Visiting Fort Worth area and all the other nail places were already closing or closed. Walked in and didn’t have too long to wait to get my nails done. Tina did a very good job! Very happy with the color, shape, and thickness of my nails!

This place is always busy so I highly recommend calling ahead, but walk-ins are always welcome. They do a fantastic job and are very quick in their work! Clean stations, ladies, and atmosphere make for a very comfortable environment. We love KN Nail Spa!

Would not recommend. Went in with my 5 yr old daughter hoping she would have a great nail salon experience but the customer service was horrible. During the almost 2 hours we were there I didn’t hear any of the technicians talking to their customers and that included me and my daughter. They have a bar, sodas and water but we were never offered a drink. after they painted her toenails they never offered her those cheap little flip-flops and i even asked for them.she walked out barefoot!! I got tips with the dip powder and my nails were done less than subpar. No cutting my cuticles, no cuticle oil, no lotion.. nothing. Compared to other local places ive been, im going to have to say this place was awful and will not be going back. I wanted square with rounder tips but got round with jagged edges.

I had a appointment made at 7pm and I was waiting for a whole hour and 30 min just to get seen. I made a appointment for me and my friend and they serviced my friend but not me and someone came in after me and they sat her down while I was still waiting. Don’t come here if your someone of color.

I got there at 1 pm and left at 4 pm I waited an hour to be helped I got my pedicure the girl was 22 years old and real tiny I do not know her name but she did an amazing job on my pedicure!!! The other lady that came over to do my nails on the other hand was not professional at all she made my finger bleed and it wouldn’t stop bleeding she proceeded to paint over the blood and told me to clean it after... she didn’t do the design or glitter how I wanted and just said it looked better that way I got home and my whole pinky the one that was bleeding the nail polish came right off!!!!!

I got a skin facial and Amy was amazing. I never had my skin feel so soft!

Tina is just the best i love how well she does my nails!!!! I can make her do impossible and she makes it possible i been going to her for about 7 years now and i dont regret any of the timesTina you always go above and beyond on my nails.

Toes were polished like a 3 year old then when I said something they had me waiting over 30 minutes to get them repolished

Went in for everything came out with only nails and toes nails were filed crooked done basic and it was 95 freaking dollars..then u was supposed to get eyebrows waxed and eyelashes...they wAited until i was done with nails(which took extremely to long) to say come back tomorrow for this..wow...by the way they offered not even a bottle of water...I guess were paying for how pretty it is!!! ...WILL NOT GO BACK ID RATHER DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO DALLAS(HAPPY NAILS ON POLK GET EVERYTHING DONE AND BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!oan it literally cost 115 for mani pedi eyebrows and eyelash..Compared to 140 at KN

This is my second time going and once AGAIN I dislike my nails. Polish is lumpy & the nail tech had to apply the polish almost 6 times because it was too see through. When the nail tech finished I told her i did not the color and the overall finish of my nails she STILL charged me $40 🙄 . I’ll give them one more chance and if they mess up again I will be calling their manager kim & start going back to the other location D’s nails

They did a great job on my nails the first time but now they don’t keep your appointment time available. What’s the point in making an appointment if you have to wait 30 minutes.

Had an appointment to get both a manicure and pedicure. Was there two hours and only got my pedi. Waited 30 minutes for someone to start my nails. Finally just told them to clean up my nails so I could leave.

Tina is an amazing nail artist... she does them perfectly every time.. clean not expensive..

Horrible experience here. Got a pedicure and also dip. Both of my techs cut me. The lady doing my toes seemed very annoyed and rushed. The guy who was doing my dip did not seem to know what he was doing. Had to do my thumb nail 3 times. While I was paying another lady tried to fix it. I will never go back there.

I’ve been there twice and had a great experience both times! I wish I knew the lady’s name who did my nails the second time. She did a really awesome job! My mom and I love this place!

I have been here 4 times now and have had a great experience everytime. The guy takes awhile doing nails but they always come out amazing so i dont mind. Today a woman (dont know her nail) did them and again they are fabulous. I will continue to come back

I don’t not recommend at all.The guy that did my nails did an awful job. The length to my nails were all different, some were long and some were small. He took a very long time and still did a poor job.The lady doing my eyebrows left so much hair left, and got annoyed when I told her she left some.I did not think they deserved a tip.When paying they told me my total was $58 and since I was paying with card, they gave themself a $10 tip.

Omg....the cleanliness and comfort is where it started. They had patience as I was so undecisive as to what I wanted. My pedicure, DreamJelly almost put me to sleep...not to mention the complimentary drink. Loved the whole experience..thank you KN Nails.

First, I want send to send a positive shout out to Amy! I went first thing on Sunday & didnt have an apt, so was prepared to wait. Apparently there had been some confusion. Between the 2 locations & not enough nail techs at this location. Kudos Amy on your customer service! She was on the phone trying to get technicians, and keeping the guests updated all along. I did a mani/pedi. Used dip on the nails. Amy did my pedi & a fantastic job! I forgot to catch the name of the younger gal that did my nails. She did a good job, nails look natural. Taking a point away as found a couple of sore spots & slight abrasions on both small fingers from the barrel tip when smoothing things out. To be fair, Im in the slightly older middle age range & o. A aspirin. A day, so do get skin tears easily. This will not keep me away from this salon, but I will tell the technicians before hand that I have tender skin.

Nails are terrible I asked for coffin shape and I got the opposite. The nail painting was terrible as well not neat at all. I asked for gel and got regular paint they had to start over again smh. They didnt have the paint color I asked for off of their sample chart which didnt make sense. They didnt offer me anything to drink when they had a bar and soda to offer. I had to say something in order to be asked what kind of drink I wanted. They move super slow I had one lady leave that was working on my nails and another came to finish but nails still looked horrible. Customer service was professional and nice but their work was not.

Two days after getting full dipped nails, 2 nails fell off. Cheap products, or the guy doing my nails did not know what he was doing.

Horrible experience, they heat wasnt on and it was freezing in there. The lady that did my nails filed my fingers as she was removing the polish and filing my nails, very painful. The manicure was not good.I will never go again.

Im not sure of the womans name who did my pedicure.. But let me tell you she did an amazing job!!! I got the happy spa pedicure i believe it was. In the past ive gone to other spas here in Texas and only got a 20 minute pedicure for $45.. Not this place! $45 got me almost 2 hours. She payed special attention to my feet and made sure that i got the best experience. The environment was soothing and relaxing, i loved the fact that they were excepting of me having my 11 month old. I couldnt of had a better experience. This place is a must try. I will now be a regular customer as i am extremely satisfied with my service and experience.
