Just had Precision Pest out to remove a very large Yellow Jackets nest on my back porch. I called Charissa Bonner Gibson and she sent out her tech Cody Latz. Cody did just an outstanding job and got this large nest removed and even swept up all the debris of the destroyed nest and washed down the porch. Excellent service. Will definitely use Precision Pest Control again.

Precision has been my go-to for pest control for the last 15 years. In addition to onsite work they also have a small, but well stocked store with everything a do-it-yourselfer needs to get rid of bugs, rodents, or most other nuisance animals.

Incredibly helpful and informative. I definitely recommend Precision and will be using them for any pest problems in the future!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Precision. I called the week of July 8th and spoke with the receptionist/admin. She informed me that Charissa was out of the office and that she will leave a message to call me back. I received no return call, understandable as I can relate to being busy. I called back the week of July 15th and asked to speak with Charissa and did speak with her. I asked about pricing and we set up a date to spray my home, Friday, July 27th at 8:30am. My husband and I work but I was able to take the morning off to be present while the company sprays. They never showed, I attempted to call Precision office at 8:40-9:00am, but there phone was going straight to voicemail, and the voicemail would only allow a 3 second VM. My husband works at Entergy and I asked him to walk over to the office to see if anyone was there/could offer us some resolution. My husband called me at 9:30am and informed me that they said the appointment was scheduled for Monday, July 29th. Apparently there was a misunderstanding. I called the receptionist and told her apparently there was a misunderstanding (not blaming anyone) and kindly asked her if they preferred homeowners being present as I could not also take off Monday morning as well. She said we could leave a key in a designated area and they will do the inside without my presence(I thought YaY, I just want this done). I informed my husband and he was uncomfortable with that option therefore he opted to take off work to be present. Precision still did not show up. He waiting until 9:40am then went to work. I called the office and the receptionist answered. I informed her that no one showed up to spray as scheduled and that Id like to either cancel or figure out what happened. Unapologetically, she stated they double booked and that she understands if we want to cancel. Therefore I did. I want to support Huntsville businesses and know the company does a lot of work in the community but they did not treat us (a potential long term residential customer) with respect or diligence. We did not want special treatment, just normal respectable customer service and honest service. I have now booked with another pest control company out of Huntsville, fingers crossed. :)
