Worst experience ever! My husband went in and got an estimate to rent a backhoe but was talked into a dozer. The quote was for $2400. So, he sent me the next week to rent it and at that time the price went up to $2800. So, my husband took off work to use it On A Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. But, they didn’t bring it out until 2:00 pm on Thursday when it was supposed to be there early that morning. He called and they give him the run around. So, when he finished with it, he called them to come and get it and left it on 3/4 of a tank of fuel. So after two weeks they finally came to get it and charged us over $2900. The guy told my husband that the extra was for fuel when he left it with more fuel than it had to begin with which was a half tank. The guy that brought it out, dropped it off and handed him a paper to sign. So apparently that paper said that it had a full tank but my husband didn’t get time to confirm it. So their response was sir you signed the paper. All I can say is crooked! We will not do business with them again. Also, if we had gotten the backhoe we could have did what we needed to do but was talked out of it.

Well organized, clean friendly place

I’m going to take a minute to talk up Thompson CAT in Huntsville Alabama. I was coming up I65 and she started shuddering real bad. After a phone call to a couple local dealers I got the “we’re 2 days out” Jazz. Or our “CAT scanner is down” Neely Coble recommended Thompson so I called the service manager Mater. “He said bring it up, we’ll diag it for you, no charge, and you can decide what to do.” Fair enough I thought, they diaged it as a number 6 injector, they didn’t have one and had to run to Decatur to grab it. So I approved the job, they ran and got the injector and within 2 hours from start to finish, Truck was fixed and I picked up my next load and never missed a beat thanks to these guys. Thompson CAT a big 👍 up and thank you from me!
