My laptop was running super slow and blue-screening, so I took it to Ample. It ended up completely crashing while it was there, but thankfully Jason had backed up all of my data. I was called to confirm before any new step was taken and included in every decision. I ended up getting a new laptop, but they moved all my files for me and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. 10/10 would recommend them!

They did some work on my computer that no one else could. So far it is doing good.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are truly awesome. They helped me in installing my new motherboard and explained to me what I was doing wrong during installation. Million Thanks to Ample Computer. :)

Apple computers is a great place to go to get your computer repair looked at or get order some parts that you might want to have.I recommend them highly and Ive gone to them about three four times so if you want something and you dont want to pay for something that theres nothing wrong go to ample they will see to it that you dont get charged an arm and a leg

Called in later in the evening tonight and spoke with Travis. Very nice person. Very Professional and stayed past close to help me fix my laptop so my daughter could get her homework done! I will definitely be contacting him again for all my computer needs!

Took my laptop there for its broken screen, broken palm rest and broken back piece. Charged me a 3rd of what my computer is worth to repair after quoting me a cheaper price before I agreed. After I picked up the laptop I noticed that the screen they replaced the broken one with wasnt put on correctly, leaving streaks and dirt on the inside of it. I took it back to see what that was about and they replied with Theres nothing we can really do about that. Pretty much telling me Im SOL. I also then mentioned the slugginess it was experiencing since Ive picked it up and their tech dude installed and uninstalled various apps and hardwares. He told me to go home and update the Windows program. So I did. Now my touchpad does not work. I took it back AGAIN for them to figure that out and they couldnt. Again, SOL. I think this place is pretty mediocre and very unorganized. Just by sitting in there for the hours I did, I watched various workers scramble around and look for other customers products they couldnt find or keep up with. So thanks, Ample. For requiring me to buy an entirely new laptop after paying you guys $300 to fix my $450 laptop... That never got fixed. I would not recommend.

Total rip off business they took my computer and held it for two weeks and did nothing to it and then charge me a $90 check out fee for doing nothing, stay away from this rip off business that is geared to rip off students in Huntsville
