietnamese. My husband ask how much it would cost for an extra 15 minute massage. They told us $1 per minute so he asked for the extra 15 minutes because he had to wait for my polish to dry. They didn’t realize my husband understood the stuff she was saying. Well, she was complaining about him asking for the 15 minute massage. I was ready to leave by this point. We did not go to pay for service and be talked about. At the end when she was done, she asked my husband do you understand Vietnamese and he answered her back in Vietnamese. She was shocked and she whispered to her coworker don’t say anything he understands. The nail technician’s name is Linda by the way.We won’t be coming back and if you feel like they are talking about you to each other....most likely they are!

I could give this place NO STARS ! This place was very nice inside and has a lot of different options. But, when i got seated down the lady asked me what shape I wanted I asked for Ballerina she had no clue what that I meant! So she decided to do coffin on me I HATED THAT SHAPE she didn’t even make it look like coffin. MY COLOR WAS WAAAAY OFF I asked for light pink dip and got clear nails! I do not recommend this place at all !!

Ive been coming to the Northeast Day Spa for 7 years now and I will never go anywhere else! Doan is the absolute best and I come see her every 2 weeks! She does an excellent job! She works on my ingrown toe for me and shes been the only one who can get it all out! She does awesome designs even when I bring her pics of some interesting designs, she always does an excellent job! I know everyone there and they always treat me and my husband like family! I have even brought all my family here to get their nails done! I will always be a customer here!

Lisa is the go to person for a great wax! She does an awesome job. She always takes her time and makes sure she gets all your crazy hairs.

I got my eyebrows done & the eyebrow lady was amazing. I would definitely come back for her.However, the man at the front desk is rude. Both my friend and cousin went with me.My friend got her nails done and the lady was rude. She had an attitude and acted as if my friend did not have money to pay her as she tried to suggest cheaper options for what my friend wanted.My cousin got her toes done and asked the lady who was doing my friend’s nails for a color close to what she had on her nails & the lady point to a few pinks said this that & walked away. Lastly, the man doing her feet was rushed. Very rushed.Overall, experience was horrible for them & fine for me, but I wouldn’t come back because of it. Some of them should find a new profession because it seems as if they really hate their job.

I love it here! They have the BEST service and their work is amazing. I come frequently, specifically every two weeks and I get the same incredible service each time. My nails are always great when I walk out and they stay kept for two weeks no breakages! If youre looking for a new nail spot this is the one I will recommend‼️‼️‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ive been coming here as long as its been open (about 5 years). The ladies here are real sweet. Ive always had a good experience here, though Lisa is probably my favorite. She probably spent a good 20 minutes on my calf massage and did a lovely design on my toes. Prices are fair, and its nice that they have sodas or wine for you at no cost. Get the milk and honey package- its phenomenal. They have a great selection of both regular polish and gel. They also provide waxing, etc... But I have never tried those services.

I have tried many salons over the years and after I found Northeast Day Spa and I have never looked back. The nail techs always do a Great job and are always pleasant.

Im so glad I came across this nail salon...it truly was a very pleasant experience. I was looking for a salon that was open late. Found it online..read the reviews and decided to go with it. Tina (nail tech with great reviews) was incredible. So glad I asked for her. When I told her why I was needing them right away and where I was going she made recommendations and it was amazing. I will be going back. Monica who did my pedicure was also excellent. Tina told me she would not rush and would make sure I was happy. I recommend you ask for her!!!❤️ Place was clean and everyone was friendly 😍

Camtu has been my nail tech for 2 years and she is very sweet, always makes me feel welcomed and does a great job when it comes to my nails, not to mention I am always able to book an appointment without an issue. All the ladies are great with pedicures and everything is always very clean and sanitized.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD.I ARRIVED AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE CLOSING AND EVEN CALLED BEFORE COMING IN TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT I WANTED AND THEY SAID YES TO COME IN. I REQUESTED POWDER NAILS AND THE GUY(ANDY) WHO DID MY NAILS, SAID THAT HE WOULDNT DO THEM BECAUSE HE WANTED TO BE OFF BY 9PM. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT DO WHAT I WANTED, BUT HE ALSO SHAPED MY NAILS WRONG AND PAINTED THEM WRONG AND DID NOT WANT TO FIX. I ALSO GOT A DELUXE PEDICURE, AND THE LADY WHO DID IT, DID NOT DO WHAT WAS ON THE PACKAGE, NOR DID SHE PAINT MY TOENAILS CORRECTLY, THE NAIL POLISH WAS EVEN ON THE SKIN SURROUNDING THE TOENAIL. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE, NOT WORTH $75.

