These are the most amazing people and they always have great equipment they always make sure that it is up-to-date and everything is maintenance and I never have any problems there’s a lot of other rental companies in Huntsville that are very cold in route through their customers valley equipment has always been amazing customer service out the door hands-down the best company to deal with. Even if I do not need the rental an extra day they always credit my account and happy to do it. Thank you so much for all you guys do.

Way better than competition next door. Equipment is almost always in good condition and ready to run. Yard staff are helpful, friendly, and quick to get you going. Rates seem fair and counter workers are polite and eager to assist their customers. Definitely recommend.

Valley equipment let and have customers drinking beer on site loading equitments....i was employee there saw first hand also got hurt on job, no incident report, no doctor visits nothing and as he likes to say its all on camera...now Im stuck at home with a family of 4 and cant walk...... the owner didnt even know i was a employee, he thought i was a customer lol

They had the equipment I needed at a very reasonable price. Their business hours accomadated my work schedule. The pick up return were quick and accurate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The equipment was good quality. I will return to Valley equipment for future rental needs.

Needed to rent a heavy duty trailer because Mom was loaded down. Everywhere in town did not have one and Valley Equipment Rental did not have one but made the parental happen on their part. They were able to find me one and help me get the trailer to pick up the equipment that I needed. At half the price of what anyone else was going to charge

I needed to get a forklift to move some delivered freight fast. They were able to deliver it within an hour of my call.

My wife Susan and I depend on Tennessee Valley Equipment Rental a lot and we recommend them every chance we have! Ros Roberts and his staff are great to work with and they always come through for us! They show up on time and are extremely accommodating on scheduling. Their gear is always in good shape and well maintained too!They are locally owned and we love doing business with them!

They are extremely professional and easy to deal with. We had a problem with a trencher on a Saturday after hours and received a return call within the hour. The guy that called back walked us thru our issue and it turned out to be our fault. Once we better understood the problem we finished our project without issue. In reading three other reviews I find it a shame that problem customers, find proxys to band together to try and cause harm to a reputable business, their employees and familys. This is an issue everyone in business has to deal with and the down side of social media.

Highly recommended. Great rates and equipment. Guys were very helpful with helping me decide the peice of equipment for the job. Able to rent for as little as 4 hours.Trailer was $15 more dollars for hauling the equipment.

Had our first experience with this company this week. We found that the management and owner handled an issue we had (one small issue with a delivery driver) very professionally and completely to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend doing business with this company. Seems to be a very ethical company based on our dealings with these folks.

I chose this place over others I called mainly because I could rent a trailer and a skid steer for a half day on a Saturday for around $160. Know one could beat that price and didnt have to provide a credit card over the phone to hold, just needed my name. They also called the day before to confirm the rental. Check out for the machine was easy and it worked great to spread 14 tons of gravel. Returned the machine a few minutes before 12pm and was not rushed or felt like they were waiting for me to return especially on a weekend. it looks like they had a lot of equipment to rent so i imagine i will return at some point.

The 50 lift I rented had not been well maintained and/or inspected before was rented to me. The electric motor had only a 6 hour charge on it at the time of rental, the gasoline engine would not start, and two bolts to secure part of the boom that is NOT supposed to slide were missing which lead to other problems that required some improvisation and resulted in the task taking much longer than it would have if everything had been in working order. I showed and explained the problems to their personnel, but no offer for any discount was made, apparently because I was still able to get the done over the weekend. I returned the lift with a full charge and my improvisation still in place so they could see what I did.

Never had a problem with them. I guess I go to them exclusively now.

I was down there renting a piece of equipment from there and the older guy at the counter was nice and polite but the young guy working on the counter was rude and used dirty language I have never felt so disrespected in my life that will be the last time I use them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone cause robin rents has a lot better customer service and they would never treat anyone like they treated me

