I would not recommend Trutech inc.Now I see why they want their $400 payment up front before they do the job, its because they will not do what they say they will do.I hired the company for snake removal in my crawlspace and the company told me that if they didnt find the snake they would come back 2 more times to check and set traps. They did not! They will also not return any phone calls, voicemails or txt from me I have now given them over a week before I left a negative review.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. A buisness is only as good as the one who stands behind it.

Ive used TruTech several times to get rid of mice. We live in a nature preserve and it is tough dealing with these things. At any rate, Dustin, our Tech, has always been very professional and reliable. We once had an issue where he accidentally caused damage to our ceiling but they took care of it within a week and it was handled well. We recently signed up for full-time service so well see how it goes now that were a full-time customer.

Was scheduled for yesterday the tech no called no showed twice. I called after no show 2-4. They rescheduled 4-6 and he no called no showed then. Was promised a call today and have not received one. Horrible customer service

Theyre expensive and theyre scheduling and payment operation is rather disjointed from their actual service technicians which can make it difficult to get things scheduled. That being said, they do good, quality work and take pride that its done properly. So the people that actually do the work are great, but dealing with their office is a pain. Youll probably have to act as the conduit between the two to make sure it gets done.

Dont waste your money. Trutech in Birmingham Alabama did not follow through. Technician was unreliable and stopped showing up. The district manager was unapologetic and unprofessional. Youre better off hiring someone else or doing it yourself.