Photos uploaded are from immediately after my appointment. It is now a week later with still no response from company.Went in to get my chin/under chin area waxed. Technician convinced me to do my eyebrows as well, she started with those. Did an okay job ( a little thinner than Id like but okay), my husband still had to pluck a few hairs that she left behind when I got home but that is not my problem here.She got to my chin/under-chin area. I have PCOS so it was bad. She waxed it 4 separate times and took either thread or what i think was one of those metal hair pulling tools to it as well. I left with it looking like it had never been touched other than being INCREDIBLY irritated. She charged me 17 dollars (and then another 10 for my eyebrows). She should have just admitted it wasnt something she could do! Submitted a complaint, but so far no response.

Today was my first time ever going to this nail salon I am only giving it 5 stars because of Tina, SHE IS AMAZING she makes sure you get what you want, I wasnt to happy with my pedicure I got the most expensive one and got the service of a $20 one! But Im glad I got the best service of getting my nails done right after! I have definitely found a new nail tech and I am completely happy that she does pedicures as well!! After reading reviews decided to give it a try. I had a pedicure on Wednesday and Umy (who is new to shop) was great. So I scheduled an appointment for her to do my nails. They are awesome. I am very picky-i hate thick nails. She did an amazing job. Looks natural they are perfect. I will be back!

I have been to several nail spas this is the only one I’ve gotten consistently great service.

Tom and his wife are all around great no problem with them at all. But the short receptionist man is very rude,I’m not sure if he runs the place but he should really rethink his profession because every single time I have gone in to get my nails done he has been an ass including over the phone. I was told over the phone they stop accepting clients at 8:30 I got there a hour before close for him to tell me I am not able to get a fill in. Beyond disappointed wanted this to be my nails home but looks like I have to go elsewhere but would definitely recommend Tom and his wife to potential clients.

I have been coming here every two weeks for a very long time. There is a gentleman, I think he is the owner, who never gets my name right. Ever. My name is Sydney, but he calls me everything else. Brittany, Tiffany, Courtney... Also they have not updated their colored acrylic in over two years. I have been bringing my own acrylics for a few months now.The young lady who works the front desk, Priscilla, is fantastic. She remembers me every time I come in OR call, as in I never have to specify who Im there for or what I need. I have always seen Camtu for my nails. She never disappoints and is so much fun to talk to while I get my nails done.I really enjoy coming to this salon, but if they dont start updating the acrylic I might have to find somewhere new to go.

Let me start off by saying that this place is super nice and so friendly! But my recent visit my nails looked horrible I was so disappointed. The sides of my nails are not covered in the color I chose it looks like it was painted by a child and then I was charged additional for a matte finish thats not even gel and I wasnt told of the extra when I asked for matte. I had a fill and the total came to 38.00 with no design. I will not go back again because of this! My nails are so bad that my 6 year old said they didnt look good. I work hard for my money and Ive never paid 38.00 for just a fill with no design and for me to leave looking like this is not acceptable!

I love this place so much! They can do all the latest styles and techniques, and their people are very well trained.

Tina does my nails anytime I come in. I get solar powder with gel polish on top, and it is my favorite. She does such an amazing job. I have never liked a nail salon as much as I love this place!

Nails look amazing and the workers were super sweet and nice,they make good conversation. The wait time is fast and finished my nails in 30 min.

I have been going to this Salon for 6ys. I love my nail tech Doan (pronounced Dawn). She is really quick and does an excellent job every time! I won’t go anywhere else.

Ive come here several times since moving to Hurst last year. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. My issue is that there is no consistency in the practices. Ive had some technicians do a phenomenal job on the pedicure and some that skip the massage part (which is really the only reason I do them) all together for the same package. I also often will get the solar nails and they will look good, however when I go back in two weeks for a fill, the fill looks terrible. I would expect to get at least one fill before having to have them replaced seeing as I dont work with my hands that would make the nails deteriorate quicker. I would have no issue rating this place with 5 stars if there is better consistency with each service.