Needing to rent a skid steer and just got back in town so i googled rentals but forgot about this place but not sure why or how cause they are the best in town. Its been a while since Ive been here but i remember the last mini skid steer i rented popped a track while an hour away in Tennesee . I was able to fix myself and save them a trip but the people were awesome and gave me an extra day and i also believe i was given an extra day because of the rain. Oh, and i was late getting it back with no extra charge. Not saying its okay to be late returning here but that was pretty awesome.The main reason i originally came to you guys was because everyone else wanted a insane deposit on top of higher prices than you guys. Not sure if that policy is still the same but I will find out tomorrow i guess. Coming down to rent a skid steer and dump trailer if you guys have one. Sorry for the 18 page review of rambling thats also about 2 years late but you guys are truly the best in town. Little things like the track incident go a long way and made me a customer for life. Thanks again for truly making customers feel like they arent grabbing ankles when they walk through the door.I Dont think Im allowed to mention other companies but.... well say rhymes with Bobin Rents. I made that mistake once. Dont waste your time folks unless you want to spend double. Im cheap so Ive called and checked everywhere and Ill save you the steps cause you cant beat Valley Rental on any level.

Good equipment - very reasonable rental rates. And they prooved to be incredibly fair when there was equipment failure on job site; they sent mechanic to the site to access the situation and provide service on site - and the problem turned out to be big issue; so... managemnt gave me the next size up for the rest of that day and the next morning - FOR NO EXTRA MONEY. This type of business will ensure a Long & Loyal Relationship. I have not seen this type of management style in a while - it is a pleasant surprise!

Family owned, fair prices, and great service.

I have rented on 3 separate occasions from Valley Rental & up till today I could have honestly provided 5 stars. I was always treated with great personalities and their equipment is adequate with great rates. However, after today I can honestly say I will never rent with them again and would advise other DIY’ers to steer clear. The issue is that there is no way to hold the company accountable if theres an issue. Unlike Robin Rents, United Rentals, etc the buck stops at valley so if the owner disagrees with your personality then you lose.I rented a small mini backhoe to do some yard work for a 4 hour overnight rental with the intention of possibly keeping it for the weekend. Unfortunately the equipment was rented out with no working brakes outside of the hydro static system itself. With that being said while attempting to switch from low to high gear the tractor got stuck in neutral and began to run away out of control an was unable to reduce the speed due to a complete absence of a manual functioning brake. This quickly escalated into a very bad situation which forced me to dive the back hoe bucket into my asphalt driveway (scoring It indefinitely) in order to prevent a potential disaster on a 3k plus lb. piece of equipment.Needless to say I am not one to complain which is where I messed up. I received a call this afternoon from Ross who asked why the tractor was not returned @ 0900. This immediately infuriated me as I had explained the day before I would likely be keeping it for the weekend. The situation got completely out of control after explaining the incident that had occurred with the faulty tractor. To be fair he was prompt on offering a mechanic to come look at the unit but protested my explanation of the brake system and pointed blame. To make matters worse they literally had to call the local Kubota dealer to verify the brake system characteristics. I found this out by calling Kubota myself to verify this myself and was informed by Kubota that Valley Rental had them. After this I decided I wanted nothing more to do with their equipment and lies and called to have them just pick up the tractor and be done with it. Upon contact another argument took place with myself and Ross which led to Ross cursing and using profanity at me and hanging up the phone after stating he was sending someone to get his tractor. At this point I have no idea what I am even being charged and no one I can talk to verify how to resolve this issue as the GM himself will just hang up on you. All in all I find it very frustrating that there is no way to hold Valley Rentals accountable for their actions. The problem is at the top and not the solution like larger rental facilities that you can hold accountable. They did by no request of myself refund a portion of my rental (1 hour of use and 3 ½ gallons of fuel to be exact). They did not even offer to repair the driveway and Ross never apologized for his professionalism & disrespect & I of all people know professionalism being a 10 year disabled combat Vet. Honestly, the majority of Valley Rental is spot on. But with situations like these customers can be taken advantage of and have no avenues of recourse. All in all I say rent at your own discretion and hopefully nothing goes wrong because if it does your on your own. Otherwise be smart and rent only from organizations that can and will hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and lack of communication.I assume they will rebuttal against this review, possibly even with an apology from Ross. However, if the GM wanted to correct the issue it would have been done prior to me posting this review and in a timely manner. At this point an apologize given due to a public review is nothing more than an attempt to discredit the review and salvage other/ new customer relationships that may be harmed by my sharing of a real world experience in order to prevent others from experiencing similar stressful & unsafe situations
