I usually go to the salon across the street. However this place was busy most of the time. Figured it was a better option. I am not super fancy but I wanted a simple manicure. My nail tech was not friendly half massage my hands. Only my left hand had most of my cuticles removed. I still tipped her because I still valued her time. But I rather stick to the place across the street.

I had made an appointment at 5:30 but had to wait a while anyway. The drinks were nice but most of my nails ended up being crooked and my sisters nail tech seemed to be rushing to get to other people. I dont think Ill come back.

Pros: pedicure was good. Rushed, feet still rough but good enough, whatever. The salon is the most lovely I’ve ever seen with 2 drinks included which is unique, and why I came back after they left me waiting for half hour into my previous appointment. Nail techs are personable.A test of a good manicure: are cuticles cleaned, is the nail polish even throughout. Simple enough requirements for a simple service. Picture is after lotioning my hands to be fair, dry hands always look worse.Overall I do a better job at home. I’m new to Texas and searching for a new nail place to go to regularly. Search continues.

Walked out with uneven, rough, and bumpy nails. Was cut in the process and also rushed thru the whole thing. Same thing happened last time but decided maybe this time things would be better. Definitely unhappy and will not be coming back

The technician was super rough. She seemed in a rush. I should mention I scheduled my appointment. She cut me three times and when I brought it she said it was nothing. My nails are chunky, bumpy and somehow have lint in them. The color is uneven. Super dissatisfied.

Crystal Nail Bar never disappoints when you request Jenifer or Helen Tran as your nail technician! They are both truly amazing and works hard to meet their customers expectations! Show them any picture from Pinterest and they can make it happen!

Both my teenage nieces got their nails done by the same guy. The acrylic lay was poorly done and although shaped he did not clean up the built up acrylic under and on the sides of their nails. They were not smooth at all. I had to clean them up myself when they got home then to find out they were charged $50 EACH for a plain short set. A couple of weeks prior when taken with my sister the exact set was only $30 and the sets were actually nice. STRONGLY suggest not letting you teen get them done without you being next to them the entire time if you want them done correctly. Nice place just wouldn’t recommend the guy.

I am not even sure how to place a 1-5 rating on a nail place. I enjoyed the pedicure I had. I soaked off my gel nails at the same time. I had two nice drinks. My toes are very nice.

My wife and I have been going to Tom and Helen for many years. Their nail techs are awesome. We drive from Azle to come over here. Never a disappointment.

Best nail shop in North Texas. They have a full bar and the service is spectacular. I am a Raving Fan for sure.

Service is horrible !First off I went for a straight up pedicure a simple clean and hot towels and small massage…. I didn’t get any of that ….. while cleaning my feet she shaked the towel in the water with my feet soaking in it🤨 DISGUSTING then I get these dry and NOT hot towels she didn’t massage and I told manager nothing was done about and always rushing you off NEVER AGAINIf your not white you don’t get good service just saying

A great experience every time I go. I just get a pedicure, but my wife gets a mani-pedi every time we go. They have a whole wall of six giant TV screens for different shows. They give you 2 free drinks with your service. Just a pleasant experience all around.

Originally got my nails done 9/4. Its 9/25, and the only reason in having to rebook is to get a fill and cut down. No lifted edges, no gaps. Just fantastic, and I work hard with my nails daily, so definitely reccomend them

I have been trying different places since my lady retired. The people here are really nice attentive and very helpful. They take Covid precautions, there is social distancing between you and the other customers while getting services done, face masks, sanitizing after each person leaves and the separators between you and the nail tech. The lady who did my nails made sure she asked questions about what I wanted and took her time. I did not feel rushed and I loved how my nails came out. Oh and for all you ladies who like a drink while getting your nails done, they have a full bar! I would call and make an appointment to make sure you get in and I would suggest to get in as early as you can.. I am definitely going back.

