I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Flexicrew of Huntsville,AL! It is a very good place to use, when looking for a job. I especially wanted to give a big thank you to one of their, employees, Jacinta Carter. She is very professional and easy to talk to! She will work with you and help you find a job that otherwise an employer, or yourself may not think you have enough qualifications to apply for. She went above and beyond for me! She gave me courage to take the next step in my life. She made the hiring process so easy, and for me that was awesome! She made me believe in myself again, and for that, I’m forever grateful! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Being a smaller staffing agency in the Huntsville area I wasnt so sure about Flexicrew. I was wrong! Jacinta was very professional, informative and super kind. She provided me with specific details on the job openings that were available. Instead of placing me in just any role she wanted to get to know me better, so that I could be put in a position that is best suited for my skill set. When it comes to staffing agencies, that doesnt ever happen. Typically, they just want to fill a role so that they can benefit from it. Unfortunately, they didnt have a position that would fit my needs at this time, but if something opens up I will definitely use this agency. Great job Jacinta!!

Small business with alot to offer staff was extremely nice and easy to talk to and when it came down to the job my first day was deja vu with how well preped I was which also leads into having good co-workers the people know exactly what there getting into. the 5 people I work closely with are from flexicrew and are outstanding workers. The facility is homey with the combination of the staff again first day I walked in I was comfortable.if your looking for A different temp agency a place incentivized by your success inorder to expand there company its a fantastic place to come across. Now the only con is the people that try to get one over on the company people that put on a good show in the interview and fail to deliver in crunch inorder to get a fast check my suggestion dont add to the bad be honest if you need training Im convinced the company will put you in a position to succeed and get you trained unlike other unnamed temp agencies Ive seen around Madison Huntsville and decatur would love to see how much this company grows while Im at my new career

Honestly this is 1 of the greatest place Ive worked at by far the people are nice Mrs Jacinta is great explaining about the job how it is and what we do everybody is friendly this job gives you alot of opportunitys and education I just really love it here

This will be the most honest review here. I thought flexicew was nice at first. My 2nd day on the job I felt it wasn’t my dream job, I told Jancinta this she told me she will keep looking but she has nothing, I continued because I needed the job and really wanted to hit my 90 days so that I can obtain benefits. I hit by 90 days and felt something was up when flexicew didn’t send my check stub that week, my last week. I feel that 100% she knew they as soon as you hit the 90 days, when benefits are supposed to start, they let you go. I did everything right until the last day. I didn’t pick up a 3 pound table my last day because I was hurting, and I actually left to go to emergency room. As I left the emergency room, Jancinta called when I was unable to get to my phone, when she thought I was working, and told me I didn’t meet the work requirements and I was let go, on my voice mail. I had been doing just fine for 3 months before I was let go. She had to have known that’s how they do people. She even told me, “well you didn’t like the job anyway.” Something I said on my 2nd day. She threw that in my face because she knew that is how Futuba works and maybe was hoping I wouldn’t be angry. I believe she wanted to be done with me because she has not once checked on me to tell me she’s still looking for a job for me. I had to chase her down to give her my work uniform so they wouldn’t charge me and she seemed relieved I didn’t press about another job. Flexicew is untrustworthy and dishonest. I wish I never walked through their doors. I don’t think they are in your corner and they allow you to look like a fool. This shouldn’t happen to good workers.