On, Sunday, I, had a mani. and pedi. On, Sunday, I, accidentally left my Wedding Ring behind. The, owner was, so kind to keep my Wedding Ring in a safe place. When, I, asked, if, seen or heard of a lost Wedding ring, he immediately pulled it out and said, here you go. I, was, about to cry but, he, out put me at ease. Being, a consumer for so long. He noticed my ring. The, employees there are so... Kind and Caring.

Thank you to my wonderful manicurist Camtu for making my nails look gorgeous! My only suggestion would be to keep appointment times that are issued when a customer calls.

Polish chipped off the next day. The massage was great. But would have liked to have color on my nails for my vacation. Since it was both my daughter and I with the same issue and we both used different colors, it would seem to be an issue with the product.

It was good. But I dont remember ever getting a massage

Walked in yesterday to get a mani and pedi, and the lady at the front was so rude, she was putting minimal effort to answer any questions, (if they did dip, how much is it & what colors do they have) she had such an angry face I turned right back around after 5 minutes.. I work in this mall and work off of just commission. Customer service is extremely important especially if its prior to even getting service from the business. It was such a slow day too, Id think you would be more attentive to any customer trying to get service, but hopefully this review helps change some things !

This place was very good with nails but the owner was really rude an had an attitude. They also over charged my friend for her nails with no explanation, and was not good at comunication.

Arrived at 8:45pm for a color change on natural nails. Shop was full of workers & customers. Yet we were told that everyone had gone home because they were already closed... she said, We closed. It 9:00. Everyone go home. Seriously!?

My $45 dip started chipping and raising on the edges after a week. Thats not typical. Id been there before and had great dips. The same woman offered to fix my nails but then blamed me for messing them up! I said thanks but no thanks. Everyone makes mistakes and accidents happen, but this situation couldve been handled better.

This nail salon inside the North East mall is near Nordstrom, in case you need to know where to park. Great experience. I was taken care of by Sara and Helen. I had my mani/pedi done yesterday at a salon near kroger on blvd 26 but the gel polish was peeling off. This salon inside the mall did a wonderful redo on my gel manicure. Also, my toes had a dull pink from a different salon, they did a redo pedi with cuticle touch up and callous removal touch up, then at my request added a light shimmer on top of my nail color I already had then put pretty flower designs at my request. Total $75 tip $30.......sooooo worth it!

Camtu is my girl!! She’s the only person I let do my nails! I made the mistake of getting my nails done in Vegas while on vacation... terrible. First thing I did when I got back home, was get my nails fixed.

As I walked into the mall, one of my nails broke. I didn’t want to walk around with a broken nail so I decided to go into this salon to get it fixed. I let the lady at reception know that I didn’t originally get my set there and I am okay with my nail being a slightly different color as the rest. I get sat down and my nail tech rushed through fixing my nail. Very annoying as I paid for something to be done correctly. My nail came out crooked and full of the nail color under it. Just sloppy work.

I was in here last Friday, I’ve always had a decent experience but after this last time I will no longer be coming back. I called 2hrs before closing and asked if my friend and I could both come in for full sets and pedicures, I also stated that she needed to have her current full set removed, they said that was fine and we arrived about 15 minutes later. Once we got there we signed in and they immediately took us back for pedis, we chose the package we wanted, but the lady doing my friends did not do everything the package included, not only that but she painted her toes so messy they looked like a child did them. My lady did well on my pedi but she was so rude when taking me to seat for my full set, she was literally pushing me to move faster. Once I was seated for my full, I asked to have my cuticles cut, the lady looked at me like I was asking for too much, and did not respond nor did she do it. Seemed like she was in a rush bc she kept leaving my nails uneven and I kept having to tell her to fix them throughout the whole session, and when I would suggest something she’d start talking with her coworkers in her language and they’d all start laughing, which I found super rude, she also left acrylic under my nail and did not paint them well, their was gaps that were not painted on the side. My friends nail tech (Andy) was being really rude to her too, he was first bashing on her current set saying how they were so badly done, which she was aware of which is why she wanted them removed, once he removed them, she told him she wanted powder nails and he told her “no” because he wanted to be out by 9pm (closing time) and continued to doing acrylics on her(which she did not want) not only did he not do what she wanted but he ALSO left her nails badly painted with streaks and you could see the light through them by how badly they were painted.Kim did my pedicure and Monica did my Full Set