Ill give it another try because I really want to love it. My experience today was Meh.. I was shown the powder before she started so my bad, Ive never had a dip swatch be SO different than the results. Also, I figured out I needed to go to the bar myself, but no one asked if Id like something to drink. Another nail bar Ive been to and every other salon, Ive ALWAYS been asked. My nails look fine. I paid extra for a manicure+dip and didnt even get lotion on my hands or a Thank you, come again! I never write bad reviews but this wasnt a great experience. Its gotten SO many great reviews, Ill definitely go another time.

The guy I had was kinda rude I told him my nails were a bit slanted if he could fix it and when he picked up my hand to fix it he did it with attitude and then didn’t bother checking if it was even, didn’t bother checking to see if all my nails were the same length and didn’t really try hard on the nail art 🙄 $88 didn’t even say you’re welcome when I said thank you

Gorgeous nail salon with a super friendly staff! Full bar & drinks are yummy! I never have to wait long & they OFFER just about every color & nail trend u can imagine! Best time for mani/pedi is early m-w. The ladies are awesome!!! Henry did this set & I’ll let u judge for yourselves...I felt he rushed through at the end & could have done a better job at shaping & cuticles. But, I’m not willing to pay extra for something that is already actually paid for.

I LOVE THE DRINkS !!!Tony helped me and he did a good jobWe had an issue with communication I guess what I picked in the menu did not include the whole dead skin removal however they added on and my feet look great no complaints on my gel manicure he did An amazing jobMy only issue is I felt rush !!!This place have so many clients and I felt like they are prioritizing the quantity not the quality i will definitely give it another try ; i will either make an appointment or go during the week instead of the weekend.

Nails lifted after not even a week. When I went to have them fixed, the man who did them said maybe 5 words to me.Very bad customer service. And I went based on all of their “excellent” reviews.Won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone.

I went in on my lunch break today without an appointment thought I would be waiting for 5 mins like I was told I didnt get seated in a chair until almost 25 mins later. I had to remove my own nails from the time before and didnt see an tech until about 10 mins after I sat down. I picked a color to me was white when he was finished it looks clear...not white clear. The whole time it was packed and I felt rushed out of there. I was there over 2 hours and my nails look awful. I will be going back this evening to get the color changed after calling them after they look at. The gentleman on the phone said if they are fix it, hopefully they can. The job they did doesnt even go back to the base of my nails I can still see the base of my nails... not happy at all I should of just stayed at work.

Clean and the staff was friendly. Pedicure was awesome. And, the free Mimosa didnt hurt things either.

I came here, filled out the sheet for a gel fill in, and was told there would be an hour wait. I asked would I be called due to the wait and the older guy behind the counter told me yes. 5 minutes to the next hour I went back in because I hadn’t received a call and asked how much longer was the wait in which a younger guy informed me 20 mins. I went back to my car to wait. I waited 15 minutes to go back inside when the guy I spoke with initially told me to fill out the form again like I’ve never been there. I said I did it already earlier. This man then flips out and snaps at me and In the middle of his tantrum I told himDon’t worry about it, and I turned around and left. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. The professionalism and communication here were ridiculous. I should’ve left at the fact there was an hour wait.

Love the complimentary cocktail, and Hanna was so sweet & took amazing care of me. It was a little busy but thats totally to expect on a Saturday. Again I recommend Hanna! Double shot pedicure was to die for🙌

So many issues with Crystal Nail Bar. Woke up with a major nail infection. The nail tech and manager would not allow me to do a simple design on my nails. Made a huge deal out of me wanting ombre nails or even a design. Wouldnt even allow me to choose 2 colors for a dip set. Came in with a party for wedding nails, and was so embarrassed and uncomfortable the entire time. All of my nails are uneven and different lengths. I was cut multiple times and now have a horrible nail infection. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

This salon has always been a great one! I do try different ones just to see how well they do it compare to Crystal Nail Bar and not to over compliment them. After all it is a review and a personal opinion, right. There isn’t a nail bar around HEB, FW area that can compare to Crystals! Just my opinion, I’ve been to many nail salons! Love Crystals!

I had a wonderful experience. They required mask to enter. Thoroughly cleaned stations and pedicure areas. The ambience is great. The complementary drinks were good. They had a full service bar and coffee area. Employees were nice and considerate. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Went here for the first time after they opened up from the Covid shut down. The people were very nice and it is super clean. Both my daughter and myself have gotten pedicures and manicures here a few times now and each time it’s the same experience. This is the only salon we will go to now.Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience! They have mixed drinks, water, sodas...a full bar LOL. The employees were friendly & they cleaned as customers got out of the chairs. Social distancing as well as required face masks for all is required. Valerie was very pleasant & accommodating, she asked what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable.

I would recommend this bar for reasons of some nice workers and the complimentary drinks. I happened to get lady Jennifer and I was not pleased with my nails but because they were close to closing, I kept my mouth shut. We nearly got an argument due to what was written on the paper when I said what I wanted, earlier before coming in . She kept huffing and puffing acting like I didn’t know what I wanted. She did not know or want to do what I asked. She proceed to ask my friend why we didn’t come in earlier due to us coming at 6. She decided to say I should’ve gotten a certain color and that my nails were to short for coffin. Some pictures shows how my nails look and I did not like it. I wish I could leave pictures

Hello! I went here for a galentines day and we received the cucumber pedicures. I wanted my toenails to match my dip nails that I got done at a different salon, and one of the gentlemen in the front helped me find the perfect color! He went to the back and came out with the perfect color and it matches so well. My gal and I both had mimosas and felt totally pampered. We will definitely be returning for pedicures again. Nail techs are nice.I got a Mani pedi with dip power and tip. The edges of my nails arent covered completely. Its not really noticible unless theyre looked at closely. Other than that they look amazing.

I love being treated like a queen, I always leave tipsy and refreshed.

This place is amazing!!! Customer service is perfect, the work is perfect. Crystal actually pushed back my cuticles instead of slapping acrylic on top and filing it away like most places. Management was great helped me pick out my acrylic powder and got me a drink. AND this place has a FULL SERVICE BAR, all drinks complimentary. I’m in love and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else ever again. This place will NOT disappoint ladies.

Awful job. When walking in, the place looks great, the choice of colors is amazing! My nail color did not look anything like the one on the display. I had to have an extra coat, which didnt help, and they still charged for it even though she just applied it. The paint job was terrible. There were multiple workers walking around staring at you. I mad awkward eye contact multiple times. My square tip with rounded edges was so thick! The clear coat did not even cover all of the color. I got gel polish over acrylic nails, and the gel chipped that day!! I had a friend go with me, and hers were even worse. Her nail tech slammed her fist down on the table rushing my friend to make a decision on where she wanted a design placed. Cut my friends finger by filing the skin. So rude. Ive been to many places, and this was one of the more prettier places, but TERRIBLE work. Do not go here. I went somewhere else to have them re done, and the guy even said something about how poorly done my nails were.Edited for response...We came on December 7th I believe. My friends name is Ashley.

This place was amazing. I went in at 530 but by the time we got settled and the work she had to do got them to closing time. I apologized but they all reassured me and didnt rush the job. I will definitely be back. It was clean and they were very professional

I really wanted to like my nails, but I dont. Kevin doesnt do a good job AT ALL! They look like press on nails... He also kept trying to adjust my hands and wrist which made me very uncomfortable.

Nails look absolutely nothing like the picture I showed of how I wanted them (nothing complicated- French manicure with gold tips). French lines are crooked and gel polish chipped after two days. Looks like I did them at home, not in a salon. Would not go back.

I like this place today was my second time here, Been seeing Rachael for my nails and today I seen Helen for my pedi, great combo of ladies you will not be disappointed. The owner front the start is very helpful has patients when choosing threw all there amazing selection of nail colors, he makes sure your nails match your toes perfectly. Had to wait but he did offer me a drink by the time I was getting ready to go do my pedi he offered me a second. I honestly felt really pampered here, close to my job. Hands down amazing place. Ask for Rachael and Helen you will not regret it. 💋❤️
